We’ve been to Sicilian butcher so many times and the service has always been amazing, but I’ve been to the Sicilian baker now twice and they just seem like they hate their lives and they take it out on you. The first time we went, they were closing up early and were rude. I figured I just caught them on a bad day but we just went in there after dinner and it was busy but mostly at the one register, so I went to the gelato register and said hi and she said “I’m busy doing something” and I said okay, do I order gelato here tho? And she said something like yeah when I’m done. Has she never heard of “I’ll be right with you in just a minute” or just ANYTHING nicer? I just walked out, I’m too old for rude behavior. I won’t be back.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I paid for pastries that were not put in the box with the rest. I didn't go back because it was too far out of the way and I was just there visiting. Otherwise, amazing. I'm from NYC and spent a lot of time in Italy. Wasn't expecting to be impressed but wow I was wrong. Cannoli, perfect. Rainbow cookies, incredible. Sfogliatelle, OMG. Even the pignolis were spot on. Everything so good I didn't mind that the $6 worth of pastries didn't make it into the box. Wish they shipped because I would buy! And the girl who helped me was great, except for forgetting my stuff lol. Great customer service and she even pronounced everything correctly. Go. Enjoy.

So we had this after dinner next door (Sicilian Butcher) and I think my mother almost died of happiness upon seeing the build your own cannoli section. Honestly, she created a bucket list she never knew she needed and checked off the only item on it involving this place . They have a bunch of other desserts we didn’t try but we sampled the various flavors of filling and they were all delicious. I stuck with original but the cookie butter (best seller), strawberry, and pistachio were superb. Everyone was friendly and helpful as well. Very impressed and I won’t be surprised if my mother frequents every time she’s nearby (nearby might be a 10 mile radius ;) )

Took a little morning road trip from Maricopa up to The Sicilian Baker on Greenway and Tatum. After a nice pleasant drive we arrived to our destination. We were met by friendly faces and a very helpful young lady, who let us sample some of the different flavors of the cannoli fillings. My wife, son and I thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Growing up Sicilian, I have a real taste bud for the food I am accustomed to. It's been a long time since I tasted a cannoli that brought me back to my grandmother's kitchen. I give big kudos to The Sicilan Baker for letting me reminisce my childhood. Joey Maggiore, sorry I just missed you today. Buon Appetito!

I love this place first time ever going! Me and my newly wed husband went to celebrate our marriage there. We didnt even know about this place we just kind of found it on google and went. The waitresses and waiters were so polite and respectful . They greeted us with a warm welcome. Domenic the manager their was so good to us . Very outgoing man and very respectful. The food was so good and everything just felt right. We had 2 of their plates and a bottle of their red wine. This is one of the best restraunts I have been to. Domenic gave us canoli's at the end to congratulate us on our marriage such a very good guy.

This place is amazing! The cannolis are spectacular! You can choose your choice of filling from several flavors and if you want a dipped cannoli, or regular. All flavors are amazing! Traditional, cookie butter, lemon, Reese’s, strawberry, Oreo, etc. All are so amazing! They also have other assorted treats such as Nutella filled lobster rolls, lemon meringue tarts, gelato, Italian wedding cookies, etc! My husband and I love going there for a dessert. We went there on my birthday and Lily made it SO special! She was wonderful. Don’t miss out on this place!! We can’t wait to try the restaurant next door.

This place used to be fantastic. They've unfortunately gone downhill since i was there last. The clerks were too busy talking to each other to even notice me. It was an uncomfortable solid minute of trying not to interrupt their conversation before she turned around. The selection has dwindled since i was there last and the quality didn't look as good. They used to carry Napoleon but not anymore. For those of you with fond memories of his good this place was, i recommend you keep those memories and not go back. I certainly won't. Very disappointed.

Every year for Mother's Day we order the sicilian rum cake plus other pasteries. The rum cake is the only type of cake my mom likes and good ones are hard to find. This was the first year that it had no rum taste whatsoever. It could have been any type of cake as far as we were concerned. I called and spoke to a manager to explain what happened. He said he would get back to me but never did. I gave them an opportunity to make it right. For $50, we will not be using this bakery again. What a shame. All it would have taken was a follow-up call.

I worked at an Italian bakery when I was in high school and I miss all of the traditional items that you just can't find anywhere nowadays. I was so excited when I saw this place was opening because it was reasonably close to home, and it did not disappoint. I just spent almost $30 on a ton of stuff and started shoving my face full in the car, and oh I don't even care who was watching me eat like a pig because it was so worth it. LOL. Their pastries are incredible, highly recommend.

