"Thoroughly disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co"
I like Tiffany Chadstone very much, but at about 17:30 on September 21, I was unfairly treated and discriminated against by LOUIS LU, a male manager with glasses. Awful service. LOUIS LU's top priority is to judge customers by Personal characteristics and consumption amount. I heard he speak Chinese with other shopping customers. When I inquired about the status of my order and made a Chinese request, his demeanor changed and refused my request. Being discriminated against and treated unfairly Discrimination, I decided to refund. Tiffany & Co's jokes had begun. Manager Louis was even more ridiculous. He invited a Chinese SA to be an interpreter, but all of us spoke Chinese and did not need an interpreter. As the manager, Louis wouldn't even process the refund. Card invalidation due to refund error. Finally, with the help of two other managers, it took 14 days to receive the refund. At the same time, Content posted by Louis on social media sites is a relevant connection to the workplace and constitutes inappropriate behaviour. LOUIS LU lacks inclusion in a diverse workplace, which also affects how he views others. Customers should not tolerate discrimination based on personal characteristics in the provision of goods and services. Legally, discrimination is a total no-go zone as provided under relevant federal, state and territory anti-discrimination legislation. Tiffany should not tolerate discrimination and unfair treatment of customers by any team member under any circumstances. Tiffany should treat everyone equally, and discrimination and bullying of any customer is unacceptable. Tiffany should treat everyone in a professional, fair and respectful manner instead of discriminating or bullying customers. Finally,I am very grateful to the managers BART and another female manager. I might not have been able to receive my refund so far without their help. They even apologized to us for Louis' fault.Thank you.
Been going through the site to look for a necklace. I prefer to shop that way. Take my time on the site and once I know what I like or at least have a shortlist then I’ll check it in the shop to do the purchase. I booked an appointment online and it was pretty easy and straightforward. There is a text area in the appointment form where you can specify any instructions or details that you would like to let the staff know. I mentioned that I would appreciate it if the item I am after is prepared for me to see and go through an efficient check out after. I arrived and there were 2 staff assisting a man with other 2 people with him. I waited on the other side patiently as the 2 staff are done with the man. 1 of the staff is an asian guy who does not look approachable at all and asked me to check in using the bar code. What I didn’t like is the facial expression as I was asked to check in. It made me feel like I am asking for a handout and had to follow his instructions as if he is above me. I do not want to be treated like I am above the staff, but I do prefer to be treated like equals with respect and some sense of friendliness. After check-in I was told that Sarah will be assisting me. She was nice too. However, Declan quickly introduced himself and nicely asked if I am Marilyn, to which I answered yes. He explained that he was waiting for me and would be happy to assist me as he had prepared the item I requested. He assisted me efficiently and even made a friendly conversation. I just took a star off the rating due to the asian man. Will I be back? Yes, but I’ll always book an appointment with Declan going forward. Hopefully, Tiffany and Co will remind their staff that good customer service matters.
On Saturday 12th of June 2021, my girlfriend, Anisha and I went to Tiffany & Co. at Chadstone shopping center to purchase a narrow diamond ring. I have been saving up for a number of months for this purchase. It was meant to be an exciting experience, and not a regretful episode. Unfortunately, the way we were treated and the level of unprofessionalism has scared us and we will not be returning. The sales person was Maree. At first, she was lovely and knowledgeable towards Anisha. During the conversation, she mentioned a very racist comment, whereby, Anisha was very shaken-up and put-off. The exact words that Maree used were ‘Australian boys will after you’ Once the comment was made, Anisha wanted to leave immediately. After we purchased the ring, she was in tears and extremely hurt by the remark. I do not want to see Anisha like this. The second issue came in purchasing the ring as the level of unprofessionalism was undoubtably the worst I have ever experienced. There was no attention to detail, respect, or heartfelt emotions with such a large purchase, and being in a luxury store. We never received a certificate of authenticity, the receipt was put into a bag without being put into an envelope and we were never offered a seat and/or a drink. This is the bare minimum of expectations as luxury stores provide this. I do understand that COVID-19 is an issue for a lot of places, but being offered is just as good as receiving. I will not be returning as a customer, and I will not be recommending Tiffany & Co. to any of my family, friends and associates. Our experience in the store was quite honestly disgusting and it is something that we are going to have to deal with when using the ring.
