Very nicely a security guard welcomes you into the store, I walked in looking for someone to help me with a few options of sweat shirts, I spotted a lady from the staff and asked her sweat shirt options. She just pointed me towards the rack and looked away. I tried looking but couldn't find anything to my taste, the staff lady was no where to be seen after that, I saw a guy from the staff walking around the store, called him and asked him for assistance and he says they are all here you can see and walks away. The stuff was nothing like what I had seen online. Anyway, I purchased a full sleeves t-shirt and a half sleeves t-shirt, billing was quick and smooth. Guy at the counter seemed good but I didn't want to complain and make a fuss. I have never seen such lazy, un-motivated sales people anywhere in Indiranagar. Went to Puma also and the staff there literally opened out every track pant they had to find me the perfect fit. But yeah I can't compare this start up with a well established company. They need to work on a lot of things, first would be finding good sales people who dont abandon their customers and dissappear.

On Sunday my family visited the souled store one of my fav brands for all time shopping. It was morning time but very crowded as it was the weekend. As we entered one lady staff member was there and she approached us for our requirements she was only person available on the floor so she informed us that her name is monali and if we have some queries she is available to assist us.. so my parents were very happy for that gesture from her they were like she seems to be a very polite and professional while attending each one of us.. she was like helping other customers, doing billing, checking for sizes what my parents were asking.. she was handling everything like one woman army.. it's really impressive for my parents.. she helped them for selecting t-shirts and shirts. It was a great experience for my parents... It is highly recommended for all my family members also... The store, the service given by Monali was awesome... Will definitely visit again. Sanjay's approach to handling customers, especially women, needs improvement. Rather than raising his voice at them due to long queues in the trial room, he should address this issue with the management about the insufficient number of trial rooms. Additionally, his dismissive attitude towards a customer complaint, responding with 'Apan nipat lenge bahar,' is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. When customers visit a store, their primary purpose is to try out products, as opposed to simply making online purchases. Sanjay should recognize this and strive to treat customers with courtesy and respect. It is possible that other customers may have faced similar issues but chose not to voice their concerns. Such behavior should be discouraged. If Sanjay is unable to meet the caliber required to assist customers properly, the store management should consider addressing the matter.

Reached the Most Beautiful "The Souled Store" Store i have seen until now.. And, surprisingly it turned out to be in Bangalore... The size of it was so truly humongous that i got jealous they have such a tiny Store in Infiniti-2 Mall, Malad [Mumbai]. Loved it from Entry to Exit... Moreover, took 3 of my closest ppl to this Store and they too went Crazy through the shopping fest this store hadta offer... Before which they all joked about my loyalties to this Brand. A Bunch of Compliments and appreciation to Sajid & Devika who helped us with 16 items from the stores huge inventory...outta which 10 were from the ladies section [Everyone knows how much patience is required there...w.r.t. trial and error..and trial(ssssss)]. Simply love the layout of this retail-store.. And the Caricature around... All in all, 6 outta 5 s... One more for an All-round experience.

Yesterday I visited souled store it was bad experience for me...I asked two people employee name Umesh and Jayanth to check size...They said sir 2min I'll come.. they didn't came to me..finally I asked one employee name Hareesh... He said that sir just I need 2min I'll call one of my colleague.. I think sir 2min it's a routine dialogue for Souled Store employees...I got frustrated and I Shouted on Hareesh...first he said that I can't come out and he went to check size...Why they talk like that I can't understand... while I'm Speaking with Hareesh..he open his mobile...already i got frustrated...i handover Hareesh to check size and he is trying to escape with silly reasons...he is waiting for other employee..after shouting on Hareesh finally he checked my requirement...

Store visit experience was not good. 1. The staff was not welcoming. Not experienced at managing the crowd as I visited during weekends. Not polite. Everyone is busy at something, no one has time to attend the customer or patience. 2. Sizes are not available for many of men and women clothing. We were directed to buy them online, which fails the purpose of the physical store. Not great at managing the supply chain at physical stores. I hope they get better at training their staff and managing the crowd in a better way. Also have adequate supply of the products at store.

The Souled store brings us the official merchandise of our favourite Hollywood movies, TV shows, sports teams, comedians, and musicians, with a wide range of kickass graphic designs. This 2 storey building hosts cool collections for men in the ground floor, women and the kids section on the first. There are lots of varieties from T-shirts to jackets, colourful and amazing prints.The prices are quite reasonable as well. It’s just difficult for anyone to come out without buying anything. Do visit this amazing store whenever you are in and around indiranagar.

Yesterday I visited souledstore with my dad...It was great experience.....One of Employee named Hareesh received us... He is doing his work...I asked him denims where it was..he showed us..my father Said to do his work..he said no Sir..First priority is customer after that only I'll do my work...wowwhat a dedication it was....Manager trained him very well..I think he is following his Manager's guidelines properly...still that word I was hearing what Hareesh was said.... I appreciate Manager for his proper training and I appreciate Hareesh

This was my first visit there and while I'm still a huge souled store fan boy, the collection in the physical store was just sad and disappointing. They did not have any clothing material under the size of XL. None of the merchandise were arranged in their respective shelf. It was just a chaos among clothes and the fun part was neither the staff had idea about stock and where each category of clothing are. It's located in prime Bangalore spot but a lot of them returned empty handed unless you go to buy accessories instead of clothing or buy large sizes.

The Souled Store brand is my personal favorite, especially when it comes to T-shirts. Shop is located in Indiranagar. I am drawn to their exceptional quality and the comfort they provide. The material used in their T-shirts is simply awesome. They have become my go-to choice whenever I want to feel comfortable and stylish at the same time. If you haven't tried their T-shirts yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. I usually buy online only. This is the first time we visited personally to the shop. Overall experience was good.