We had coffee (multiple flavors) taste was good but not hot. Cannoli was very tasty there are lot of flavors. We can have two different fillings per cannoli. Gelatos are very delicious too.. kids loved this place. They did not allow us to use the outdoor restaurant space with mist but they have couple of tables with chairs for bakery .. must try place for visitors from out of state or city visiting Scottsdale

  • I AM AMAZING

Exceptional Attentive Service by Doug. Cannoli bar, Pastries & Gelato & sorbet directly from Italy. Amazing shop, friendly people & great Mango & Blood Orange Sorbet. Definitely will be back. Great addition to the shops along Tatum & Greenway. Mr. Tomas-ooh would be proud of his boys!

I try cannolis everywhere I go and these were amazing. They have a variety of fillings available. So there something for everyone. They also have classic Italian pastries for purchase. The decor was adorable. It gave a clean and modern appearance. They ran put of a couple items but that is to be expected with a grand opening. Line was out the door but it didnt take too long to get our cannolis

Went to the Sicilian Bakery today Bought cookies, cannoli’s and bag of coffee It was very good , but a little pricey. Also wanted to comment maybe should open bakery earlier in the day rather than 11:00. Most bakeries in Arizona are open at 6:am. I will be returning might have to try the restaurant as well. Ps I meant to post this on the store in Peoria AZ

The Sicilan Baker and Sicilian Butcher was a good looking place packed with people when we visited. We bought a half dozen flavored cannolis, and a sub on display in the cooler at the counter. The cannolis were way too sweet and rich, and the $10 sub tasted kinda odd and wasn't very good. We were quite disappointed, and the cost was high.

  • Karen Fein

This was my first experience with the Sicilian Baker. I bought some cookies, an arancini and a pastry. The pastry was totally yummy. The arancini was okay, but I didn't care very much for the cookies. I was hoping a couple of them would be crunchy, but they were very soft. if you like soft cookies, then you would probably love these.

Incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful shop! Everything looked amazing. Unfortunately one of our items ended up having a huge hair baked into it. Very unappetizing. I know it happens and one cant be too mad however its disgusting and ruined the food for us. That being said the fruit tart and the napoleon were fantastic!

  • Eric Bussey

OMFG! It was legitimately the best cannoli I have ever eaten. Everything looked amazing and I will be trying more. I mean, the food and service are terrible and you should stay away so they don't get too busy. Seriously though, The Sicilian Butcher is always crazy busy but it's worth however far away you have to park.

  • Alexandria Clark

This is the best Cannoli place; you can choose your own filling. I chose half cookie butter half espresso. I took the Cannoli home to save for the next day but wanted to try the filling really quick. THANKFULLY I was at home alone because this filling was so good, I audibly moaned. Definitely will be buying again!

  • Carlo Pelosi

This place is incredible! We walked in and we're welcomed in like it was our own shop. Gino helped us choosing out some delicious build your own cannoli. They tasted amazing as well as the Napoleon cookie! Awesome location! Thank you Gino for chatting with us hard to find friendly places like this one nowadays!

Absolutely amazing cannoli and various other Italian sweets. The "Sicilian Cannoli" is a foot long, or roughly forearm size. Take your pick from about a dozen fillings which are good enough to be served alone. As a West Valley resident, I do not mind the drive over, but am eagerly awaiting the Peoria location.

  • Andrew

Had the tiramisu. It wasn't palatable. Far too sweet. Overpoweringly sweet. The cream is too dense yet lacks the mascarpone flavor. An unpleasant aftertaste followed. At $13 it should not taste so poor. Perhaps my mistake was getting a ta north Italian dessert from a self-identified Sicilian bake shop.

  • Andrew Woodworth

Holy cannoli this place is good! We have yet to try the restaurant, but the bakery/cafe is fantastic. You get to choose your shell (size and flavor) and then your filling. Great atmosphere and customer service, and definitely one of the better cannolis I’ve had. You gotta check this place out!

  • Rachel Yusupova

The best baker in Phoenix. Very beautiful place to have a cup coffee and great varieties of pastries. Service was excellent and relaxing, warm and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this bakery . I will definitely come back with my friends. We had an amazing time.

  • Ina Trance

I love this place! I’m hunkered down due to being high risk so I only venture out on occasion.I take drive to the bakery atleast twice a month. Yes, pricey but you know the old saying, you get what you pay for! Delicious cookies, nice little market, nice staff, great coffee too!

I wanted to love this place ... but the cannoli shells taste burnt. The minis were fine but both my husband and I got the chocolate dipped and whites chocolate dipped and all we could taste was burnt cannoli shell. Very disappointed. Wish I’d skipped it. …

  • L.A. Rush Audio

Love this bakery, everything is delightful but I wish they'd allow you to customize the mini cannolis since they have the shells and can fill them in the same manner, I'd pay extra even. Also they should make a sweet cream with rainbow sprinkles type filing.

  • Gene Haugen

It would be really cool if they didn't leave me standing there for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me. Poor customer service doesn't help your business. The pastries look good and I would have loved to have bought some but I got bored and walked out.

  • Anjanette Rue

I love this bakery. Me, my daughter and granddaughter visit and bought a canolli and gelato, very tasty. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. Thanks for making our experience wonderful. God bless you and your family, may your business prosper forever.

