Worst customer experience! The owner not only misbehaved but threw product at us. He was rude and violent! Having going there so many times, this was a complete shock. Here we are trying to support local businesses and this guy and his arrogance and rude behaviour can’t even be civil to his regular local customers. I am never stepping foot in that store again. This is not the first time we bought something stale from the store and it wasn’t about the money or getting something for free! It was just to get it in his knowledge that an item we bought was unopened and it had gone bad the day it was bought. Utterly shocked at this behaviour that living in this neighbourhood, meeting him quite frequently he treated us so violently. We are not dying to get a couple of bucks back. Pathetic and disappointing!

Hosam is amazing! My husband and I visited with my daughter. He gave us an entire tour of his store. All the specialty items you literally can’t find anywhere else. Best of all Halal products. Make sure you try his jamaican patty with hot sauce and cheese and pepperoni pizza with garlic. The Trail Convenience will be our all time favourite place!!!!

Went today with my wife for the first time to check it out. Sam is very nice and gave us a tour of the store. Lots of cool and exotic items I've never seen at a convenience store in Waterdown before. I really can't overstate the variety here it's wild. Definitely gonna be the regular spot for us from now on.

Met who I assume was the owner today and he was amazing! Definitely the nicest and most welcoming store owner I’ve ever met. Showed my mum and I around the store and introduced us to some very interesting and fun Easter treats!! Definitely the best convenience store in Waterdown by far!

The old owner was the friendliest, well mannered and well organized shop owner me and my girlfriend had met. Since new ownership has come in, products are on the shelf expired, boxes left on the ground, it’s gone substantially down hill. As of yesterday we won’t be back.

Sam is the best! There is so much variety here. I was amazed to see all the different seasonings and spices available. They even have siracha sauce here which you can't even find in any big chain grocery stores anymore. I will definitely be coming back.

Great convenience, they have the usual convenience store stuff but also other things that convenience stores don't, like Labneh, halal meat, shawarma pizza, etc. The owner and his family are very nice people, always smiling.

Love that we have some halal options in Waterdown now. Large selection of snacks and treats. I sent my husband to get me some pregnancy cravings last night. I tried the Manakish today it was delicious!

i miss the old owners:( they were really friendly and would order new things that i’d wanna buy. also tell me why it says they’re open at 6am but i go there at 6:45am and they’re not open.

Love it here!! Store owner is very friendly, and the pizzas are great!! There's so many cool export items at the store that you won't find anywhere else. Definitely check it out!

Excellent store with so many products of variety and every stuff they have, if they don’t have and you ask them they will get it asap for you in a day or two …

Noted a very unexpected chain of events today where the owner treated a customer extremely irresponsibly and with complete lack of care or professionalism.

Beware. Please check expiry before getting products here. Their meat breads and milk items usually get expired and owner gets irritated when you tell them.
