The Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. From the manager to the florists. My sister (out-of-State) ordered a beautiful arrangement she saw online and placed this order directly. Upon arrival i noticed it had NO instructions about the care. I was just surprised and overjoyed. It was my birthday! A couple of days later, I noticed that the arrangement look dead & needed to be trashed. I look inside their is no vase or anything to hold water.Just green plastic which the flowers were placed. How do flowers stay moist without WATER?!? I called my sister and she was told NEXT TIME you’ll know how to care for them! But she didn’t receive the arrangement, I did!!! I called and the manger asked me to have the payee call. Why, I am the owner of the flowers? She called back and was given more instructions on how to soak them. This is the most unprofessional, & inexperience florist shop EVER! These folks have no real customer service or leadership.Not one clue of being a real florist between them! They are more concerned with keeping the few bucks $ then customer satisfaction. This manager offered no REAL solution. She never offer to rectify the situation. This woman didn’t know how to professionally handle their mistake. She was ill-tempered, insulting, abrasive, argumentative, and seemed to have more experience avoiding and defending the poor packaging. Beware of these workers in San Antonio,TX

Starting off this review to say the staff is super friendly and nice! On that end they are 5 stars. I received a gorgeous arrangement for my birthday last month (see photo with black vase). It was absolutely stunning. Loved it so much that I decided to order from Tuscan Rose for a friend’s bday a couple of weeks ago. What she got versus what we ordered was not the same. I called back to ask about it, and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund. Every business has an off day, so I thought “oh I’ll still order from them”. Cut to last week - I called to place twoorders for coworkers. I’m all about giving a business a couple of chances but I was so disappointed and let down by what the recipients got versus what I ordered (see photos). Yes, both are yellow & white, but the advertised arrangement was beautifully arranged with a variety of yellow and white flowers. I got all yellow roses and white hydrangeas. It’s been 0 for 3 for me with Tuscan Rose. I’m so sad because my first experience receiving an arrangement was so positive, but then the next 3 as a customer were very disappointing.

Tuesday afternoon I received the beautiful bouquet in the first picture; however, it came with no care instructions. I put water in the foam Wednesday. Thursday they started to wilt some and by Friday they looked depressing. Today is Saturday and I have been trying to call the florist all day to ask about how to revive these flowers but nobody is picking up the phone. I know they should’ve lasted longer than just a few days for the money they cost. UPDATE: After months they finally responded to my review claiming the reason they didn’t answer their phone was because they closed after 2pm on Saturday when I had called all day that day starting in the morning and even left a voicemail that was never returned. I also looked on their website for care instructions at the time I had originally posted this and on their instagram and didn’t see anything. Simply just include care instructions in your deliveries and answer your voicemails (and also your reviews sooner). WOW. No “we are sorry” or “we acknowledge that this happened”. So to top off my previous review… THEY ARE RUDE!

This was my second order from Tuscan Rose Florist. Both orders were delivered in excellent condition, and with the same day delivery service which I indicated and paid for at checkout. I picked this floral shop, as it was located somewhat near the address to which I was sending the arrangements, and it had excellent Google reviews. It's hard to know what the recipient will be receiving, when you're sending flowers from so far away. I happen to live in Minneapolis, MN, so I was happy to find a local floral shop that has excellent reviews and has provided beautiful arrangements to my best friend in Texas. It's wonderful being able to trust Tuscan Rose Florist to get an exquisite arrangement to my friend, the same day I order it! Especially during these times of social distancing, it's nice to be able to let people know that you're thinking of them and you love them, and this floral shop can help you do that in the way of beautiful flowers and plants (and other gifts). As my friend & her family have no plans on leaving Texas, I will be repeat customer to this floral shop.

Ordered flowers, balloons and a candle for my wife's birthday. They arrived in time and the driver was nice. The flowers started wilting less than 24 hours later (my wife knows a lot about growing flowers herself). The rubber balloons were on the floor and the candle had no scent what so ever. Seems like all the items I ordered were very cheap quality. Spent around $200 and was pretty disappointed the next day. I did receive an email asking me to do a survey. I guess they don't look at those surveys because no one contacted me. Maybe they'll see this and make things right. I'll update my review when and if it happens. Update; I didn't get a refund and my wife didn't get her flowers and balloons. Probably should contact me directly before this gets worse. Thank you. Update 2 Finally received a call. After receiving what I thought was a fair request, they went above my request at their option, so I want to thank you for stepping up!

