I love to give great reviews so here is one. Honestly this location was so peaceful .The staff were so helpful & literally came over to assist when you’re in need of help. I have never had a smooth experience like this at a laundromat before. Every inch of the location is spotless the environment is very welcoming. The best part is you don’t have to bring soap you literally can select what soap, bleach if using so and softener before the load starts which is such a big convenience. Also there is a station for fabric sheets for free “be kind and only take a few for your load only “. I used two of the gigantic washers very reasonable with the fact everything is included for about $22 bucks. The wash machines & dryers work very well and move extremely fast. You can download the app and everything is there. I ran an errand and the app gave me a notification stating my wash has about 3 mins left also the app notifies you when the dryer is about to stop you can literally add mins to the dryer on the app if you ran a errand so you don’t have to come back to restart the app does it for you. Less than 1 hr 45 mins I was in and out in no time. I recommend 10/10 I’ll be returning to this location again. Thank you for an awesome experience!!

I’m just begin nice putting a two star. It was all great at the beginning when it opened it was clean and organized.. as these weeks have pass I’m very disappointed it no longer very clean or organized it really sucks when the employee use all the carts for the drop offs and spread it all over the laundromat blocking tables to be able to fold even to pass you have to go around .. I have never seen this place this misplaced ever.. and some employees are just plain rude to the customers I can hear them from the distance. Sadly this place was more convenient then other laundromat. But I think it might be time to move on or go on different date and see if it changes .I miss the employer Laura she keep everything clean and she made sure the customers had enough washers and dryers and still be able to do her job

Im going to sound like a lame, but i am so hyped for this place. I literally was laying in bed on facebook and a neighborhood page shared this place, I seen it said your soap and detergent is included with the wash and said whatttt, let me go see. I literally got out of bed and took my laundry haha. The lady there was so nice and helpful i told it was my first time and she walked me through the easy steps. I downloaded the app it lets you set alarmssss to tell you your clothes will be done, tells you WHAT machine you are using. To me that is awesomeeee especially on a busy day. You pick from a variation of soap and detergent mixes, and the type you want so you get what YOU want. My new to go to. Oh and if you download the app it tells you how many machines are available, gives you a heads up with how busy they are.

Let me tell you a little story about Tide Laundromat on 5027 N Fullerton Ave. First of all, the owner is very Welcoming and their customer service is kind, courteous and helpful. My wife and I usually do 2 laundry bags Of clothes what takes us 2 1/2 to 3 hours at another laundromat We were there for exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the folding of the clothes. Now the Washing Machine Have built in detergent and fabric softener So no need to bring your own. These Machine washes, Sooo fast and hard that it literally dry's your clothes. So you don't spend much time in drying. They Provide you with 3 Types of Is fabric sheets as well. For free And your clothes comes out, smelling fresh and clean. So if your press for time I suggest to go to Tide Laundromat. And for the price is well worth it.

Our clothes are currently washing. This is by far the absolute best laundry mat in the city of Chicago, and arguably in the nation. Why? What other laundry mat has washers that add detergent and fabric softeners in the washers as they wash? Measuring your load and adding accordingly. Oh, and for the same price as the biggest washers at other laundry mats (the biggest washer is the same price as other big ones, and I have two comforters, and sheets, and there is still space for more items!) we’re not even finished, and we’re already preparing to never buy detergent ever again. This is our new laundry mat, hands down!! P.S Their dryer sheets are free!!!!!!!!!! I wish I was rich because I’d invest in this chain in a heartbeat with no doubts.

I think the idea of the laundromat is nice but my experience hasn't been the best. The app almost never work especially for the dryer. I constantly have the close the app out. The app doesn't connect with the machine. I do like the idea of putting however many minutes I like on the dryer but the app is completely flawed. Also the washers smells mildew which is weird because the place is brand new or supposably. The worse part is that the washers are loud. When I first heard them start shaking very loudly it was very triggering for my anxiety and it doesn't stop until the end. I believe the noise starts when its on the Spin cycle. Why is it so loud...its ridiculous.

This place is amazing, today was my first time coming here, went around around 9pm wasn’t too busy. The Large machines are $10.50-11.50, medium is $8.50-$9.50 depending on settings as all machines come with detergent. Medium machine will fit a normal size laundry bag (They also sell one for $8). Drying is 25 cents for 6min (fill only half way for a good dry) they also have free dryer sheets. Very clean and organized, The young woman and older man working here were very helpful and very polite! Love the service and place. *They accept Cash/Quarters or you can pay with card thru the app* Amazing !

