DO NOT BUY FROM THOMAS SABO!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. Been waiting weeks to get an email back and even you you call them they do not help you but they actually patronise you, so rude other the phone even if they are at fault!!!! You are better off going to PANDORA they have an amazing customer service and THOMAS SABO should probably take notice.
I received a Thomas Sabo necklace as a gift, and the material that makes the necklace has become brittle and started breaking. It was only worn 4 times. This is disappointing for any jewellery as it shouldn't happen ever. Customer service simply tell me to pay for a repair. I would not buy a Thomas Sabo product ever.
