I had the worst experience here i went to buy shoes on wednesday 15 march in the evening time while i was looking for shoes i found one pair i was about to buy that and then i just wanted to look for a good pair of heels while i was trying shoes on me then the girl working in the store (i m regreting that i didnt get her name she was indian middle age lady) she cane to me and told me that i should put the shoes in their boxes after trying as that is not my job which store gives u service like that if i have to put those shoes in the box then what the hell u are doing there. Its her job to do it u r getting paid for that not doin it for free after that i didnt even the shoes i already picked o would never go back to that store...

Horrible customer service... It’s unbelievable! I went to go return shoes that I bought Monday because they had made scratches and scars on my feet! And when I went to go return them on Tuesday, I mannerly explain worker named “Sukhi” about the shoes and how they made scratches,scars and cuts on my toes and how I wound like to return them! After I was done telling her about the shoes , Sukhi was very aggressively saying I can’t take them back because they are used and how no one will buy it because they are used. After a very bad and rude behaiver she finally return but I got so embarrassed by her and not wish to communicate with her in future!! Otherwise this store is great for shopping.

This is my go-to place for shoes. I like a decent "good value for the money" shoe for work, typically a Nunn Bush, Bostonian or Dockers. They always have a good work shoe for me here at the price point I want to pay. They also usually have a good stock of size 11 and 12 shoes, and also wider sizes. (Nothing worse than a store that doesn't stock up and have enough of the larger sizes). Place is well organized and clean, and clean and the staff is very helpful. I also take my kids here every year in September for back-to-school shoes. I like value, and I get it here.

Went shopping with my elderly mother in law, she was looking for walking shoes. Simarjit was assisting us, the shoes mom was interested in didn't come in her size she'd suggested men's shoes but they looked like men's shoes so after a few rejected suggestions we were leaving when she stopped us, she showed us a pair that they carry in ladies but for her size needed men's. Mom tried them on and loved them. Thank you Simarjit for going above and beyond. Much appreciated

Was asked for an email address for "their records". I refused and was threatened that the sale would be a final sale without an email. I don't appreciate it when stores collect personal information, and it makes me mad when they try to threaten with policies that are unlawful. Only redeeming part of the visit was the cashier was kind, despite the policy he was forced to enact. And for the record, the receipt still says I have 60 days to return the item.

I went looking for shoes for a wedding and was told this place has the shoe for it. The store was clean, neat and organized. A young Lass named Sharamjit, working there, immediately directed to me to the shoe I needed. She also directed me to where I could find comparable ones. She is an extreme asset this company! She gave me time to look and try on. Brought me a shoehorn without being asked. It was a wonderful experience because of her. Thank you.

I've been in this location several times for the past several weeks. I'm looking for a new pair of shoes, but the shoes I want, they don't have in my size. It would take a month to just get them. I am sick and tiered of the women always getting a larger selection and taking up more then half the store. Men mostly always have a smaller selection in the stores. To me this is a form of discrimination, and I am so sick and tiered of it.

In Mill Woods store on the boxes have labels with percent discount and when I wanted to buy shoes with the label side 70% employee told me that it is not true that one client put it but in fact it is 50%. Good, but a woman who was in front of me had the same situation. My conclusion workers enter not honest. I regret not talking to the manager. I do not advise to buy here.

We went to the store and the shoes inside were dirty so they order another pair and it was way dirtier. The shoes were already grey on the bottom and it looked worn and returned. I recommend just buying at store because then you get to see it before. Found a hair in in it as well. Better service next time if there is a next time for me.

Not a helpful service. Asked questions twice about the size and price of the product and the lady at the counter doesn't care to reply and ignore the questions. How the customer wants to buy without getting the proper info from them. And, I finally felt like it is better to go online orders not shop in the store.

This Store Changed Its Name From Shoe warehouse to The shoe Company,There used to be Lots of Verities and new Designs always, This time we haven’t seen too many selections, The Clearance section also mostly empty, we just didn’t find what we needed, may be have to visit another time.

Went to this location the other day. Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, the assistant manager on shift, Harmandeep, went above and beyond in helping me try to find what I wanted. Very good service! Will definitely be going here again if I need anything else.

The lady was rude kinda like she didn't care for her job I asked about a shoe which is clearly on there website and she say they don't sell them not that they aren't in stock or sold out but that they don't sell them useless trying to ask any questions

Worst quality shoes. I bought the winter shoes and zipper got broken in the 3rd month after purchase. The shoes was 120 dollars and I paid 40 dollars to repair the zipper. Be aware of over expensive and low quality shoes. I will never ever go there .

One of the malls underdogs - on a bad day when I need some new shoes I crawl into the clearance section in the back and always find some thing to spend my money on! Thanks for always being there!
