They picked me up from the airport when my rental car fell through to take me to the rental property, respond any time needed, and have helped me when locked out despite them being out of town. They haven't raised rent on me either and allowed me to have a covid pet when normally pets are not allowed. Best landlords ever” UPDATED REVIEW: I’ve lived in the same house managed by Tierra Mia realty going on three years now. Any time I hear of someone needing housing I refer them to Tierra Mia. Penny and Dante have been the best property managers I could have asked for. They go above and beyond - one time they rushed over to solve an AC problem on the weekend during a heat wave when I didn’t know the pump to the swamp cooler had to be on.. they weren’t even mad about the goof and we’re grateful they could help my silly mistake and we’re comforting. Another time I locked myself out of the house while they were in another state and they made sure to coordinate a way to get me keys to let myself back in - even if it was their master set. Penny and Dante are caring and wonderful - they are also funny with a sense of humor so seeing them when they pop by is always a treat. They’ll work with you on your needs if you just ask - they even let me have a cat in their no pet house under promises I would make sure the cat didn’t destroy anything and pay an extra deposit when I asked what the possibility would be if I got one. They also made sure to install more outdoor flood lights when the neighborhood had a shooting and I’ve never felt unsafe in their properties due to their attentiveness to lighting and security. This is really the mom-and-pop type of realty company you want to rent or buy from - they are honest and generous without any bs. They may tell you to pull your weeds if you let them grow out of control but that’s the most barking you’ll ever get from them and you’ll be a better house keeper because of it! (A friendly inside joke).

Talk about a winning duo. I’ve never worked with or know two people who are literally “on call” for their customers, sacrificing time with their friends and family, to help a family find their perfect home. I’d highly recommend Frisbee and Penny to anyone, they will go out of their way to make sure things run smoothly, they listen to their customers needs/wants and don’t encourage their customers to “settle”, nor pressure a customer into something that’s not a perfect fit!

Penny was great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. Great communication and always available. She is very coordinated love her enthusiasm and energy. Penny is well connected in the area. If you're buying a house, especially in the Albuquerque area it's a huge advantage to have Penny on your team. She makes it look easy, and she works super hard and is a real professional.

Penny Smith sold me my very first home over fifteen years ago. I was extremely nervous and very unsure of the enormity of owning my own home as a single mother.
