Had a horrible experience Friday evening. Tried to do a return quickly, turned into a 50 minute experience. The sales staff, especially the store manager, were not helpful or knowledgeable. I brought back shoes with the online packing form, they refused to take them. Asked them to go into my online account which showed the product, order #, amount paid, they still refused to accept my return. I needed specific proof of form of payment. I needed the exact e-receipt. A lady in front of me had the exact same issue. She drove all the way from south side and told she could not do her exchange. Why is Shoe company not issuing packing slips with the basic information you need to do a return? Their horrible return policy needs to be changed. And the Skyview staff need to stop being rude and ineffective (not the first time). They are brutal. I will NEVER ever use this location again and probably not purchase from Shoe company in the future. On top of it all, the store manager was fairly close and NOT wearing her mask properly (over mouth and nose). So much for safety protocol. I would rate this location zero star if I had a choice.

Shame on you guys. Today around 5:00 pm I went there to get a snow shoe for my daughters. Sadly they didn't have the size that I need on the shelf. So I asked one of the female associate for another size. She told me to wait while she should go and check with the cashiers or some thing like that. Yet while I was waiting her response she changed her uniform, packed her bag and left the store. I saw her while she was leaving the store. But she didn't say anything about my shoes. Certainly she saw me but she tried to avoid my face. Sorry young lady. That is too bad. I know your name but I don't want you to disgrace you in public. Never do this again.

The selection is wide and there is a loyalty program that will allow you to earn discounts on future purchases. I do find the service at this location to be rather hit-or-miss. When I come with children, sometimes I get very helpful service including greeting offer to help find something, pointing out sales, but especially sizing my kids feet to help us narrow our search. Other times, there seems to be absolutely no staff and I can wander for 20 min or more without so much as a "hi".

Horrible customer service….a group of four of them were talking and when I opened the door. They all looked at me and then continued talking. Felt like I was annoying them, couldn’t even ask for help. When wanting to check out, two of them were talking and I waited three mins for them to finish their important conversation. Really felt like means girls, I’m never going to shop here ever again. I felt like I was judged the whole time there. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the Skeyview store to buy winter shoe for my daughter yesterday around 5pm. unfortunately I couldn't find the exact size so I asked one of the associates and went to check from back room. Then the surprise happen. While I was waiting she changed her uniform packed her purse and left even without saying anything. She knew I saw her leaving. I know her name but I don't want to disgrace her in public. This is very rude. I will never comeback again.

I had the best customer service experience today through both Heather the store manager and Amanda .I was trying to get refund back for an item I have order online while my return slip was sent different store they went above and beyond to help me get refund and did not have to drive to another store 45 minutes away to get my money back. Thanks you Heather and Amanda for you help today It was pleasure dealing with you both today.

Went there few months ago and wanted to buy a pair of winter boots for my son. I showed the cashier who is an Asian lady my discount coupon on my cell but she said she wanted to see the whole email although the code was there. I told her to serve another customer while I look up for the email but instead of serving me she pickup a phone and talked over 15 mins ignoring I was waiting there. Very poor customer service.

Took forever to find my size in any shoe and I am a pretty common 11. Definitely need to stock more average shoe sizes. I was there struggling for a while and not a single staff member offered to help me. Black Friday deals were good and the shoe option selection is moderate, but the customer service here is poor and the depth of their inventory is lacking.

Friendly staff, I return a pair of shoes today and the cashier was very helpful thank you. Felt bad though the couple before was very rude and the guy was going off and swearing. Nobody should take that but I'll say it again the staff was helpful and friendly and clean after every customer.

I ❤ my new skeechers Ladies at the Manning Towns Village didn't have stock but did their CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and found the style, size, and width I needed. Location in Skyview is where I got them and oh happy happy …

It is a nice store , I love the products but the prices still high and it is confusing when they put above the boots 30% off then you go to the cashier to pay you pay the full price And not all the staff are helpful and friendly

Staff at Skyview is rude, ineffective, lazy, and unhelpful. Managers (Vivian and Jen) scoff at and mock customers. Very inefficient in processing simple returns with receipts and all packing slips. Money is better spent elsewhere.

Selection is horrible lately. Couldn't find a single thing. If you're looking for runners. You'll probably do ok. Stock was low and embarrassing for this company. Covid is the biggest excuse I hear everywhere. Yeah ok. Right. Sure

I went in and wasn't greeted at all. Sanitizer station was empty. I was the only customer in the store and I think I saw 4 employees working. Not a single person asked if I needed help or even acknowledged my existence.

Bad Worker, they kicked us out for no reason, we were just exploring the store and looking at the shoes that they were selling. My first time getting kicked out in a store …

It may sound crazy but I like being able to look through all the boxes myself -- no waiting on someone to go to a back room. Always have been able to find something that worked

Sorry not sorry : bought boots there they had silver metal balls around the shoe part that rusted on me had to throw away used for one month …

Very friendly staff, helpful and are following protocols for Covid19 such as masks, hand sanitizer and wiping down cashier counters between customers

I bought my winter boots from there, though they did not have my size in stock but the lady helped me to order to my house. It came within 3 days
