Very glad we switched family doctor last year. Dr. Kelley and his staff are very good with time management and getting their jobs done efficiently. Their customer service is A++. Example: I had my annual physical yesterday and they placed orders at Quest Diagnostics for my blood draw to happen after my appointment. Quest is in the same building, so that is a plus too. I have the Quest app, so I can see my lab results too, but the where Dr. Kelley and his staff excell is they reviewed my results and emailed me via their web portal 2 hours after I received an email from Quest that my labs results were completed. Talk about service. 2 hours. That is really fast. We had another doctors office waits months before giving us the results. We always had to call that office to get our lab results. Very glad my wife switched us to Dr. Kelley and his office. She really saved my life and Dr. Kelley and his staff helped save my life too. Thanks

Doctor Thomas Kelly the 3rd is a fantastic Human He. Really cares about his medical Practice, He is kinda Understanding of the patients need and he is very interested in how people feel. For example I am a diabetic and I get so discouraged and hope I can just forget about what I eat and when He explained the whole thing . But one appointment I was so angry with my numbers. I blew up like a Valcano , and yelled at him as loud as I could Saying hay my body gave up on me why can’t I give up on my body Dr. Had a look on his face that now I think it was not good. I told him I didn’t He walked over to me and leaned down. And said it was ok to be angry. So we changes a few numbers and I felt stupid but ahis warm and caring out look. Made me think I could get better ….. Respectfully Lynn G

I am tired of this broken health care system and your office is part of it. So, I can never get an appointment when I feel something is wrong with me. What good is a primary physician if I can only see him for wellness checkups? Then if I have to go to urgent care my copay is higher and I have to see a doctor that doesn't know me or my history. Or, I can choose to go to the ER and wade my way through Covid19 patients and pay an even higher out of pocket. All while the medical industry from the doctors all the way to the top rake in huge profits. Do something collectively as a group (AMA) to fix the system. If you aren't part of the solution then you are part of the problem!

Dr. Kelley is awesome! He is great in caring about his patients. He is one of the first doctors of a family practice I have ever felt like really cared about me and could relate to me, as a person. I have been there for 3 years. I was at other northland practices before and never felt like a doctor cared about anything other than getting me a prescription and getting me out the door. This is a family care that makes me feel like I am attending the Mayo Clinic or one of the truly patient centered practices in the nation. I typically hate going to the doctor, but here I look forward to interaction with my doctor office. Everything about this place is awesome!

Dr. Kelley is Great! He is patient and understanding! Doesn't make you feel rushed! He goes over everything with you! He cares about his patients and that really shows in the manner he speaks to you!... And he never leaves anything to chance!!! He is professional and yet makes you feel comfortable at the same time! He is easy to talk too and I feel comfortable discussing an issues or concerns I might have regarding my health! The nurses in his office are ALWAYS professional and very kind! Absolutely love Dr. Kelley! He has been my physician since I was a toddler and I am in my early 30’s now. Down to earth, easy to talk to and cares. I see him frequently and he always asks about my parents and life situations. Great with my daughter I brought to a recent visit for me. Lol He answered all her crazy 4 year old questions and joked with her right back. Always feel comfortable around and talking to Dr. Kelley about my medical and personal adventures. After my most recent visit, I sense that my review of Dr. Kelly will continue to improve over time. I felt that It was unrealistically challenging to convince Dr. Kelly that I legitimately needed help with my anxiety and ADHD. Now I understand and can respect his position; particularly because I am a new patient. Now I feel that we have built trust, and believe that we are working together to develop a plan with the intent of improving my quality of life.