Lisa was a tremendous help in creating the perfect gift for my son's 22nd birthday away from home. He was visiting San Antonio for a SHRM trip with his college Fort Hays State University from Kansas in April. Lisa's associate that took the order was gone and Lisa noticed it hadn't been delivered and followed up to make sure it was delivered right away to the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport, which actually recommended The Tuscan Rose to me. Thank you for making sure the order was delivered right away and for the added candle! My son loved the cross and the Ferrero Rocher chocolates as well! Lisa's customer service and delivery was outstanding! Thank you for helping this Mama celebrate her son's birthday even 600 miles away!!

Unfortunately, my family has suffered quite a bit of loss in the last few years. I no longer live in San Antonio, so it's important that I be able to demonstrate my love and condolences from a distance. I am so happy to have discovered The Tuscan Rose! The consistency and quality supercedes any other florist I have previously used. How do I know these arrangements are gorgeous? Because every time I send one, I receive a picture of the arrangement with a sweet text of thanks from my family. Often they say the arrangement brought them to tears with its beauty. My only wish is that there was a Tuscan Rose in every city!

An experience a world apart from all of the third party online ordering services. What I received was exactly what I ordered in the picture- none of the bait and switch you get elsewhere. I was able to call to discuss my preferences and every detail was taken into consideration. On my second bouquet she even showed me the arrangement and graciously made changes I requested. The flowers were the highest quality and super fresh. Worth EVERY penny to put a smile on someone's face that really needed it and I'm forever grateful to this florist for helping me to do so. I ordered online, from Michigan, flowers to be delivered in Texas for my grandmothers funeral. It had to be delivered in a timely manner & it was delivered on time & the arrangement was gorgeous. Exactly like the picture; I did pay a little extra for the “deluxe” version & it was absolutely worth it. The flowers were beautiful. Also I called to double check on the order since I placed it online from a different state & the lady who answered the phone was so very helpful & polite & kind. I highly recommend this flower shop & would definitely give them 15/10 if I could.

WOW! Extremely satisfied with my experience here. I ordered a bouquet on a Sunday while they were closed and asked for it to be delivered the next day (today). The ordering process was very easy and I did it all from my house in Colorado. My sister was so happy with her flowers and the succulents they chose really made it gorgeous. I ordered the blush bouquet for my moms birthday, she absolutely loved them. They were so beautiful and fresh. She said they made the whole room smell so good. I ordered them last minute and there was kind of a switch up, so they did come a day late but the lady I spoke too was so nice and they gave my mom balloons, chocolates, and an extra bouquet to make up for the accident. We've ordered floral arrangements for two funerals this year in San Antonio, and both times we went with The Tuscan Rose Florist. Even though we live in Canada, they made it super easy to arrange for the flowers to be designed & delivered by them. Since we are not local, they were kind enough to text us the day of each funeral with a photo of the arrangement they had prepared. I was excited to use Tuscan Rose based on the good reviews but was disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for my aunt and uncle’s anniversary. It looked pretty basic and I paid for an upgrade so was expecting something more eye appealing. Additionally, the delivery driver left the flowers in the scorching sun when there were several places with shade. Luckily my aunt’s neighbors noticed and brought them inside before they were scorched. Overall just bummed.

As always, y'all delivered - and exceeded expectations. Definitely the best florist in San Antonio. I love the original designs and personal care I always get from your staff! When I ordered these flowers for my mum's birthday, a staff member called me to say that she didn't have the pink peonies in stock, and would I prefer to substitute another flower or wait until Monday for them? Customer service is the one thing I make most of my decisions on. I had a situation I was not happy with, the owner reached out and not only made things better but went above and beyond. I think customer service has disappeared in most places that’s why I was extremely impressed by Tucson Rose in the way they really do care about their customers. I called on friday begging for help for my g-d daughters bridal flowers that were needed on saturday. I had the bride call them and describe what she wanted. they delievered it and it was beautiful. I have ordered from here multiple times for deliveries a day they have always arrived on time or communicated with me if there was any issues. I typically order the custom bouquet and I appreciate the ability to set my own price. The only thing I would change is that I would like to see the bouquet if at all possible, but that's just to satisfy my curiosity lol.
