Kyle went beyond his regular hours to help in spite of difficulties with the computer to get hooked up with two new iPhones. The computer in the store was operating very slowly. He called me at home to let me know everything was working so we were able to return to the store and go home with 2 new phones working!! Kyle has a very pleasant attitude. Because we are seniors, we needed much explanation and Kyle provided it with great patience-nothing was too much trouble for his customers. Excellent service by Adnan for Source. It was getting very late in the evening but Adnan stayed 2 hours past the store closing to help me activate my wife’s and my cellphone plans, considering he had to deal with the delays of Bell’s customer call center. I would definitely recommend coming here for getting the best and most affordable phone plans. The staff will make sure you walk away with the best deal in market no matter what!

Honestly the best phone & phone plan purchasing experience ever. Every single person was so kind and helpful and it felt like they genuinely wanted me to get the best deal. Adnan, Hammad, Sadar, and Amit are the best salespeople I've met in a long time. They took care of my parents too and were so patient with us all. I walked in not planning to look or buy anything and ended up so armed with knowledge and also a sweet deal.