I recently visited Tiffany Chadstone last Monday (18 Sept) with my mum, hoping to subtly find out what might catch her eye for her upcoming birthday. While our entrance was greeted warmly by a friendly sales associate at the door, the in-store experience that followed was rather unpleasant. The sales lady who attended to us – an older platinum blonde lady – seemed friendly at first, asking if we were searching for anything specific. I informed her that we were merely browsing, but her demeanour changed soon after. Oddly, she inquired again, this time with a less friendly tone, if we intended to try anything on. I found this strange and a bit pushy, considering we had already clarified our intent to browse. Where it all went downhill was when I overheard her whispering to a nearby colleague immediately afterwards, saying "here's ANOTHER ONE", and it was obvious from her undertone she was annoyed that we were not looking to make a purchase. I found this was very rude and looking back, I really regret not calling you out on this behaviour right there in the store. In the past, we've had pleasant transactions with this particular branch. But this encounter has left a bitter taste and ruined the overall experience. Needless to say, we won't be returning for future purchases. On the brighter side, mum took a liking to an item at Cartier, so I'll be happily heading there this weekend to pick up her gift.
Thoroughly disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. Chadstone. Popped in a week and a half ago, to drop off a necklace to be cleaned as well as purchase a necklace. Of course, assistants were all over me willing to help. And might I say Alestair was amazing! However today, different story. Went in to pick up my necklace, as expected limited assistants. Nevertheless, I was seen by of the assistants as soon as I walked in who said she “wouldn’t be long”. As 20 minutes passed, still unseen. Instead of standing around I decided to take a seat, bad move. As another lady lined up at the counter with the lady who had seen me, was seen FIRST! She was sent to another department where items are collected, and then shortly after I was sent the same way. Evidently frustrated, the security guard informed the same lady who saw me as soon as I walked in and still proceeded to see a different lady who had walked in after me. For sure a well known and expensive label, ridiculously unacceptable. And if it has anything to do with ethnicity then you should be ashamed. Get a number system like in the Deli’s. For all I care you can keep my necklace, I’m embarrassed to have to walk back in there again.
Customer relations standards have most certainly dropped at Tiffany's in Chadstone. Firstly, my husband purchased a Piccasso bracelet as my Christmas present. That evening I received the invoice in my Inbox. Call me insane, but that definitely took the shine off the whole thing. So he attempted to return it yesterday. Secondly, the website advertised opening time of 9am yesterday. My husband joined about 20 others in a line around 8.45 am. 9am came around and while we could see lights on and people bustling about, the doors remained shut. Phone calls to the store went unanswered. Complaints were made to Centre Management, and I hope they are being dealt with. We understand that circumstances can change but courtesy and respect should never change. Someone should at least have had the decency to come out of the store and advise the now growing line of people that they would only open at 9.30, and apologise for their inconvenience. Nope. Didn't happen. But what gets me most angry was that, in a cowardly act, they placed a meek and polite girl at their front desk to cop the customers' abuse and harsh comments. SHAME ON YOUR TIFFANY. Even a $2 shop operates better than this.
Worst Tiffany experience ever. We got our wedding band in the city and the staff was very professional and ‘Tiffany’ the whole time. But this one is just…ridiculously horrible. We went in to resize my husband’s wedding band. The guy helped us at the beginning was really good, professional and ‘Tiffany’. Just like the staff in the city. However, when the ‘resize’ team took over, it was just horrible. Two girls there, one is just super rude and has no basic knowledge about rings. We tried to explain that when the weather is cold, the ring is too loosen for the finger but it works fine when it’s hot. And this girl didn’t understand us at all. She paraphrased to another girl that the ring gets super hot and cold. We felt crazy just hearing about it. And the other girls was no help at all also. She told us we would be charged for resizing because free resize is just for engagement ring. It just doesn’t make any sense. Think. If engagement ring can be resized for free once, why can’t the wedding band be? Not to mention how un knowledgeable about what she is doing. I don’t know what’s going on with this Tiffany store, but it’s obviously trying to ruin the brand.
