Regular customer with Thrifty; very happy with service. Ankur at the Boutik Mall desk has been unfailingly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The cars are always clean, well maintained and haven't had any technical issues so far.

The service people very nice, but the car was very dirty, with rests of food on the floor and greasy spots all around. The car was quite old as well... I would think twice before renting the same...
