Very poor service. Not the people, the woman I spoke to was polite and attempted to help. I ordered a $25 part and paid an additional $30 for two day shipping. I checked the tracking they day after I placed the order and the estimated delivery was 6 days later. I called to figure out what happened and they apologized and agreed to overnight the part and send me the new tracking info. I received an email the next day, the day the part was supposed to arrive, and it had the old tracking number. So I called back. Same nice girl stated that I wouldn’t be getting the part until the next day, so not overnight, because wire zone missed the Fed overnight drop off. She offed to refund half the shipping cost, I said I would appreciate the full cost. She checked with the owner and they decided to only offer me 1/3. He or she must be a piece of work. This wasn’t a shipping company mix up, Wire Zone messed up TWICE! Still don’t have the part or the tracking number but they were very prominent in issuing my refund. I will not be a return customer and I don’t recommend them.

They shipped the soundbar fast and provided a working tracking number. They used the bar's box as shipping box, no external protection was added. That resulted in small damage to the box. But the contents arrived in perfect shape. As far as the soundbar is concerned: a) all the cables you can imagine are in the box, b) two wall mounting brackets and an actual-size paper template are in the box, c) detailed instructions and other paperwork are in the box, d) the remote control feels nice in the hand but you may have to change the CR2025 battery as I did, e) the bar itself feels solid and it is well made, and f) you may or may not be happy with 15 W per channel and a 30 W woofer. I am happy with the product and its performance. Update: I placed a 2nd order a few days later. I liked the looks and performance of the sound bar and wanted one more. They shipped fast again. The box arrived without damage this time. I did not check the battery of the remote as before, it did not matter. For the price I paid and the service I received I have nothing to complain about.

Totally fraud, same owners from dlsaudio.us. I bough a dls speakers set last December, I review at fly visually nothing appear wrong, but not I realize they are fake products. The crossovers with incorrectly instructions attached, (I did a research and finally see the labels incorrectly attached) and looking inside the product i see the correct one, that some thing does not happen in top brands like dls. Now, one channel is working improperly. By the way I install a brand new pioneer avh521 front bestbuy. I did not recoment to buy nothing here or dlsaudio.us. No los recomiendo. Really disappointed by this company. My client bought cabling from them for their home job and when I arrived to pick it up for the job they did not have the order pulled. Instead of being truthful with me they made up stories about needing to confirm order numbers and payment details for an hour while they pulled the order. In the end before releasing the cable to me several calls had to be placed to my high profile client attempting to release the $600 of cat6 to me, making me look like a clown to my very busy client. I will not be recommending them to any of my fellows in the business. Terrible service. Terrible experience dealing with them. But they are right next to several low class strip clubs so it comes with the environment I suppose.

I was searching for a home audio receiver for my apartment and found The Wires Zone as a local business on google. On the phone they were polite and knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick the absolute best product that was cheap and in my budget. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! My daughter bought a car stereo from them on Ebay. The listing said "New, unused in factory packaging" what she received was a damaged stereo with stripped wires. She contracted them through Ebay and they are now accusing her of switching out the stereo. They are HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. From reading other reviews this is not their first offense.

I drive a 2000 Volvo c70 and wanted to upgrade my radio from factory to a boss touchscreen. They were the only ones who offered the adapter needed for the Amp in my car. On top of that they also called me to make sure I had placed the order because my billing address and shipping address were different. Would definitely order from them again.