Terrible experience. The staff serving advised that the product I wanted was out of stock in all stores within Australia. I was told that If I wanted to order I should check the online store, however she noted that it would be a 5 to 7 week wait. The in store staff pretty much noted they couldn’t help and that I should go online. I left the store gaining nothing from their assistance. The store staff would not check the online store or make a call to check availability and delivery durations as the online store is a seperate division to the store fronts. I later checked online and called the Tiffany hotline who were much more helpful and were able to confirm the product would arrive at my door in 5-7 days (as opposed to the 5-7 week lead time the store had noted). If you know what you want, your better off buying online with free shipping and avoiding the incompetent staff at Tiffany Chadstone. It’s also worth noting that many of the online products I wanted to view were not available in stock in store, the website is the best you’ll get for viewing if they are out of stock which from what I gathered happens alot.
The diamond fall off from the ring, we already upset enough on the quality of the product. It was not covered in the life-time warranty, because they said there was an impact on the ring. I swear, my partner is not a boxer. They said I have to pay to replace the diamond. With half mind I agreed. It took 2 months for them to fix it. And when I went to collect it, the pink diamond was not consistent in color with other pink diamonds on the ring. The customer service was so unpleasant, especially the lady named Tanya. Waited for another month, they don't even have a courtesy to give an update. Then after a month went again to the store, same lady again on customer service, was so rude. I have to wait another 8 weeks to collect it. Probably they are going to Mars to find the stone I guess. I bought so many products from them, but the more I deal with them, the more I hate it. I will never buy anything from Tiffany Again. And I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to Tiffany. Low quality product, Worst Customer Service, Long wait times, AND HIGHLY RIDICULOUS PRICES for nothing.
Would not recommend this store to anyone as we had an SA that presumably comes from China that ruined the entire experience for us. She was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. Did not get her name but she has long black hair and wore glasses . Not only was she not willing to answer a simple question about the gold necklace we were eyeing, she said that we don’t know anything about gold. Her English was very hard to understand and her mannerisms were terrible. We were very patient with her although she was very disrespectful. A simple question, but we were met with an unexpected response. On hindsight, this was a blessing as we ended up heading to Van Cleef and bought a necklace there which costed way more than the one that we originally planned on getting but this ended up being a better fit. Plus we were happy to pay that amount because the SA that attended to us was helpful and respectful.
I came into the store today with a friend to get our jewellery cleaned and necklaces untangled. As a customer that consistently buys from this company I’ve never had such unfriendly and judgemental service. the older lady with shorter hair took my jewellery to clean she told us rudely how we shouldn’t leave the necklaces unclasped and no wonder they were looking that way, I tried to explain and show her where and how it happened but she said “don’t touch it, it will make it harder for me to untangle.” After cleaning our pieces she comes back and gives me the earrings and just states “Those earrings” as if she is disgusted. despite the condition they were in due to daily use, comments shouldn’t be made like this to make customers feel judged. Unfortunately I’ll never be coming back to this store to shop. Lady by the front door was lovely when greeting us though.
My husband purchased the sterling silver knot earrings for me less than a month ago. Within the first week of wear (not daily) I noticed the earrings were becoming tarnished. He took it into the store and was advised that this was normal for silver and they were professionally cleaned. Less than 2 weeks later and they are again tarnished. Whilst I appreciate we can come in for complimentary cleaning..I don't intend on bringing them in every fortnight and for the price, I don't think I should have to. The online customer service advised me that silver will tarnish 2-3 times within it's lifetime and even had the nerve to tell me that a month would be considered a 'lifetime'. I've never had this happen with Tiffany earrings and can say that I won't be purchasing again based on the quality and Service.
