We bought our hot tub a few years ago and our Sundance experience has been excellent. We were very pleased with the purchase price to start and the only time we have required service, the first we knew that the service man had been there was when we received an e-mail the next day. No charge. Any time we have asked questions at the Burlington store, the men not only answer, but show us the best way to improve our experience. The e-mails giving customers notice of items on sale is a great feature as well. All in all, they can't be beat. So, two years since the last post and many trips to Sundance , fortunately just for supplies as the hot tub keeps on ticking like the Eveready battery. I'm always impressed by the staff's knowledge and friendliness when I have questions. And they will always tell me when the next sale on a product is coming so I never overpay. Great service! Sundance continues to impress with their service, friendliness, and knowledge. The staff is always available to answer the difficult questions as well as make suggestions on improving our hot tub experience. Another two years gone by and the Sundance staff and equipment still are the best. I'd recommend the trip to Burlington to Sundance !!

During my first experience owning a hot tub, I had a lot of questions and some concerns but the staff at the Burlington store were always friendly, patient and able to make my hot tub experience very positive. No question was too insignificant and if warranted, their staff would even make a house call! They stand behind their product and offer comprehensive service. They are available to provide advice and supply necessary products at the Burlington store during their regular business hours. I was so impressed by Sundance in Burlington, I had them install my second hot tub when I moved out of the Burlington area to Lafontaine in cottage country. Not only did they deliver and set up my new hot tub, but they ensured our warranty was honored when I experienced a problem with the hot tub enclosure. My wife and I purchased a Chelsee 780 Spa in October, 2018 from the Burlington Sundance Spa and from our first meeting (with lots of questions!) to our every interaction to purchase spa treatment or new toys - the team at this location has been absolutely incredible! We had done a lot of homework on which features and manufacturers we were interested in looking at, and had visited several other hot-tub retail locations (across Burlington and Oakville) before we made it into Sundance. I’ve had my Chelsee Sundance hot tub for almost 12 years now with little if any issues. Due to its age I recently had some flow issues (Fl1). I had to replace my circulation pump and the flow switch. Mark was great at helping me diagnose this over the phone and had parts in stock and ready for instal. He had his guys do the repairs in a very timely manner so I had my tub running again quickly and if you want to attempt any repairs yourself is more than willing to guide you over the phone should you be so inclined. I also had to reset the tub mode and Bill, who I bought the tub from in 2008, was great and helped me do this over the phone in minutes. The guys you don’t see in the store, the repair guys, always called once they were done and made sure you knew they had been and the work was complete. Thanks James... After a thorough search of the Hot tubs on the market and in my own city of Hamilton, I purchased my Hot Tub in 2010 from the Sundance Oakville location and I use the Burlington Sundance location for supplies and service . The sales experience was a pleasure and the delivery was amazing, as my back yard had a deck that required some maneuvering. Everything from the suggested electrical company to final installation went as planned. I also received excellent follow up the day after when I had some questions regarding the remote and installation. Any small issue resulted in a quick service call, on time and professional. I have had many opportunities to speak with the owners and staff and every experience has been great. The Sundance product is outstanding, however the after sales service is Amazing. I did a great deal of shopping around (and online research) for the right spa, which started - and eventually ended - with Brian at The Sundance Store in Burlington. For the quality of spa we were seeking, we learned that Sundance was a fair price. Their reputation for excellent customer service is what ultimately sealed the deal for us and has proven to be a great peace of mind for this first time spa owner. Not only did Brian visit the day after installation to check on things and run through the key steps in maintaining the spa with me, he and the team at the Burlington store made a point of reminding me that they are always available if needed, which as I said, is a real peace of mind for such an investment. Any questions or issues, you call the store and speak to someone at the store (not an automated system or call centre). Our Edison hot-tub has been a game-changer for something to do in the colder weather, especially during Covid!

When ‘other’ local spa shops say “No”, Sundance Spa and Sauna Store Burlington say “were on our way”—and they have always been prompt, courteous, and on time!! It’s a pleasure to call them, and I’ve always been fortunate to speak with with either Brian or Mark, who are very, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and sets up the service call. I had an issue with my Clear Ray purification system. When I tried to replace the bulb after a year - i couldn't find the Clear Ray unit! Sundance looked into it internally and it turned out that through a misunderstanding, the unit had not been installed on the re-furbished Optima that I bought at their St Catharines location. Some retailers at this point might have tried to wiggle out or offer some other compensation, but Sundance could tell this unit was important to me - one of the key reasons I bought a Sundance. They directly and fully dealt with the issue, and set up an appointment to send Aaron and Walter to my house and install a new Clear Ray unit. The guys were friendly, professional and quick! I am delighted! And so I just have to echo their reputation for great customer service. Thanks Sundance!

