I really enjoy going there as it is very convenient. The one man that works by himself there is very polite and helpful, if you need anything he will go out of his way to help! I have only had one bad experience, i had my grandchildren with me ages 2.5 and 4 years old. They were playing with the toys, getting a little loud, as kids do, but we were over in the corner playing with the toys. There were other kids there also, that were older (playing and ramming the laundry carts together) of course once my grandsons seen that they wanted to do the same. Don't get me wrong i did stop my grandsons from continuing on after a couple of times and told them why they couldn't do that anymore. The attendant (woman) got mad at my grandsons for copying the older kids. She made my grand babies cry and i got really upset with her. She and her co-worker continued to let the other children bang the carts together and run around. So from then on i don't go there (in the evenings) when she is working. SO my rating is for the times the one man is working

I live nearby here. It is more economical and time efficient to come here to wash the laundry and dry it at home. Of course you can wash 5 loads in 20 min despite the fact we have a washer and dryer at home instead of 3 hours like at home. The gentleman who operates the business is very professional and friendly. They recently set up the machines to accept debit or credit which is much more convenient than it was before, but one thing that has changed for the worse is the hours. I've shown up here in a Friday or Saturday and the place is closed? This is the time when most people need to do laundry. Very inconvenient. I was a regular here but with the hours being so unpredictable it's hard to plan around it. May need to look into another place instead.

Best Laundry mat I have EVER been too! and I've been to a lot! I used to live on the other side of the city and would pay for a ride or a cab just to come here. I have germ phobia so it being so clean! was LITERALLY a breath of fresh air!! so many place in this city slack off and don't clean anywhere never mind the soap dispensers. The guy that is usually there when I go is super friendly and helpful, I also have a child in tow which I tried to avoid cause of my germ phobia I have to watch her like a hawk constantly telling her "not to touch" .. but here I don't I can do my laundry and know she is fine, not to mention all the questions she ask's I don't think he got too annoyed lol. All in all! its a GREAT PLACE!! I recommend highly!

First time here today, and I'm definately coming back! The owner was extremely kind and friendly, walked me through everything, and just generally made me feel welcome (which is honestly so rare these days). The place itself is clean and cozy, plenty of machines and plenty of space, don't let the outside fool you. It looks small but its spacious inside. Would highly recommend this place if you have a lot of laundry or simply want it done fast. Its cheap, its cozy, the owners nice. Seriously what more do you need? :D

Since my washing machine broke I have been there three times. I was dreading having to use a laundromat with 2 preschoolers in tow. But here, its almost doable. The place is clean clean clean, bright and the owner is really wonderful, helpful and just a good guy. I can go in the morning with my 4 massive laundry baskets and get everything washed, dried and folded in and hour and a half. Considering I used to do 2 loads a day all week I am saving myself time. So much so I am in no rush to replace my washing machine.

Great facility. Clean with plenty of machines so no waiting. Haven’t been to a laundromat in a while so was a bit surprised at the costs. No complaints but a touch more than I had expected. Fast , large load, efficient machines made the job quick and worth the $. 8.00 for a Maxi Load washer (4 regular loads all in one) 3.25 for an equivalent sized dryer for 30 mins. Both needed only one cycle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I need it, I’ll go back here.

Awesome place to do laundry. The guy who owns it is very nice and helpful. You can also drop your clothes off and he will do it for you, for a bit more, but it's worth it if you don't have the time do to it yourself. They have detergent, bleach, etc.. if you don't have your own. I found it to be cheaper than using the coin operated machines in our apartment building. Plus, it's right next to 7eleven, so you can grab snacks and drinks while you wait.

I went to this place last Fall 2015 and I thought at that time it was nice and clean. But, this whole Summer it has gotten filthy dirty all over. He never cleans up the floor, I never see him clean the machines. I switched to a different laundry mat because I can't stand dirty floors and machines. This guy maybe nice but he is lazy. And, he is double the price of a different laundry mat that I go to now. Way to expensive.

Don't have to use a laundromat often, but went here to wash my sleeping bag, as I only have an agitator machine at home. $8 for the wash, took 20 mins, and about $2.25 for a 30 min dry. Owner is very polite and pleasant, answered any questions I had. He turns on the machines for you, and you pay at the end. Came here a few years ago as well, when my dryer was broken, and was able to take care of what I needed to.

Great place to do laundry, and I like to come here when I have jackets and comforters to do. I know these items will dry in their equipment, in a reasonable time. I think other laundromats lower their heat setting so you have to keep plugging the coins in to get things thoroughly dried. BTW no coins here. The friendly owner uses a card to start the equipment and you pay cash when you're done.

