(General Dentistry, Invisalign Certified) I told him, if I was your parent the measure of how proud I would be, would break through the roof - and a TOP NOTCH AMAZING STAFF, clean, friendly, professional environment, wonderful patience. I felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the needle. Each shot was less pressure or pain than a cotton swab brushing across you cheek. The swab is an assault compared to the feeling of the needle. I am not kidding. I had to keep checking for him to remove the needle away from me, because I never felt it, from beginning to end. I wanted to make sure I didn't break it by closing my mouth too soon. I couldn't believe it. You may not believe it either, but make your appointment and see for yourself. I almost don't want to keep typing, I may have a hard time getting an appointment if everyone tries out his services. Everyone is, oh my gosh, family when you enter. Patient and understanding about your cares. MAJOR recommendation, look no.... further and bring your kids here too, BUT make sure he does dentistry on the little ones first. Shout-out to Brittney, the highest example of how a receptionist should answer the phone and conduct business on the phone and in person, wonderful and down to earth she is. The first time I spoke to her, I was like, NOW THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT. Shout-out to Genesy the (G) has a (H) sound, get it right. ;-) Haha. Who is sooooooo helpful, a star, and down to earth too, doing everything she can to make things work out, for you, in her power, for your dental visit. I WISH !!! I found this office years.... ago, I would have saved so much money, time and years of disappointment. Actually, I would have kept up my full dental routine and not been so, I don't care anymore because these dentists do such a lazy job. I can't forget about Margie, Dr's Assistant she makes you feel super comfortable to talk out your options while you wait for Dr. Marks for confirmation of all the things he said and she knows as a follow-up to what he said, great personality and that fill in the gap while you wait really great person. So if your filling like I don't know what to do, she'll help level you out. Deanna, also Dr's Assistant, is a huge part of the team too and just as wonderful for making decisions and giving you peace. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY......... Convenient to get to and they make you wanna stay.

I came into this place because I needed to see a dentist as an emergency and was going away for a few days. I had cracked my wisdom tooth and the loose piece became painful and bothersome that I couldn't eat on that side. So I knew I couldn't go away like this. I found them on Google maps and was able to make a walk in appointment (thankfully). My insurance they didn't take but I was prepared to pay cash because I needed this tooth taken care of fast! Coming into this place I have to say I personally never seen a dental office this high class looking, this clean, this modern! The look alone was amazing! Nice front desk lady who was aware and attentive to me (very important). I saw Dr Maximilian Mark, who was very upfront with me about what needs to be done, procedure, and costs. Even though dentistry is very pricey, I appreciate how blunt he was. He recommended me to surgeons, but I told him the piece of tooth that was loose was causing me grief. After a little thought, he found it in his heart to remove that piece of tooth for me. Not sure he even realizes the relief he's given me by deciding to do that for me! He saved my day and my little time away! Thanks to God! I really appreciate Throggs Neck Dental! Thanks again!

I cracked one of my tooth and need to find a dentist desperately. This happened the day before Thanksgiving. I called a few dental offices was told they did not take my insurance. On my 3rd, 3 is my favorite number, attemp I called Throgs Neck Dental. They as well did not accept my insurance and it was pricey but it was worth the money. I was seen the same day. I was in and out within or less than an hour. I was happy with my decision. I absolutely enjoyed and loved my experience. Dr. J. Susman took his time with me and understood my fears. He was genital when extracting my tooth. I honestly did not feel any type of pain nor discomfort. I have never experience a dentist with such mindfulness towards clients. Not to mention the staff is fantastic Genejy, Brittney, Margie, Deanna and Hennessy. I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel secure with their positive words. I was absolutely comfortable. My hand was held during the procedure because I was so terrified... Thank you so much for my unforgettable experience... ❤️❤️❤️

I was in need of emergency care for one of my teeth and of course the pain occurred two weeks before my vacation. I called throgsneck dental and they secured me a quick and prompt visit where I was seen by one of their dentist there. She assured me I’d be pain-free before vacation and made the procedure absolutely comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Parsah (sorry for the spelling) started my procedure the day i came in, so i would have less pain than what i was already in. She stayed late for me that day ( because it was a emergency) started the procedure and assured me that she finish everything a week from that day. Dr.Parsah followed through on her promise. Now I am currently on vacation pain-free, Thanks to her care and Throgs Neck Dental. From the front desk to the dentist Assistants . This place is top notch. Highly recommend.

