I called this place to get an estimate of how much it would cost for some alterations on pants. I was told that they cannot provide an estimate until the work is completed because the person who does the alterations is in Toronto. She added she will not provide a price because many customers in the past were angry when they saw the actual price. She then said she is busy and hung up the phone. One of the worst customer experiences I have had.

Absolutely excellent service. I had eight pairs of pants brought in around the waste over two visits. The work was excellent. Even though two of the eight pairs of pants that were brought in around the waste looked a little baggy around the butt, when I tried them on, the seamstress insisted on correcting both pairs at no charge. I had only requested and paid for the waists to be brought in. I highly recommend these new owners.

Very nice and good customer service. Hemmed my pants with and without a cuff for very affordable price. Tailored blouse and swimsuit as well. It was a more complex work so it was more expensive but still cheaper then custom swimsuit. They have great ideas on adding details to garments. My silk dress was dry cleaned and came back well pressed and clean.

I've had several repairs done, including zipper replacement, winter coat stitching at sleeves, etc. Every job was done with precision and completed within days. I also use their dry cleaning services. It's always delivered/ready on time. The staff is always willing to help, and are friendly. THREADS TAILORS are high quality.

I got a dress fitted and hemmed, they did a WONDERFUL job. The hemming and fitting is perfect, the dress looks better than it did before! The lady was extremely sweet and helpful, they also made sure I got the dress back before my birthday! Would highly recommend Threads Tailors and Cleaners
