"I have been using this particular UPS STORE for about seven years now I have a small mailbox there for my company and I have always appreciated the great service at this store although they can be very busy"
"Refusing service and threatening customers get you 1 star"
"I had a package that needed overnight shipping ASAP, and I was not prepared to send it"
"I needed to print out a return label but didn't know how"
This UPS Store is my favorite! I'm a regular customer and I always look forward to seeing these hardworking, professional employees who get me in and out efficiently. I'm much closer to the Lombard location but the manager there is wild and I go to this one instead. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for 10/10 service!
I have been using this particular UPS STORE for about seven years now I have a small mailbox there for my company and I have always appreciated the great service at this store although they can be very busy. Sometimes I never have an issue otherwise. This is a great place to have a private mailbox with a real street address.
Refusing service and threatening customers get you 1 star. You're on YouTube. @ups I would close that store and revoke there franchise license. Your employees should be fired for trying to fight a customer. Instead you refuse service. Refuse to print flyers for the missing girls..... So we see where you stand. Thanks
I had a package that needed overnight shipping ASAP, and I was not prepared to send it. I was anxious and unsure if my needs were realistic. When I went in and asked for help, the service was better than I could have expected. I am happy I went to this UPS store and it will be the location I use from now on.
I needed to print out a return label but didn't know how. In my past visits to this store the staff have always went out of their way to help me with this. Not today. I'm a Senior citizen and not that tech savvy. The clerk simply told me she didn't know how and left me fumbling to figure it out on my own.
Amelia is fantastic!! I'm a frequent copy machine user and she's always there to help me out. I always look forward to going to the store to see the wonderful staff and their great outfits! There are closer stores to me, but none with the efficiency and friendliness of this location!
I just went in to ship some important documents, and I want to give special thanks to Kaylee. She was so courteous and polite and made sure everything was exactly perfect with my documents. I would recommend anyone to this store for professional and well dressed staff :))
Utterly terrible. An employee got in my personal space when I showed up a couple minutes before closing. I was apologetic but his body language was so aggressive. I've never felt so intimidated at a retail store in my life. Haven't returned since.
Great customer service at this location! Elena and the others are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend when you need to ship packages or complete those Amazon returns. Also knowledgeable about customs if you ship items out of the country.
I used to work here and after the new owner Kelly took over in June, it went SO downhill I had to leave. He was alright at first but then his true colors started to show and it was such a draining place to work. The A/C is broken, it was so
Take your business elsewhere. This store is despicable! A local community member came in to make flyers of missing local woman (our community members) and was turned away, not only was he turned away but the grubby store employee threatened
We have been mailbox customers of this branch for...wow, more than a decade now! These people work hard and know their shipping, and are all nice, chill people who honestly put up with A LOT. Many of these negative reviews sound like people
Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS store. First, I waited thirty minutes in the cold since they are only allowing four customers in the store due to Covid. That’s fair enough but when I get in the store and there are five
If you are going there for printing, be aware of $2 charge per EACH FILE which other UPS stores don’t have. Printed about 60pages and was charged $76 because there were about 30 files. Some of the print weren’t even fit to page. Just go to
I usually have a great experience here, but I recently had the most terrible service. When returning Amazon packages a man that worked there was incredibly rude (he seemed like he was the manager). He was disrespectful, had an attitude and
Hands down the worst UPS Store I have ever been in. I'll be doing all my business at FedEx now. Wish I had read these reviews before I went to this store. The Owner Kelly and all the employees are very rude. Wish I could give them -5 stars
What a gem this store is tucked into our little neighborhood. The staff at the Woodstock UPS Store works as a team and they are always ultra professional and helpful. In particular, I have been assisted a few times by a design specialist
I've always had great experiences at this store. The employees here are much nicer and more professional than another UPS Store I had been going to further north. They're doing a great job keeping it safe and clean during these times too.
I dropped in at 5:30 PM on a Friday on a holiday weekend and received excellent customer service. One of the store managers went above and beyond helping me to pack some ceramics I was shipping, explaining the most cost effective method,
I write this morning to give a shout out to Jason Wiley at UPS store 5263. I have rented a mailbox at this store for 7 years. It's a busy location offering services with built-in stresses. I've seen lots of staff come and go and observed
I am a long-time customer and mailbox-subscriber. This is a really nice place. The employees are awesome, and they are professionals. Sometimes wait times can be long, but guess what? That's because the employees are dealing with humans.
I live in the neighborhood and go to this UPS Store frequently for printing, shipping, and notarization services. I’ve also been to the store in Sellwood and most recently a couple of stores in California. The employees at the Woodstock
The only negative experience I ever had was witnessing one female employee bully and berate a young male trainee. She was very unfair. Aside from this I cannot say enough good about this store. Their employees are pleasant and efficient
great service! went in during pandemic times to mail off my passport for renewal. they were keeping the store limited to 4 at a time, very reasonable given their size. service was courteous and competent. first set of passport photos I
My pup escaped from doggy daycare Fri and I had to print flyers to put up around the neighborhood. The UPS gent was very helpful and offered a discount since it was for a lost pet. This store will be my go to for all my shipping and
I pop in for last minute printing quite often and have always been welcomed kindly and efficiently (and they offer a non-profit discount!). I'm not sure about the negative reviews in the past - but I think there has been a change in
Are you unhelpful and condescending? Get a job here. Want to spend more money every year for less service and access? Get a mailbox here. Ship a check? Nope, there's a UPS policy against shipping checks, but only at this store.
The staff is always incredible when I need help shipping items. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Elena, customer service is top notch, personality is so nice and bubbly. Thank you for always taking care of my shipping needs!
Saw a video of them refusing service to velly ray because they don't like his youtube content. That dude feeds chicken to homeless and takes people to rehab. Called them and they said no comment and hung up.
Saw a video of an employee threatening a customer because he didn't like his you tube content ... Refused to print fliers. Then the owner did the same. This is disgraceful... Do not give them your business.
This place doesn't know how to do their job. They are not helpful at all. The owner has no customer service exactly like the people he hires. Dont waste your time going there. Try the one on 82nd by winco.
Poor service, just complained about Amazon. Refused my Amazon return since it did not fit in their bag. Had to go to a different UPS store (Sunnyside) which took the return without issue.
Jack was so very helpful. This is a wonderful ups. I watched Jack teach an old couple how to work email it was so wonderful and restored my faith in humanity
They turned down a homeless advocate YouTuber away from making flyers. Absolutely disgusting behavior coming from "progressive" staff.
No issues here! Great experience and customer service provided both by an employee working and the manager and/or owner.
UPDATE 2: actually, they don’t even always have a notary, and they can’t tell you when they will or where to go.
Great employee who helped me. My order was sent to the wrong person, the person who received mine sent it to me.
It’s not quite on the usps level of a hassle but damn close. The SE Tacoma location is much better.
This place is kind of a disaster. Most expensive ship rates in town. This is not ups owned
Unprofessional staff member threatening and wanting to fight a customer in the store.