Today went 4-17-2023,for a possible root canal. The staff at front desk were all professionals,friendly n kind. All with a smile. I saw Dr Tanu Prakash, very professional and caring. Dr. Prakash, explained in details my issues of my tooth and showed me x-rays and procedure needed to be done on my tooth and made sure all of my concerns were addressed and questions were answered to my understanding and satisfaction. Dr. Prakash was very caring and I will not hesitate to recommend her and her assistant Tavanna. I normally don't write a lot but I wanted to let other's know that this place is very caring and all are professional in helping patients. Though my tooth could not be saved and had an extraction, I can say I had no pain and all went well. Thank you Dr. Prakash and the staff at Throgs Neck Dental.

After a bad experience with another dentist I’m glad to found Dental Throgs neck office. The first thing when I went for my appointment I noticed the cleanliness of the place and how those who work in front desk welcoming you very polite . All workers there are willing to provide you with the best and make you feel at home . There are several dentists there . Who attended me was Dr Mark Maximilian very professional he explained everything in detail and I felt very relax and contable especially with the help of his assistant Priscilla that she’s greatly Amazing!!!. Dr Mark did my crown work With a lot of professionalism gentle care ! I’m completely satisfied with his work . I highly recommend Dental Throgs neck . Haven’t been to a dentist in a moment but I had intense molar pain due to a cavity. Dr. Jeffrey Susman and the team were beyond phenomenal and friendly. They went over with me, after X-rays, that a Root Canal was actually possible (after being told by a prior person that an extraction had to be done) and they could actually save my tooth! Even though this office is out of my network, the reception staff assisted me with payment options (via Sunbit). They were very helpful with the process of applying beforehand and were equally helpful upon checkout to discuss the payment installment. Very caring, honest and welcoming experience overall. Throgs Neck Dental are saviors indeed! I am beyond grateful for them and look forward to seeing them soon.

I had a great experience here! Came here to get some bonding (which I now know is called composite veneers lol) on my teeth after finishing Invisalign. The doctor I saw was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience super comfortable! He really took his time to make sure I walked out happy and confident. Please come here if you're looking for any dental work! The staff seemed friendly as well. I actually came here years ago for a consultation and honestly, the place feels so much more inviting now! Anyway, the bonding was done within an hour and I was able to go get fitted/scanned for my retainers right after! Overall, a wonderful experience. Would gladly come back again for anything cosmetic. Seriously. I can't stop smiling lol

Called and asked if I could do a walk in on a Saturday morning and unfortunately they were booked. Sandy, who is super sweet, advised that if they had an opening she would call me back. A couple of hours later she called me and asked if I could head over and I ran out the door ! I was in excruciating pain and was grateful enough to be seen by Dr. Marks! It ended up that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted but it’s in pretty bad shape so I had to be referred to an oral surgeon. Overall, my experience with throgs neck dental was a 10/10. The friendliness, cleanliness, reliability and professionalism was truly wonderful! Thank you to all the staff and thanks for the laughs throughout the pain Dr. Marks!

I had an appointment for a deep cleaning today. I came 10 min earlier and only had to wait for 5 min before I was taken to the procedure room. Everything was done to make me feel comfortable and to minimize the pain. During the process doctor recommended to apply antibiotic that was not initially included in the estimate. She explained the cost and asked if I wanted the medicine applied. Overall I was treated with courtesy and respect and I believe doctor did a very thorough job deep cleaning one side of my mouth. Even though the procedure was not an enjoyable experience, it had to be done and I am grateful and will be back next week to finish the job.

I am very skeptical of dentists these days due to bad experiences I have had. However, this place was able to take me in ASAP for a fallen crown. They called and sent messages to confirm the appontment. I was just a little annoyed that at the last minute the time of my appointment was changed without reason which put me in a bind for childcare. However, the dentist I had was amazing! She explained everything thoroughly and honestly. In addition, everything was my choice. I will assume the cost of my procedure is typical according to the Google range, so I cannot comment on that. The place was clean and everyone was pleasant.

Best experience ever!!! Just went in for a xray cause my Wisdom tooth was hurting and they were amazing. My girlfriend needed work as well and walked in with me and got it done the same day. Mind you it was a slow day in the office so maybe that why they took her in so fast but she fell in love with the dentist and everyone there. The staff are so helpful and really good at communicating. The dentist didn’t want to take my girlfriend tooth out cause he wanted to save her smile so he meet her half way and did a cavity fill. Will be going back for all my dental needs!!!!! All!!!!!

I was so very satisfied and comfortable I am not the person that liked going to the dentist but I always did it because it's a part of maintenance your health care anywhere I went though never made me feel as comfortable as I was today at Throggs kneck dental. Dr. Marks and Throgs neck dental is a 5 star experience. The front desk staff answers questions easily and accurately, and do a great job at understanding urgency of a situation and will do their best to give you a quick appointment. Dr. Marks did a great job with a same-day, emergent root canal. He brought pain relief quickly and completed a previously unfinished root canal. The support staff is great at their job and they are kind and welcoming. The clinic is clean and in good shape. I haven’t had any wait for my appointments. Can’t recommend a better dental clinic.