My partner and I got a beautiful engagement ring through one of their sales consultants—Sreydy Men. She was a lovely and understanding person who treated the occasion with excitement, especially understanding we are not to the normal level of socio-economic people Tiffany & Co get! She is a passionate person who gave out her personal number to allow easy communication between her and my partner and I. She consistently remained flexible after dealing with my miscalculation in the ring size, pick up location and hesitation in which wedding band/ size I wanted for myself — especially as the one I wanted was discontinued. Every interaction with her has been endearing with none of my requests seeming too much trouble. Well done Sreydy (and Tiffany & Co — to some extent) you have a customer for life!
Came in a few weeks ago with my parents in search of my 21st birthday gift. My sales assistant was Farida. She was absolutely amazing, the best customer service we have ever received in any a designer store, such a genuine person who really cares about her clients. Farida really knows how to engage with her clients and make them feel comfortable when choosing a piece, especially if it is worth quite a bit of money, she really took the time to help me pick out exactly what it was i wanted and I ended up purchasing a key pendant! I will cherish it forever and when I wear it, I will no lt only remember my 21st birthday but I will remember how enjoyable my experience was when purchasing it at Tiffany in Chadstone. Thank you Farida for you amazing service, I will be back.
Initially, I enquired through email. Priscilla Ho assisted me in the process of buying the wedding ring for me and my partner. Due to busy schedules and appointments, I could not talk over the phone. However, she made the process smooth for me. It took me almost one month to decide which ring I would buy as I was communicating through emails only. Due to COVID lockdown, I could not visit store. My diamond ring needed to be resized. They had to send it to New York and then back to Australia which took another 3 weeks. Needless to say, it was worth waiting for! I highly recommend Tiffany & Co. for their professional staff like Priscilla. Thanks for answering my questions and making sure I have an update from the store. Regards, Priya & Ayam :)
It was an awful shopping experience. We haven’t received our diamond certificate 4 months after the purchase. We booked session to have a look at the engagement ring, and decided to purchase. The staff told us the certificate and warranty will be issued by New York office later because they need to register our information. However, the staff didn’t reply my message after that, and told me about not receiving message when we visited the store. Told me that she will update me within another 8 weeks. When we visited the store again, the other staff told us the certificate should come with the diamond. It feels very tricky and frustrating. Things are poorly managed. Feels like they forgot about you immediately after you paid.
After reading so many negative reviews I felt compelled to offer something good. I recently went and purchased two items from this store, as well as collect a repair, and was greeted by the most amazing salesperson in Stefania. Very warm welcome, extremely polite, listened to exactly what I needed to do, went through everything one at a time, nothing seemed to be a trouble to her. Went above and beyond in keeping everything simple for me even after I had long left the shop (marking the bags so I knew which was which). Stefania, I give you full marks for your service. I didn't make it easy for you and yet we whisked through it so quickly and without a hiccup. Thanks again for everything
It was the absolutely my best shopping experience ever!! Ms Ishii has a brilliant customer service skill. My partner was trying to get a pearl necklace for my Christmas present but it took a month to adjust necklace so we finally got it yesterday. I honestly didn’t care at all because it’s not anyone’s fault but Ms Ishii sincerely apologize it and when we arrived the store she gave us champagne and beautiful chocolates. And she also gave me a case for the pearl necklace. After we left the store, me and my partner can’t stop talking about her great service and he decided to buy any jewelry for me from her in the future. Again, thank you so much Ms Ishii, hope I can see you soon ☺️
From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by Farida. 21/1/23. Looked for a 'key pendant' for my daughters 21st bday in May. Ferida's customer service was unsurpassed, patiently showing us different styles, designs and price points until the perfect 'key' was selected. Ferida(Frideriki in Greek) she knows what I'm talking about, we connected so well after a beautiful conversation and laughs in store. What a wonderful human she is and not just a salesperson with a pitch to make a sale. Genuine care to listen and reciprocate. And yes!!...I will be back for the new 'lock bangle'..it's perfect. Tiffany Chadstone, you have a gem working for you!
