We recently moved to the area from out of state and are so grateful that we got connected to Eric with The Southwest Life. We have never lived in this type of climate before and he truly helped us navigate the many questions we had about homes here. The construction of homes was so completely different than what we were used to, as well as all the heating and cooling features and countless other details. We really needed a lot of explaining for the homes we were seeing and Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. (He was also very patient with us as we looked at several dozen homes, at least!) We are incredibly pleased with the home we bought and wouldn’t change a thing about our experience with Eric. We happened to close on our home shortly before the Covid-19 shut downs began and he even reached out to us several times after closing to check on us and see how we were doing, knowing that we were so new here with so much chaos going on. The Southwest Life truly provided us with above and beyond service and genuine care. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to go to them again for any real estate needs we might have.

All though I did not buy a home from Deanna Dawn Thielen Dopslaf at The Southwest Life Real Estate Group, she did provided me with different options, very helpful information on house vs. condo vs. townhomes & put me in touch with a great lender. I bought a new mobile home in an establish park her in Albuquerque but would not have had the confidence to do so had it not been for the knowledge on the housing market, new jobs coming in and financing Deanna shared with me.