Looking for Marvel character merchandise, this place is for you. DC, Cartoon Network, popular TV series characters, they just have them all. You can buy an annual membership for 200/- and enjoy discounts. There are over-size options available in all clothing categories. PROs: For all your expectations, you are going to be delighted with the variety and creativity. Great interiors and you enjoy being here. Great parking space for two wheelers. CONs: Some items are overpriced and often the right sizes are not available.

Love the store, but I'd be even happier as a customer if they do a routine inventory check to mak sure all sizes are available at a given time. Sometime you have to end up shopping by size preference rather than design/likeability preference. I think instead of having equal number of sizes for one design, the store should research on which size goes faster becomes unavailable faster and accordingly over compensate by keeping those sizes more than the lesser selling ones in their inventory.

I was super enthusiastic about this store since a long time. The fit and comfort is no doubt excellent. But think 10 times before putting it in the washing machine. I trusted the brand and I had put a red shirt bought from this place into my washing machine, it stained and killed my other laundry worth over 10k altogether, left a ton of colour and has stretched in it's fit as well. So think twice.! And probably their quality team should look into it. Not risking it anymore with this brand.

Literally one of my favourite stores now! I’m obsessed with their toon themed style, it’s very unique! I haven’t visited their store yet but I wanted to drop a review to appreciate their clothing line. The customer service is so efficient and the delivery is super fast. The quality of the merchandise is amazing and at a reasonable price. Well I have crossed this place many times but last weekend been there. It’s a good one. The collection is cool, modern, and slightly cost effective as well. They have all sort of clothing. The new cord-sets are super cool. Store is well organised, less mess. Parking is in basement for two wheelers. Only thing is due to construction of Road/Metro it becomes slightly difficult to enter. But else, can be visited for sure.

The merch they provide is great! I once brought a jacket which ended up being oversized, and I only noticed that a few months after! I contacted Mr. Yogesh regarding the same and asked to exchange for the size which fits me (ofcourse I hadn't used the jacket), He took the responsibility and made sure I got what fits me well. The store is located on a 100ft road, parking facility available. The store has 2 floors and the ground floor is for men and the other one is for women & kids. The store looks very clean well maintained, walls with doodles and graffiti, the only thing that sucks is the trail room they don't have doors, they have only curtains to cover, and there's a bean bag and table to rest or spend some time.

Morning,My dad came to Souled store...No one responded him...he said that he asked one girl to help him..but she left from his side..he said that Souled store employees thinking that Old people can't buy items from them..Worst experience for my dad..why people are giving 4,5 star rating for that...they are doing fake feedbacks I think so... The place is bright, colourful and certainly got the right vibes.. It's easier for you to try out the clothes that you might have viewed through their website/app. The apparel prices are on the higher side if you are looking for casual and regular wear.. I would suggest you to make online purchases where more discounts are available.. Overall the experience was good..

The collection in the shop is fantastic. Everytime I come here thinking of buying 1 cloth, i end up buying multiple clothes. The revamping of collection from time to time is exceptional as well. Barely any collection of shoes, I saw 9 pairs of shoes on there and I thought they're just the sample ones and I can ask them for a different size in that shoe... but nah.. them 9 pieces are all they got. They just tell you to either pre order or get it from their website. The thickness of their shirts aren't all that great either. Pretty average.

Noicest collection you get here. A bit overpriced for the basic t-shirts and shorts or jackets. But then it's quality and it's the name. If you visit here, don't forget to get the yearly membership for 299 I guess, and you get the discount instantly on the first purchase. Overall I'd say that I'll be visiting again to buy more stuff.

Beautifully decorated store. You would be able to try out before purchasing. Collection is quite good but lesser than online collection. You would get every possible size in your chosen item. You can ask their available staff and they would get it for you from their stock. There were good discounted prices for many pieces.

To define this store in one single word- Overrated. The only good thing happened for us by visiting the store is we got to know which size shirts fit us. The quality of the shirts appeared low for some reason and it was over crowded during a saturday which made the experience terrible. The best option is to buy online!

The store is really good with many quirky and great designs..However, there were network issues at the billing counter. Inspire of 3 billing counters only 1 counter was working due to network issues etc. Suggest to improve the process and network issues at the billing counter as there is lot of queue.

The interior and exterior is no doubt too eye catchy and colourful. But compared to men’s collection women collection is way too less. There is no variation no variety in collection. Nothing. Men’s collection is more but again, the best tees you get online are not available in the store anytime.

A decent sized store with a variety of collections ranging from t-shirts, pants, boxers, jackets, perfumes and shoes. The staff was informative and helpful in shopping. More collections could be added to the place and better parking facility for four wheelers could be provided.

Your initial stage Products where long-lasting durable. this shirt was very perfect and it fots my body very well. the sad part is. only 2 wash (i do hand wash not machine) the cloth is faded and shape out. Not worth for ₹1809. Platform shirts works well than this product.

The store provide quality goods in trendy designs. Loved the fact that they are a homegrown brand. Their service was too good. But need improvement in ladies collection. Found most of the ladies wear outdated basic and less collection. But for men this place is a gem.

There's a good collection for men downstairs but the top floor doesn't have many options as on their website. You won't find all the items on the website here and maybe sizes too but you can definitely take a look and always buy from their site.

Not a very good collection all t shirt quality is very different. Even if you check the same t shirts... Plus people who are working there now are not good responsive they give very bad looks to girls.. especially that eye liner guy creepy.
