"Horrible customer service! The worst yet!!! The only gal that was at the bar was not attentive at all! We had to go to her"
"Phenomenal selection of beer both on tap and in bottles/cans, and pretty decent selection of wine"
"Want to experience a speakeasy? Well then go to the Whining Pig at Desert Ridgeway! The bartenders are amazing, the drinks are phenomenal, and the food is delicious! This place has such a chill vibe with the best music playing and to top it off, they are so inclusive! I feel so welcomed there and I absolutely love Whining Pig! My boyfriend and I will most definitely be back for our possible 4th or 5th time! This place is BOMB!!!!! ❤❤❤ Thank you Whining Pig for being so damn awesome!"
"Great hidden gem at Desert Ridge"
"Would not recommend"
Horrible customer service! The worst yet!!! The only gal that was at the bar was not attentive at all! We had to go to her. We ordered our beer, which is over priced (10 dollars for a pint of beer ) We also ordered a meat and cheese board. She forgot all about us! When she was approached about it she said she was with other customers (for 15minutes???) It wasn't that busy! Overall, the assortment of beer/wine/mead was phenomenal. Way over priced IMO and we are from the PNW, the mecca of great craft beer. The service was horrendous and this alone is why we would NEVER return and we would NEVER recommend anyone we know to stop here. So Disappointed!!!!!
Phenomenal selection of beer both on tap and in bottles/cans, and pretty decent selection of wine. You can also get cocktails from a sister cocktail bar down the hall. Food is limited to panini-like sandwiches, meat and cheese board, and a few selections of raw bar, also from next door. So not a great selection of food, but then you aren't here for the food are you? But nice to have something to go with the beer if you need it. Prices aren't great, but it is a bar in a mall, so that is sadly to be expected these days. Service can be great, or not; really depends on who is behind the bar when you drop by.

Great hidden gem at Desert Ridge. I've been quite a few times, and I am never disappointed. Always something new to try! This is beer and wine specifically. If you want cocktails, those are located in the speak easy. They have some classic board games, and a chalk board for entertainment. We will most definitely be back.

Would not recommend. It’s basically a bar with some pub food. We ordered a $14 charcuterie board. And it literally looked like it was made with food from a grocery store. Dried apricots and whole walnuts. Looked like it was all from Costco. I got a panini with chips. And they were ruffles that were just put in a little bowl. $40 on happy hour for low quality food.
Always a great tab list of beers, and if you don't want that they have a ton in bottles and also like over a hundred different wines to choose from. Service is great! Shout out to Michael being awesome! And same goes for Joey and his mustache! Always a great time here and my local favorite!

Didn't really get a speakeasy vibe from this place but it is really well appointed and the drinks were indeed tasty as hell. Service was also fantastic. I should know by now though that a place called the whining pig isn't the best for vegetarian food options. My friends were very impressed with the other offerings though!
The original whining pig will always be a favorite, but I do love how spacious this location is. Huge amount of taps available along with a couple other options. Nice seating, good service. We also like to go to pigtails, the cocktail bar tucked away in the back. Great place to grab a nice cocktail in a cozy environment
A really great little bar. Both the whining pig and pig tails (connected) provide a great experience. My wife and I really enjoy evenings at the whining pig where we can play some of the provided games and talk. The have a wide variety of beer and wine and more often then not, you're in during a happy hour.
I love going here! It's such a fun, chill vibe. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks to sip on while painting outside. The staff was so friendly and talkative. We went to Pigtails and had the oysters and they were FANTASTIC.

Megan was a great mixologist! Custom drinks on the spot! The other mixologist with a beard was awesome too. The oysters were to die for. New favorite speakeasy.

I really like this place for a good beer. It's a little hard to order sometimes because the whole bar is seating, so if you're sitting somewhere else you gotta.push in. But they have a huge assortment to choose from. And great music and lots of games! Super fun.
STINKY & CHEAP : This place exist only because they make the customer feel they cant get to the so called “high end bar” - pigtail. The server will make people wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour creating a false illusion of being a premium bar,
Desert Ridge's best kept secret. Don't tell the dweebs. Negative reviews seem to be from people who don't understand the concept of an underground taproom. With all the choices in the area, why would you order food in a place like this and
Are you a craft beer lover? Then you HAVE to go to The Whining Pig. It think they might have them all. Laid back feel with all kinds of games that you can play at your table or the bar. Definitely going back again... and again...
The Whining Pig is always good, but the speakeasy in the back (Pigtail) was a whole new level of awesome. Such a classy and fun experience. I got an Old Fashioned and their specialty cocktail The Ryelo-Ren. Both were very good.
Awesome spot. Beer, Wine and Mead selection are all amazing and diverse. Our bartender Mike was great on his recommendations. We only hope they expand on their variety of food options. We will definitely be back again.
This place is awesome. A great atmosphere and fun games to play while you drink. The beer selection is top notch. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are somehow delicious and should be ordered every time you go.
Nice place! The sunken location made it nice and cool, and they had a great selection. Great vibe with music and card games to share. Was very lively. Food looked great though we didn't try any this time.
Always a great place to grab a beer! The choices are plentiful taking up two whole walls of the establishment. And if you are looking for something with a different vibe check out the "hidden" speakeasy.
Interesting little bar, we went because they advertised trivia but were not doing trivia. Had some good beers and conversations with friends. It's down the stairs and I walked past the entrance twice.
Amazing selection of beer with probably the best happy hour in town a little hard to find and you have to walk down a flight of stairs every beer bar should be like this something for everyone’s taste
Relaxed place. Husband and I enjoyed hanging at the bar and occasionally playing a game (small games and trivia all over the bar). The bartenders were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions.
Great spot, been here quite a few times. It's somewhat of a hidden gem but it's become pretty popular over the years. Bartenders are always really friendly and helpful recommending drinks.
Had drinks love the ambiance, great bartenders all with a bit of mystery, would never have known it was there.

Great vibes, the mini lawn is a great addition. Can't express how helpful and kind the bartenders were, it felt like sitting with a friend for a beer. I'll definitely be back.
Some of the best cocktails in the area. Havnt tried the food yet but they offer shrimp and oysters which both looked fresh. Staff here can be a little hit and miss.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is excellent and if yourw not sure exactly what you are in the mood for the staff can easily recommend you a drink.
Cute little place. Went back to the hidden piggy tails and enjoy an amazing charcuterie board. Great ambiance and great service …
I didn't have any food so I couldn't rate that. Great beer selection. Pigtailz is fun too

Amazing selection of craft beers on tap and bottled/can. Cool little spot that is hidden away in Desert Ridge.
Always nice and helpful bartenders. Great pours for wine. Wish they had better food/appetizer options though.
Such a fun place! The drinks were good and it was fun playing the games. Great stop on a date night!
Great place for a large selection of beer!
