Waste of time to go to the shop. Too much sales pressure, aggressiveness and pressure to like and share their page. As soon as you enter, the staff will force you to open your phone, log into Facebook etc and like and share their page - which I thought should be voluntary and based on the experience one has, rather than being taken hostage and forced to like and/share. It would be SO very wrong to mislead and deceive my friends and family to visit this shop based on my experience there. In hindsight, I suppose all the high reviews are a result of this pressure tactic and forced good reviews. Vegetables and groceries have fungus and/or worms and/or insects in it. Overpriced and rubbish fruits, vegetables and groceries. The place is very dirty, unhygienic and everything is just thrown around in a mess. Save yourselves time, effort, petrol and money by avoiding to go there.

Hygiene has to be taken care in the kitchen. Too many flies is the issue that keeps buzzing. Also, we have observed few chips packets which was already expired and that was put in the offer section. This was reported immediately to the front office lady and she mentioned she was new at the centre.This was last year December mid. Management is friendly and tries to maintain a good rapport with customers but at the end of the day what matters is Quality and nothing else . One of my friend too mentioned about the rotten mangoes that were sold during Ugadhi time.It’s high time you guys should look into the loopholes and work on it.With regards to the food we tried pani puri and it was good.But will not take a chance for sure next time and we tried it for the first time just coz the owner wanted us to give a try.

The lady at the counter is absolutely rude. We had called and informed that we were coming for breakfast buffet. 30 minutes after being seated, there was no food. Could see that they were hurrying to put something on the plate. Food was extremely bad and stale. When we gave the feedback, the lady at the counter started yelling at us that we were not suppose to come at 10 and her husband made a mistake. She added that for that minimum amount, the food will be that way. After complaining to the owner, he just apologised that his wife was in a bad mood. Bad food 'may' be taken as a one off mistake but bad attitude and horrible customer service is something that cannot be tolerated. I would give minus stars

We organised a party with 30 people - what we got was heaps more than expected. The food was absolutely delicious where people had 2-3 servings each. Idli, vada, pakoras, biryani ,chicken 65 are the specialities as we had it previously a million times from this joint but what surprised us the most was the curries - dal makhni, butter chicken and palak paneer were so delicious.. the surprise was gulab jamun! I don't think I have ever had such delicious gulab jamun here in Australia ever!! And all for a price that is so affordable !!

I ordered couple of snack items from this place via menulog. The wait time was pretty okay and the order was packed well. But the biggest surprise was hidden in the box. Every item ordered was either burnt or a tasteless blob. I did put my review in menulog but they took it away and are now promoting this place. It's such a shame they these guys are giving bad name to indian takeaway places. Would never order from this place.

We got the groceries and catering for 35 people yesterday. Customer service in the store is really awesome and their products are highly recommended. Especially these guys totally nailed it the catering taste and quantity with variety of dishes for very affordable prices. These kind of small-scale businesses should be highly encouraged. All the best to you people.

I normally dont write reviews. But this time I could not resist myself to write. Tirupati team, you should not keep using oil for snacks, me and my wife got cough after eating snacks from your place... Infact, I tried veg manchurian which was so wierd, literally pathetic. I was about to vomit after having it. Though I can say that Noodles was fine.

We went when it said it was open,but it was closed.their catering services are pathetic. My friend ordered food for big party but all the items were horrible.noodles had no veggies ,no salt,rasam n sambhar were running water.dal was cake n tasteless,biriyani supplied was for 200 ppl n pathetic.they sell non veg also by keeping Tirupati. 's name.

Thought of buying biryani from here, but avoided after seeing how the preparation was done and condition of the food truck operation. Not sure why council still allowing them to operate, not hygienic, serious food safety concerns. Cheap biryani comes with free health bill. Just see how many food safety issues highlighted by other reviewer.

I ordered catering for my son's birthday,food was amazing, all our guests enjoyed.Tirupati was very accommodating to tailor menu as per our needs- spicy/non-spicy and choice of food for a reasonable price. In short notice they made amazing job and gave good quantities. Thanks for making our son's party more memorable.

Vegetables are good and the service is friendly and trying to be helpful. Groceries are sometimes expired products especially snacks and the reasoning was shocking "That's why we have it for half the price". Happy to edit rating when these change. Not a good experience. Hope they change the setup.

Went there first time, owner was friendly and trying to oversell items. Got a rice bag and some other items. When I opened the rice bag, it had weevils in it and then I realized that the bag had crossed the expiry date. Be careful and I would not recommend shopping from this store.

I saw the Facebook ad and ordered 2 chicken biryanis. There was some sort of bad smell when we opened the boxes. I ignored it thinking it is normal. After midnight, my daughter started vomiting and next morning I had diarrhea. I would never ever recommend this place.

Breakfast buffet is worth trying at Thiru foods. I would recommend this place and am interested to visit again for breakfast and snacks. Staff are friendly and helping customers. Quiet location and simple small store to get nice food and groceries.

Indian restaurant and grocery store in one place in residential Werribee. Been there a few times. Always found the speciality fruits and veggies quite expensive. The recent addition of restaurant makes the grocery section look cramped.

We tried Biryani and samosa from here. Both were very tasty, no complaints. However, we could see several flies n such buzzing about. Management needs to address that. Hygiene is a concern. Staff is friendly n eager to please.

Today We orderd cut Mirch, jamun,veg biryani, roti and panner curry. Food was so delicious. Even though we ordered for 25 people , we got food which was sufficient to 32 people. I highly recommend their catering service.