I came in as a first time patient with a toothache stemming from an infected root canal. The dentist (wish I could remember her name) saw me right away. The staff was very good at giving me the full picture, explaining my situation and my options for treatment. As it was a busy time, Dr Sussman stepped right in and took care of my extraction. He was very conscientious of my pain level and took every necessary precaution to ensure I was okay. All the while I had a great dental assistant that made me feel very comfortable. And they all put up with my crazy. Lol

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Dr. Genet, Dr. Sussman, and their staff. Not only did they help me when I was in the worst pain of my life, but the gentleness and compassion they offered me was unparalleled to anything I've ever experienced anywhere. Dr. Genet's dental assistant, who I regret not getting her name, showed me such compassion through her words and her gentle actions that I remember getting emotional having received such empathy from a stranger. I'll be sure to get her name next time. In me, they have earned a patient for life!!

I reached out to Throggs Neck Dental just out of the internet because it was close to home and I had a dental emergency. My lucky day! After being turned down by other places. The friendly receptionist arranged to have me seen the same day! Upon my arrival I was greeted by the same pleasant receptionist who had me seen promptly. The dental techs were very accommodating and helpful. The Dental surgeon was caring and professional. All my concerns were addressed and I felt at ease. My dental office of choice going forward!

The best dental office I’ve ever been to. The doctor who attended me is just a wonderful professional. He’s friendly and takes time to explains patiently every thing that need to be done .I was misdiagnosed in another dental office and he discovered something else, helping me to save thousands of dollars. I just had an amazing 1st time experience at this dental office and highly recommend them. The Dr Susman was very pleasant and he was very attentive to my needs. I had a lot of fear but he medicated me and informed me of what he was doing each step of the way. The staff was very professional and down to earth. The establishment was very clean . Today was my First time here. I must say the staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and wears a smile that is so welcoming. Two days ago I re-chipped my tooth which was so frustrating. I wanted my tooth fixed ASAP. I called in and instantly was able to schedule an appointment. I also added getting my teeth cleaned which was very much needed. All the questions I asked were well answered and honest. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new start and a new dentist to come here.

I made a next day appointment for an emergency root canal. I was nervous and in a lot of pain. The front desk staff were welcoming and personable. Dr. Marks was efficient in addressing the issues, providing pain relief and he was very kind. He was also the BEST local anaesthetist I have ever experienced and I have experienced more than I'd like to admit. His assistant, whose name escapes me, calmed me down and made the experience nearly delightful. I highly recommend Throgs Neck Dental.

I went to get my bite checked, Dr. Sussman started filing the wrong side , he then proceeded to shave down the higher side to match. When this occured, I felt an instant pressure in my front teeth. All my teeth felt extremely heavy, I then started to feel pressure in both of my ears. I have not been the same ever since. He advised me to go to a TMJ, however, I previously never had jaw pain, until bite was lowered. I am so dissapponted, this was definitely life changing for me.

This place was a lifesaver for me when I needed emergency extractions of 2 teeth. The reception was very nice and took care of me quickly. The assistant Deana was amazingly friendly and made me very comfortable even though the dentist can be a very uncomfortable place. Dr.Susman was great with the procedure and took care of me without any issues and even worked with me on the payment. I appreciate everything they all did for me and will definitely be making them my go dentist.

Kudos to the dental hygienist who did my cleaning on 2/27/23. It was absolutely one of the best I have ever had done. Not only appreciated the professionalism, expertise and friendliness of the doctor in the way she addressed issues, but also want to recognize the rest of the staff. I am happy I went to Throgs Neck Dental. It is one of those places, the moment you get there you start feeling better already. The staff are very friendly and caring. The place is clean and welcoming. From the time you enter things only get better until you leave. I went there to do a tooth extraction. My teeth are very strong and not easy to be removed but these people are so professional that they took it out pain free. I am just so happy I found them.

I have been going to Throggs Neck Dental for at least forty years. I have received excellent care there and recommended it to friends. They are extremely professional and yet friendly and welcoming. You are immediately put at ease and every procedure is carefully explained. Your comfort is of utmost importance. The entire staff, from the girls at the desk, to the doctors, and hygienists provide the very best care. The office is immaculate as well.