After doing my research, decided on a Sundance Spa so went to the Appleby Line store in Burlington. Brian was extremely helpful and patient when I was asking questions to help make up my mind about which spa to choose. Bill was upfront about costs and insisted if I ever needed help to just call or drop in..there was no stupid questions. This was good considering it is my first spa :) The guys who delivered and set it up were fantastic. All around a great experience, so much so that I go back for all my needs (chlorine, cleaner...etc..). An excellent sales experience. 6 months later----Since purchasing, they are always helpful with any questions I have had and even suggested I bring in a water sample if I was concerned and they will test it for free. You cannot go wrong buying from Sundance in Burlington!

Had an amazing experience from the get go, walking into the store. Recently we purchased a hot tub from Sundance Spa Burlington . This was a new world to us as we had never owned a hot tub. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian who walked us through every step of hot tub ownership : selecting the right tub for our needs, style and colour options , requirements for install, and operation. We purchased the Optima nearly a year ago and we have had a great experience so far. The pool itself is great and we're happy with the model - lots of jets and nice add ons that the kids enjoy (lights, waterfall). We were new to hot tubs but it's been pretty easy to care for, from regular treatments to replacing the water. What's been really great, though, has been the helpful staff at the store. No matter what questions we have - and there have been plenty of those - they are quick and eager to help. From learning how to treat the water to when and how to empty the tub, the staff at the store have been very helpful.

Have been going to this location for quite some time and have always received good service. Unfortunately, after COVID I have found that the new employees are very rude and disrespectful. When products are out of stock they say to put name on a waiting list which you do but they make 0 effort to contact you when the product comes in. They make excuses as to it, such as "you might have given us a wrong number" But they refuse to check their files. I know very little will be done with this comment but it is unfortunate that I will be taking my business somewhere else where a business cares about their customers.

We purchased the Chelsea hot tub a few years ago and my family and friends and I absolutely love it. We had an issue with one of the pumps leaking within the first year of warranty and the Sundance technical team immediately came by same day and switched out the pump with a new one no questions asked. We had other minor repairs / adjustments done and again the team always responded immediately and fixed the issue. I purchased the tub at the Burlington Appleby location and the team are always pleasant and cordial. I highly recommend the Chelsea model. My friend bought one as well and also loves it.

Bought our 780 Series from "Sue" at Burlington Sundance Spas. Never even went into the store. Bought and purchased over the phone after researching for several weeks, if not months, what exactly we wanted in a spa and more importantly, how was it backed up (ie. service, parts, warranty). Sue was extremely helpful with all my questions and just as important, the service team setting up the Spa and the electrical team from CALIBRE ELECTRIC were amazing with the hookup and potential issues which were dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Great work all around. So far, no issues at all.

I bought the Optima 880 from the Burlington Sundance store a few weeks ago and I am not disappointed. Steve was very helpful in showing us all the features, even came over to house to help with placement. The electricians who hooked up the hot tub were very good. Sundance recommended a contractor to install the pad and their service was good as well. If I had a question on chemicals I just call the store or bring a sample of water to the store and one of the sales staff would help out. Overall a good experience. As far as the hot tub goes it is top notch quality, I am happy with my decision.

We are new owners of a beautiful hot tub from Sundance. From the first moment we walked into the store, we felt comfortable with the staff. They are full of information and don't pressure you into making any decisions. They let the product sell itself, and it does! Amazing technology and quality product. we contacted many companies, nothing matches these guys. The biggest gripe with our hot tub search was everyone but these guys make it our problem to find an electrician. These guys were a 1 stop shop. Everything included at a fair and competitive price. They stand behind their products with support, all of the staff I dealt with is very knowledgeable, the electricans they sent from Halton Electric were awesome, the hot tub movers from Fired Up Hot tubs were awesome, the hot tub is awesome, we are so happy. These guys really stood out during our search, it was a no brainer.

The Burlington store has always been a great place to shop for hot tubs. There are many hot tubs on display with all the accessories and supplies that you need. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful. When I purchased my hot tub last year, the salesperson, clearly explained the features of each tub available and answered all my questions. It was easy to make an informed decision on which one to buy. Any follow up phone calls to the store have been answered promptly. I clearly made the right choice based on the advice from the staff at the Burlington store.

