I don't have much issues with the mall. It seems fine overall. Couldn't find a bathroom though and the level of security is a bit hectic. Looks like all the stores were robbed at one point or the other. The area doesnt make you feel safe and then you see the cashiers in the small shops jailed in. I can't recommend going to this mall of you don't know the area.

Mall is neety n clean n tnx for free wi-fi.......my complaints is security especially those who work to Marshall bet on sutarday one of them was fall asleep n also they play gambling on a duty time n they stop if someone use a phone they say is a gambling place u can't use a wi-fi so I don't know whether is proscure or bt am not happy at all

Thembokwezi is great but the Shoprite customer Assistants are the worst. Rude, have no clue what customer service is and are just not interested in their job. You got others who are good at their job. Considering Shoprite is the biggest shop in the Square, they make one reluctant to shop at Thembokwezi

I wanted to use a bathroom and I had no coins to pay for it, I asked the lady in charge if I can pay with a note and she asked " what were you going to do if there was a machine that needs only coins?" I had to stop Shopping and rush straight home for a bathroom.

Nice clean shopping mall in Kayalitsha with ample of free parking and the free use of toilet facilities. Variety of shops and stores in this medium size mall as well as fast food outlets and ATMs

What a healthy environment. This was the first time I experience such a quiet mall, clean, friendly and the Wi-Fi connection runs so smooth with no problems. Thumbs up to the management.

Nice place to go for grocery shopping especially in shoprite, the shop I consider the busiest in the mall. Lines move fast as compared to the other shoprite stores in Khayelitsha.

I go there regularly as it's close to home. Today we went early and it was not as busy like at the end of the month. So we could shop easily. Like taking a stroll down the aisles

Security on point, clean and plenty of parking space. How can get hold of center management please.

Thembokwezi Square a community based square , friendly staff and the people are even friendlier.

The mall was clean, all protacalls wer in place & I found everything I needed under 1 roof!!

I hate to say this but the Shoprite here is the best. Second only to Watergate.
