I emailed the butchery last week as we were planning a sushi dinner, Bianca promptly replied and customized an order for us for a Saturday morning pickup. When I called on Friday evening to see if we could pick up then instead, she provided excellent feedback, and advised we would be the first cut in the morning which would be a safer choice. She was extremely friendly & polite when we met on Saturday and provided more helpful feedback. We had the right amount ordered and the fish was excellent quality. The shop itself has nice displays and I look forward to sampling more items. I have no hesitation recommending Harmons & give 5 stars to Bianca for her excellent service.