We have had our Sundance Spa since 2008. Other than turning it off to drain it, it has run 24/7 since we got it. We have only had to call for service twice in almost 10 years and the service we got was outstanding! They are a very professional team that go beyond just fixing the problem you reported - they troubleshoot for any problems that may arise in the near future as well. Always a wonderful experience at the Burlington location. Being a new hot tub owner, the guys here are so helpful in helping me understand how to use the spa, answer my questions and figure out chemicals. What really impressed me was that instead of just giving me a standard set of instructions when it came to chemicals (like another place did) they took the time to look up our model and asked about our usage etc to figure out what would actually be the best combination for us. We have been dealing with Sundance Spa for a couple of years now. Nothing but great things to say about them. Always very friendly and helpful as we have a 10 year old hot tub that we completely refurbished and made brand new again with their assistance. Just had an issue with it recently and Bill prioritized our service call and sent James out to fix it right away. No charge as it was a part under warranty but just appreciate the quick, efficient and honest service with these guys. Would highly recommend buying a hot tub from them!

Wow wow wow. I stopped in to the store today and Jason helped me with some chemicals I needed to purchase. I mentioned my hot tub sounded loud and had a video I showed him. He agreed, something was wrong. He asked me to email the video to the service team. Within an hour, Mark called me and said a service tech will be around this afternoon. Diagnosed and replaced a pump. They called after and said it all good, replaced the pump. All done in one day! The service was AMAZING!!!! Well done Millcroft Sundance Spa team!! A++++++++

I bought a Cameo spa from Brian at the Mississauga store a year ago. He was the perfect salesperson, friendly and knowledgeable with a "no pressure" approach. The installation team were polite, efficient and made sure I understood how and when to use every item in the water maintenance start up kit. And the guys at the Burlington store (which is the closest to my house) take the time to answer every question I have. I've previously owned 2 hot tubs from other companies and in my opinion, Sundance spas are the best!

Sales rep Sue is the best! She is so nice and helpful. She makes dealing with Sundance an enjoyable experience. We had an issue with our hot tub heater in January and phoned their maintenance number. They were there the next day to fix it with no questions asked. Completely hassle free with no cost to us. You will not find that kind of service with any other hot tub company! Steve was very knowledgeable about hot tubs, and came by to help determine which models would be most suitable for us in terms of sizing and features. We had concerns about the delivery and installation but everything was seamless. Great service from the time of thinking of a purchasing a hot tub and being there afterwards to ensure that we were happy, and continued support to this day.

Great Local Business - we purchased a Sundance Spa from here 5 years ago and it still runs through all seasons no issues! Even the stereo system works in dead of winter! We bought our tub several years ago, but the customer service was awesome and we got a great deal on our tub as well as accessories. He even came back to re move it to a new location by hand with a few hard working young lads. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new hot tub. When we relocated to Burlington, our new home came with an almost new Sundance Spa. Being new to having and using a spa, the good folks at the Sundance Store were very helpful setting the unit up in my ownership and advising how to care for it. Their timely sales are great at saving a few dollars on required maintenance items. On the occasion of needing a service call, the technician was able to come out in short order. We've had our Sundance Spa for 12 years now and we've always been very happy with the customer service and support we've received. We've had very few issues over the years, but lots of help and advice on filters and other supplies. Most recently we had to call for service. They got back to me quickly and walked me through some suggestions to try myself first, and then scheduled an appt. for service. I would highly recommend them!

We bought our hot tub 8 years ago and have not only enjoyed our hot tub and its perfect location for our family home, but also the amazing service we receive. We have had very few times where any maintenance was required. It’s so easy to maintain and so wonderful to enjoy especially this time of year when its cool outside. Love how the treatment used in the water is safe, easy on the skin and the suits (if you use them).

Supply chain issues have impacted everything and hot tubs stocks aren’t immune to such disruptions. But the communication from the team was impeccable and prompt. Being new owners, there was a learning curve and the wonderful Burlington staff have been there every step of the way. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Any time I have called the store I get superb advice and when I can't solve an issue myself, technicians have fixed the problem very quickly. We bought our spa with Sundance Spa Burlington 2 years ago and we've been more than happy and satisfied. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. From the spa itself and it's hardware to the products we use to maintain it, they know it all. It's always a pleasant experience!

We are approaching our 4th season with our Optima tub, and it had been a great purchase. It has made our backyard overhaul enjoyable all 4 seasons. Although we ran into a heater problem last month, the staff and service techs at Sundace Burlington were great to deal with and the repair was covered by the warranty.

The Optima Spa is the third Sundance Spa I own. If ever will have to replace it it will be Sundance only. The Sundance Spas are the best. Bill and the employees in the Burlington store are great.