Excellent service never had a bad experience. Save money by going to this place. Think about it. Do laundry at home your water bill very high. Then buy laundry soap another expense. Then drying time bottom line you can fit upto 5 loads in a machine probably saving around 80 bucks. Good prices and a time saver. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

My first time to the laundromat because our suite washer broke down and the attendant was very helpful. What would have taken me longer than a day of constantly checking the machines took me just over an hour without folding. The machines are clean and my laundry came out smelling better than using our communal washer and the price was very reasonable.

Very impressed! I used many different laundromats in the city and this one is perfect! Very clean, very nice environment and very helpful, welcoming, friendly staff This will now n forever be my new laundromat! Machines are express so they only take 20 mins instead dof the standard 52 at other places. I can tell they take pride in their business.

This is an awesome place! The rates are fair, the machines wash and dry very quickly, and the customer service is amazing! One thing I especially like is that unlike my apartments dryers, these ones can be set for varying amounts of time, so you can adjust to only pay for what you need. If some stuff is still damp, you can add just a few more minutes.

Clean and efficient! The guy must have seen my overwhelmed look when I walked in but he was kind and informative! I really like how a wash on the biggest washer only took 20 mins and drying on the big dryer only took 30mins! That load included 2 comforters, one king and one twin and still only 30 mins! Very good. I will be returning!

I spend most of the year on the road and wouldn’t call myself an expert on laundry but I do have wide experience across N. America. This is one of the best, modern equipment, reasonable prices, room to fold and... no coins! The owner who is exceedingly helpful and friendly swipes his card and you pay at the end. Very clean inside and all washers regularly maintained, Believe the gentleman that is usually there is the owner, he's a very helpful Gentleman and is a blast to chat with while laundry is being down! Most affordable and efficient place to do your own laundry! He also offers services to have it done for you but it's so effortless to do it yourself. Lots of options so very little if any wait times and big 8-4 load washers and huge dryers! Ozonated water too which is unreal. Always a painless experience

Friendly staff, nice environment. Clean and very very fast with industrial machines. (Just under to just over an hour per load) Machines get your clothes clean every time, no water backup or stale smell upon taking clothes out. Seating available, as well as a tv that's usually on something decent.

Great customer service and no need to think about getting cash before doing laundry. Great working machines and also a lot of them which means no wait for the machines. Today was my first day but this place would be definitely my go to laundromat from now onwards.

Refused service because I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask which is contrary to the Manitoba Covid-19 prevention orders section 28(3) very inconsiderate in understanding and willing to discuss. Hopefully no one else has to experience that!

This is a total laundry experience. Always tidy and clean and laundry is done super fast in one hour. Friendly and knowledgeable owner who actually answers your questions. Once you use the Washeteria you won't be going to any of those other places again.

The staff was courteous and helpful with my questions. It was weekday before noon when I went, the place was clean and not very busy with people. The machines looked clean and in good working order, except for 1 triple load washer. Would go back!

All that really needs to be said is value. Clean shop and clean machines. Drop off wasn't available when I went in but I was offered the next best thing. The only part I didn't get was a fold. All this for under $12.00. Wow! Thanks Washeteria!

Have not used a laundry mat in a while, however, I am really happy I found Elder’s shop! I got 5 loads of laundry done all in under 2 hours! Easy to use and great service! No coins are needed, there are also 3 different sizes of washers too!

I needed a roll of quarters, so I went into this laundromat to get some, but the whole place has machines from the future. So I had to forget about the roll of quarters. It's also really affordable and clean, if you're into that.

Clean laundromat with helpful staff. Washed and dried my queen size duvet with no difficulty. 6.50 total charge and done in 50 minutes. Coinless operation. Owner uses card to start machines and you pay when everything is done.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and lots of machines. For 3 full loads only took me 1 1/2 hours and under $15 going back today and every week even if it's a 15 minute drive and there is one closer to me.

I love this place. No coins needed so that eliminates the need to scrounge for change to do laundry. The staff is top notch. I will drive past other laundromats and come here, no matter where in the city I'm living.

Decent place for RVers passing through Winnipeg. Owners and patrons helpful in sorting out how it all works. Lots of parking on a Saturday morning. 7 Eleleven next door for coffee. Sobeys grocery across the road.

Clean, working machines, good service and convenient pay options (no hoarding your coins for a trip to the laundromat) uses a pay at the till model. Never had a problem with finding an open machine to use.

I was in Winnipeg briefly for a visit, and dropped by the Washeteria. The owner is very helpful, and the service was good. Would recommend for anyone in the area, without a washer/dryer.

It’s probably the most cleanest laundromat that I’ve been to. It has a very large washer that will fit 4 comforters (1 king, 2 queen and 1 double. Owner is nice as well.