  • Lucy Ruderman

The traditional filling for the cannolis is perfect! The pistachio was pretty good but a little too sweet. Get the cannolis filled on the spot to maximize the crispy-ness of the shell (don’t bother with pre-filled ones). The sfogliatelle is also great!

  • Madison Truman

Yum yum yum! Awesome bakery! Obviously need to try the cannoli. They have a selection of cream cheese flavors to choose from. You can even do half and half if you wanna try two. Which, who doesn’t? Awesome staff, quick service even when busy.

  • Christopher Granholm

When I walked in, it was the closest I've been to being back in Sicily since I got back from there nearly 17 years ago! They have a trinacria on the wall, they have arancini for sale, they make their own cannoli; I wouldn't be surprised if

  • Jessica Smith

I understand this place is far from New York which is far from Sicily, but...my entire family is Sicilian and we found this very lacking. The only thing we tried that was good were the Regina/Giuggiulena. Every other cookie was completely

  • Heba Barazi

Oh wow! Soooo good. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna be addicted to it now. I had the sfogliatelle, layers of thin and flaky dough filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese and semolina, infused with lemon zest. Can’t wait to eat the Cannoli later

  • Amelia Sigler

The best coffee you'll ever have. I mean it. The pastries here are great, and beautifully made. But, the espresso is the best I've ever had, and I don't think any one else in town could possibly best them. I'm in love with their coffee.

  • Connor Mann

Very tasty, especially with an espresso. The operation seems a bit disorganized, though perhaps that is to be expected such a short time after the launch, and will improve with time. The food makes up for it; I'd recommend it.

  • sam palmer

Delicious but serious personnel problems. Hires nearly only young women with no sense of urgency; who seemingly lack proficiency or multitasking abilities. Get some individuals who know how to work and can take a job seriously

  • Vincent Panvini

I went to The Sicilian Baker today to buy Sfingi for St. Joseph's Day. The bakery did not have any and weren't going to make any...I was told. How do you call yourself the "Sicilian" Baker when you don't have Sfingi for St

  • Jose Ayabarreno

I have been waiting for a place like this for 19 years since I moved to Arizona form New York City. They have the best Italian Cannolis and pastries in town. I've been there 4 times and I order 4 dozens cannolis every time.

  • E W

The Traditional Cannoli in the display case was very delicious. You can also order a custom cannoli where a regular size cannoli shell can be filled with two types of fillings. There were 12 cannoli fillings in the case.

  • Christine Juarros

Cool place. We had stopped at a restaurant close by and saw this as we were passing by. Had to stop! Very cool how you can create your own cannoli and choose what shell you want. We got half Coffee and half Oreos. Yum.

  • Vanessa Gutierrez

Desserts are always great but Julia is the gem here. I’ve been in all week picking up orders and she is fantastic. She enjoys people and it shows. She is fun, personable and a loyal employee who knows her customers.

  • EJ Greco

well being sicilian this was a warm welcome to the area it felt like being back home with the family. fantastic food, great atmosphere. the pastries are to die for. If i could give it a ten star rating i would

W O W !!! Absolutely delicious food! Beautifully detailed building! Smiling, friendly, patient, efficient staff who made me feel so taken care of! Literally EVERYTHING about this place made me happy.

  • Tj Prall

An absolutely delicious canoli; I did chocolate pistachio canoli with half oreo and half cookie speculos. My only suggestion is the price of $7 is high, but I'd go again when in Phoenix. …

  • Ravikant Ahire

This location is next to the Sicilian Butcher restaurant, Wide variety of pastries, cookies and cannolis, tried cannolis and napoleon puff pastries, absolutely love ! Bit costlier though

  • Qiana Mayberry

Amazing! Just left there with my family for a mid-day dessert. And the cannolis are ta die for. You get them custom made. And these fancy delicious waters. My new favorite desert spot.

  • Jason Camis

Great concept, tons of unique offerings for both cannoli filling and shell. Not all combos will work perfectly, ask for suggestions. Traditional cannoli cream flavor is great.

I enjoyed their Tiramisu Cake slice. It’s one of the best places to try Tiramisu cake and canoli. They have variety of Gelato options too, totally recommend.

  • K&Q98

Hands down the best Cannoli's we've ever had! Even transported 6 of them via aircraft back to Texas for my wife....she was very delighted to say the least.

  • Kate Fossman

We came here anytime we could make an excuse to. We needed to try every dessert! All so good. Ate more of the tiramisu than I'd like to admit.

  • Frank D

The traditional cannoli cream leaves allot to be desired. Too many mini chocolate chips and no citron! Consistency is a bit dry.

  • Cheryl KC

Everyone enjoyed the cannoli and cookies. Friendly service. A bit pricey; $44 for a pound of assorted cookies and 6 cannoli.