I have been a customer at the Tiffany and Co Chadstone shop for over 14 years now. Recently my partner and I met our new Sales Associate, Alannah. I could not recommend her more highly! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always going above and beyond to source / find something to suit our budget - we never feel intimidated or rushed in making a purchase. She worked to understand us and our taste and will always make sure we are well looked after - I know this is how she treats every person that walks through the doors of Tiffany and Co Chadstone. I am so glad to have found Alannah! Thank you for always providing service with a smile.
Our sales assistant Alicia was most polite, friendly, patient and attentive. We were also politely greeted at the door by the door staff. While waiting for our purchase to be wrapped we were offered a seat and something to drink.. a follow up hand written note that was posted out to me by Alicia was a pleasant and appreciated gesture. To both the door staff and Alicia we rate u a perfect 5..we visited the store 2 times in the last month but these two times regretfully service was not as prompt, enthusiastic and attentive as our experience with Alicia was. So last 2 visits we will rate a lower score of 2. Krisoula and George.
I was lucky enough to be welcomed to the Tiffany and Co Chadstone store by Maree. I visited the store to try and find a present for our anniversary – I had no idea what to look at! Thankfully, Maree helped me out - she was amazing! Absolutely wonderful. She helped me find something quickly and my partner loved it. Thanks so much Maree, Tiffany and Co Chadstone are very lucky to have you. It was so nice to go into a high end store and not be judged. I have read some of the other reviews re team members 'judging' customers based on what they were wearing, this is absolutely not what I experienced. Maree is the best...
All our purchases with Tiffany & CO has been in Collins street store. Alwways had great experience at Collins street store. Since we were at Chadstone decided to go into the Tiffany & CO store there as we wanted to purchase Tiffinay necklace for our daughter. we did not mind waiting in the line outside the store. The lady at the entrance allowed us in . we went to the counter were the necklase was placed and waited for good 10 mints for some assitance . Staff did not even bother to ask if they could asist us. Just before we could walk out of the door told the sales guy . We will buy it from the city store.
I had a pleasant experience at Chadstone Tiffany. I walked in being greeted by two lovely ladies by the entrance. I told them what I am after and they politely asked me to look around while waiting for someone to attend me. Soon after, Maju came along greeted me with such polite manner and a big warmth smile. She showed me a few different styles and sizes and helped me in picking the right one. She served me a drink and couple of yummy chocolates while waiting for her to process my purchase. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and the exceptional service provided. Thank you Maju!
Awful service. We came on two separate occasions to shop for wedding bands. Whilst the greeters were always friendly and amicable, their floor staff are just awful. Floor staff knew nothing about their own product, beyond what collection they came from. I asked for setting details and clarity, and I just got scornful expressions back. Cold, no salesmanship at all and the second attendant acted passive aggressive and constantly looked at the time. Honestly, go anywhere else or go to Tiffany’s on Collins, where they actually employ sales staff with sales ability / emotional intelligence.
We went in here to look at engagement rings. Staff didn't know a thing about the rings on show. All they could muster up was "you don't need to worry about that, tiffany are the best". Oh wow an unbiased opinion from someone who works here! Perhaps explain the finer details next time. We ended up using a local bespoke jeweller which gave us everything we wanted and more, for a fraction of the rip-offs on offer in this giant chain. The workers aren't jewelers or even specialists, they're average retail staff. For the price they expect you to pay, you need something more.
Great experience , the security person (I wish I asked his name , I was there around 7.30 is on 21 April , so if you reading this you know it’s you ) at the entry was amazing . He had an effortless way to make you feel welcomed . I was shown around and given suggestions to suit my want . Annie was lovely , very patient coz I did try and re try and re try , couple of times to check what I was looking for … not a frown and always had a smile. Ultimately settled for something I liked and I love it . Who can go wrong at Tiffany
Very poor customer service at your Chadstone store, l understand because of COVID you are limited to appointments only.....but customer support didn’t tell me this on the phone....got told to make an appointment at the door to look into find 3 staff members only standing doing nothing! Your product is beautiful .....your customer service let’s you down .....since when are you to busy so serve a customer Poor form Tiffany’s .....you need to be less “posh” and concentrate on delivering outstanding customer service!!!
