Husband and wife of this business grabbed me and locked me in their business when I was picking up my stuff. Paid for same day service and was told laundry would be ready after 7PM. Their business hours posted are open til 830PM. I came in to pick up at 750PM and saw my laundry ready. The husband and wife wouldnt let me pick up my laundry and held me inside their business illegally. It wasnt until their son came at 815PM to unlock the door and let me go. Never do laundry here.

Obwohl ich extra um sicherzugehen mit Übersetzer App darum gebeten habe, dass alles bei 30 Grad gewaschen wird, ist alles eingelaufen. Die Leute sind freundlich, aber wenn man seine Klamotten im Wert mehrerer hundert Euro danach wegschmeißen kann bringt das leider auch nichts.

Do not take your clothes here as THEY WILL SHRINK! I gave them almost all of my clothes to wash, dry and iron and almost all of them are now far too small to wear, even the oversized ones. Terrible, horrible service. If I could leave no stars I would.

Excellent next day service. 140K for 4kg of washing, which included 1 shirt done separately. Little english, however, very friendly. Everything came out smelling great.