OMG! When I first started reading the reviews I thought there were an Incentive to write a review but I was wrong.These people are simply amazing from the Receptionist all the way up to the doctors it like a well oiled machine. No wait at all I had a root canal done I walked in at 10 and before 11 o’clock I was on my way out pain free. It’s about 6:30 and I already received a follow up checking on my well being. I would highly recommend this office. I've been looking for a new dentist (and hygienist) for some time. I've tried many others but, never felt satisfied. Throgs Neck Dental was fantastic. The office was bright and spacious, the staff was welcoming and best of all, I received the best cleaning I've had in a long time!!! First time here , went in because of pain in the rear of my mouth. Called them at 12pm after calling 10 to 15 other dentist in my insurance network and getting nowhere, got a appointment for 4pm x-ray to consultation to extraction done by 5:15pm and I didn't feel rushed , the reception, dental assistant, dentist all very friendly and informative, definitely the place to go , very clean and nice atmosphere.

I had a remarkable experience with Dr. Marks. After a recommendation from another doctor for a costly root canal, I decided to consult Dr. Marks. He carefully examined my X-rays and tooth and concluded that a simple filling would suffice, saving me hundreds of dollars. His expertise and honest approach left a strong impression on me. I love this dentist! Dr Sussman is a pure genius and a gentleman! He is very gentle, professional, and knows his trade! The front desk staff was equally as pleasant over the phone as they were in person. Hennesy went above and beyond to help getting a situation resolved with my insurance. And i cant give enough praise to the best hygenist I've ever encountered kanisha took care of me and my daughter's cleanings and she was amazing. Made sure we were comfortable and was very thorough, knowledgeable and sweet.

Dr. Susman definitely has skill. He removed my wisdom tooth (2 wisdom teeth all the way in the back of my upper jaw) and I did not realize he was done until he said "All done" lol The staff are friendly, courteous, and have the intake process "down to the T"! I was in and out of the dental office within the hour (give or take). Definitely recommend and looking forward as my regular dentist.

While I'm sure their services are fine, I take issue with the fact they claim to offer emergency dental care but you still need to make an appointment. They don't take walk ins, nor do they accept medicaid. Again, fine, but at the very least you should accept walk ins for legitimate emergencies. That should be a no brainer. Will look elsewhere for ACTUAL dental emergency clinics.

What can I say about this place? Literally saved my teeth and eased my anxiety about dentists after multiple prior traumatic experiences. Dr. Sussman, Katia and Diana are awesome and my go to team. Dr. Klein (now retired) was great as well and of course the girls at the front desk are so helpful. This practice is amazing and hope the staff and place stays here forever

7/2023- I needed an emergency appointment due to a sudden broken tooth. Iwas treated immediately by Dr. Scott who ended my pain and discomfort. The staff is always caring and makes visits easy going The staff is extremely professional and friendly and loos after the patients comfort at all times! Dr.Jeff is very thorough and offers many options when you are a patient.

I cracked an already bad tooth. Required an extraction. I contacted TND as they were near me, and had great reviews. The positive reviews were true. They got me in quickly, got the tooth out quickly and painlessly. I healed quickly with zero damage to my surrounding teeth. The office is immaculate and the staff is professional and kind. Nice and clean. Was given a price for ct image and when i got there it was 50 dollars more. Then no one could copy it to disk. Had to wait at least two hours. Dr is rood when your not giving him your buisness. Enjoy the 50 dollars you over charged. You lost out on thousand. I was considering your office for full implants. Paying cash.

Dr Mark and his assistants joke around with each other which makes you feel at ease, I had root canal done and I have to say I felt nothing before, during. and after surgery! Excellent service! I got PTSD from my last dental visit from another location and this visit cured it. Can't say the wisdom tooth removal was painless, but it went as good as it could. Dr Genet was kind and assured me everything was going to be fine, and it did. A bit pricey if you're paying out of pocket, but we'll worth it!

I went in for a tooth extraction. The whole process I was in and out in 30 - 45 minutes. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and sweet. The dental assistants were always making sure I was alright before the procedure. Dr. Marks was quick and to the point. I might make this my permanent dental office.

I had a dental emergency at 7pm and found this office from doing a goggle search. I called and left my information and the dentist called me around 8pm and put me on his schedule for the next day. Once at the office, the staff was very welcoming and the dentist as well. He fixed my tooth and I was extremely happy!

These guys are just amazing. I’ve seen two different doctors at this dental clinic and both exceeded my expectations. Professional, personable, and the staff is great too. Everyone is soooo kind. Pricey if you don’t have a PPO dental insurance but they have payment plans available as well. Go here, it’s worth it.

This is a warm and friendly, super clean environment I walked in was greeted super nicely, and was in a chair super quick. The staff was friendly I was making jokes with the dentist. Ive always had a phobia of the dentist but they helped me and made me comfortable. Will definitely be back !