THE STAFF IS NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!! I went to return a purchase which I had made in Sydney and the staff did not want to attend, and I was passed from one rep to another before finally a lady at the billing counter helped get it sorted out. Then moved on to purchase a ring for my wife which was available online but not in store but in this instance the sales rep seemed a bit pushy to get the purchase Stay away from the store. Never going back here. Will definitely do my shopping from the Sydney store
Exceptional experience at Tiffany and Co. which has a vast range of jewellery, including high end pieces of decorative art jewellery. After entering into the store, you are greeted with utmost courtesy. The sales assistant(s) will then show you around the store and take time in educating you on each of their jewellery creations. Every one of their pieces are meticulously made to perfection. Thank you to Georgia and Bart for the fantastic experience at T&Co. Must visit when you are at Chadstone!
Service could be better. The young lady who packaged my sister’s birthday necklace gift had also put in my sister in laws earrings in the bag. When my poor sister in law opened her present there was no earrings in there luckily I had my sister’s gift with me in which I found both the necklace & earrings together. If the customer service lady had concentrated on the task ahead instead of talking to her co worker about their boss, then this stupid mistake wouldn’t have happened.
Unfortunately was not able to have a pleasant shopping experience here to give a higher rating. Was stopped and told that we were not allowed to enter the store but had to wait in line until a salesperson was available to assist us. Meanwhile another couple was able to walk straight in without any of the staff stopping them. Good to know that racism and judging people on their apperances are their top priorities here. Please shop else at a different Tiffany store if you can!
Annais was very patient with my mum and I, as we selected a necklace for my 30th. Yes we probably tried 8 different styles with different chain lengths....she was helpful and delightful till the end. The complementary engraving was appreciated. I had my 10 week old baby with me and they impressively offered their private room for me to feed her in. This was unexpected and certainly going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for a lovely experience!!
We went there today to buy a wedding band ring and after the host she show us just 2 types I asked her if we can look more of that, like for having different choices, and in a rude way she said that are in here, in front of you, pointing the glass. I could do it by myself looking around without her. After that we decided to leave immediately! Not a chance to buy there after her rudeness! After that we went in another shop and do our purchase somewhere else!
I highly recommend the Tiffany and Co. chadstone store - The Service has always been fantastic - The after sales care is second to none whether it be offering complimentary professional cleaning service or having misplaced a sunglasses polishing cloth and providing a replacement they are fantastic! One particular lady from customer care went above and beyond to assist me which i am so thankful for. I will definitely be back - Thanks so very much!
disgusting customer service from an asian staff member. I had went to buy a gift for a friend and was faced with little professionalism I assumed because of the way I dressed and my young age. When engraving a necklace I saw that other staff members wore gloves and placed it carefully under the machine ensuring that it was centred. While she did not wear gloves and the initials engraved on the necklace I paid over $200 for wasnt even centred.
Ours was a booked appointment as was stated in their website. The team member who assisted us was very helpful and stayed with us for couple of hours until we finalized our order. They may not have all sizes in store, but they would order it in for you (ours was within a week). They do have a lot of collections and recommend seeing their specialists if you want any alterations/customization done. All in all we had a great experience there.
Warmly welcomed at the boutique door by the most pleasant and friendly manager who absolutely made my day! Such wonderful service from the beginning to end with lovely representatives, not to mention the most delicious truffles to cure the appetite that a successful shop can bring about While we shopped, our Tiffany pieces were polished and our every need was attended too. Such a special and memorable shopping experience.
Walked in to the Chadstone store today and it was just super pretty Grace was such a pleasure to deal with! Showed me what I wanted and made some suggestions on my next purchase. She took her time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed, I had a very relaxing time. Also appreciated the guy who gave me some water. Overall a great experience!! Will definitely come back. Should probably mention the necklace was lovely too!!!