At first it was nice. But staff or just in general - people adding bleach or pods or what ever it is to the washer is not stopped. I don’t think there is a policy which is why people do it but I’ve had SO MANY OF MY CLOTHES with bleach stains. It is frustrating that it’s not the washers but other people that are ruining my experience. It’s not just this tide but the one on Western and Howard. Other than that it’s cool. I like the cashless system and the fact that you don’t have to bring in your own detergent/softner/ drying sheets.

Very satisfied, clean welcoming environment. This place is amazing, soap is dispensed into your clothes and fabric softener free of charge right out of the machine. Free dryer sheets are provided. Workers are great at explaining the process and the owner is so hands on and nice. The advanced technology is insane. There is an app that tells you when your clothes are finished and what machine you’re using. This is my new go to.

I love coming here but today, Saturday 11/11/23 at 12:14 I went up to the Hispanic woman with glasses to ask if she can assist with an issue I had with the laundry machine. She was clearly annoyed with me, she was watching a show on her iPad, had a horrible attitude about getting up and when explained to me what was wrong she kinda had an “you should know attitude” if I knew I would not have gone up to you. Lazy!

Very clean, well maintained place. Just what I needed. No coins, no cards (just use the app), and what I most like, no laundry detergent, softener, and no dryer sheets to worry about. Machines automatically provide detergent and softener, and there are dryer sheets dispensers for You to help yourself. All included in the wash price. Just take your dirty clothes and that's it.

Great way to do laundry without constantly checking the time and adding detergent ( the machine adds it for me). The app helps me check when my washer or dyer are done. The only thing I would like to see a change is the app working without Wi-Fi. I like to go out to get something to eat real quick and be able to check on my washer and dyer time.

Reviewing a laundromat was not on my Bingo card today but this is literally the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Everything is done through the Tide app, the washers are big, it’s SO CLEAN in here, and free dryer sheets! The entire experience was so nice and easy. Also shoutout to the staff, because everyone here is so kind and helpful. ❤️

I was wowed by my whole experience at Tide Laundromat. From the self soap dispensing washers to the precisely timed dryers. Laura was awesome, her knowledge of the Tide app helped a lot, not to mention her cheery attitude. One thing though…..Hey Tide! Could you please put more strategically placed trash cans? There’s just isn’t enough.

I really like this place and Laura who works there. The first time I went she was super helpful and friendly and even fed me lol! Second time I got the hang of how things work there best and she fed me again lol. I hate doing laundry but this place makes it smoother to do. Needless to say I’ll be a return client!

Great place! Always very clean. Every wash from comforters to any clothes come out satisfying clean and smelling great! Need more of these laundromats in the city. Best of all, you pick your soap, fabric softener straight from the washer. Dryer sheets always available. All I can say Tide laundromat is great!

Easy access to use washing machines and dryers. No need for detergent, softener or dryer sheets. So much quicker than all other laundromats around. And just a bonus if you download the app use to pay and check time left on washer/dryer you can stack up points for a free wash or dry !! Definitely convenient

Terrible service. The drop off service was the worst. Not only did the lady’s keep complaining about doing their job which they get paid for but they mixed up all of my clothes and was still missing some. I had gone the next day to pick up my clothes and all of it was mixed up with someone else’s clothes.

Love this laundromat. Don't have to haul detergent or softener with you. The machines conveniently dispense the soap and softener plus you get the dryer sheets there also. Prices are reasonable depending on how you want your clothes washed. They also do drop-off but that can be a bit expensive.

Found this laundry servicer to be one of the most pleasant operators I have personally experienced. From my experience it is one of the most modern facilities you will come across, and will probably leave you awkwardly missing the typical dreadful feelings your old laundry mat gave you.

Prices are comparable to other laundromats. Here at this location the machines automatically come with the detergents so you don’t have to bring any of your own supplies only or dirty clothes. Also, the wash and drying times are pretty quick so it helps to get you in and out.

Extra large washers $13.50, includes detergent and softener so you don’t have to carry an extra bag of supplies. For an extra dollar you can add color safe bleach. The morning staff is nice but the guy in the evening rushed me out because he wanted to go home early.

very clean place. customer service awesome. alot different then other laundromat. Detergent, bleach and fabrics softener included with the price of your wash and free fabric dryer sheets. You do have to pay for your dryers .25cents for 6 mins dryers are good aswell.

Bummed out they took the vending machine. On top of that, it seems these washers are a lot more heavy duty. I've had clothes fade a lot faster as well as pleather being ruined. It's an alright laundromat in a pinch I suppose but there's a lot of options

I just love the fact the machines provides detergent and bleach. Also, i like i can use the app to monitor the washer/dryer as my clothes are washing. I travel 35mins away from home to go here and I’m passing several laundromat close to my house.

I think it’s the cleanest fastest laundromat in Chicagoland. Just Bring your wash put it in a washers and dryers and in 35 minutes you can be folding. Big time saver.