Best customer service I have received in a long time. From dealing with Gary on the phone, to coming in store and being assisted with my purchase by the manager I can not praise their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail enough. This will be our regular Tiffany store from now on. These two gentleman’s customer service far exceeds all the other sales assistants in near by stores also.
This place is honestly the most backwards jewellery store I've ever been too. Wait lines are insane, staff have no knowledge of their own product, everything has to be "ordered" in, they have nothing in stock. They also have extremely SLOW service. I would recommend Cartier over this place any day of the week, Cartier is also a nicer brand with a better name too. Don't recommend wasting your money here
Terrible service! The Asian SA literally threw the jewellery box on the table as if I did something terrible to her. Will not purchase from boutiques anymore. All they care about is KPI. When I was looking over the counters and waiting, another SA came up and asked me to move in a really bad tone because she was clearly helping a more wealthier customer (by the looks). But the water lady was very nice.
Wonder why they get so many negative reviews. The first host gave us wrong information so we waited in line for about 20mins. Finally we got to the front, the second host said they don’t do cleaning service during these time anymore. One start for the second host kept apology, 0 star for the first host. Went to their Collins st one, so much better service. Won’t come again.
Had a great experience today at Tiffany's. My mum and I were looking for my sister's 21st birthday present, and Lily Yang who served us, patiently walked us through all the options. She was so nice and understanding and extremely helpful. She made sure we felt 100% confident with our purchase, even offering to let us try on the necklace. She is a real asset to the company.
Went to pick a item from repairs. No one in the store no one waiting and we get told to wait, why? Why can’t you go in and browse would prob get more sales, I think it stinks having to wait, it’s not like any one’s going to rob the place. All the other named ships Aswell having ropes across the entrance, pretty poor I think , lift your game Shops
Staffs here are not friendly and welcoming. Me and my fiance came twice to check out for our wedding bands at Tiffany, Cartier and Bvlgari. Our visits to Tiffany was the worst. We did not want to spend any money at Tiffany just because of their customer service. We ended up buying our wedding bands at Bvlgari instead and were very happy with our decision.
I had the most incredible experience at Tiffany & Co Chadstone. Proposing to my partner was an exciting, yet stressful endeavour. Thankfully Rav and the team really looked after me and helped make the experience a memory I will always cherish. Really went over and above with their service and I am looking forward to coming back time and time again.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. June Chen showed us around; she patiently helped us choose the perfect present. She was professional, friendly and understood our requirements immediately. Would definitely recommend her. On the other hand there were a few rude Chinese tourists around the shop. But other than that great experience.
I wanted to write this compliment to acknowledge the excellent service that was provided by Aby, Floor Supervisor. It's not often that you find someone who sets the bar for excellent service. Attentive, patient, no pushy sales tactics and encourages her clients are picking the right pieces for themselves. Will look forward to the next visit.
Went to buy a few bracelets for my bridesmaids and felt SO rushed! The sales lady was really blunt and unhelpful - if they didn't have a size in something she wouldn't offer an alternative and didn't take the time to physically show us any options. Wanted to spoil my girls on our big day and ended up buying nothing, very disappointing
Waited in line for 20min, finally got to the front to be told there's another 30 to 40min wait on what i needed!! Told the girl at the front that this is ridiculous and they should be asking people in line what they are after.. she stared and shrugged her shoulders... what the hell?? Received better service at nesspreso!!!
Really pleasant experience! Staff were really helpful and were very patient with us looking at different options! We had our own little booth at one point, and champagne was provided upon final purchase, which made it feel even more special. Customer service was great and we genuinely enjoyed our visit and purchases!
Smallish store that does not have the range of the city store. Staff are very helpful and more than willing to get in jewellery pieces from other Tiffany stores. I find the jewellery pieces from Tiffany are robust, long lasting and beautifully made. It’s expensive but worth it for special occasion purchases.
I’d actually give no stars if I could, Very poor customer service, not busy but was hard to find a sales assistant 3 staff members doing nothing but took ages to find anyone to help us. Took over 1 hour to buy a gift I spoke to management and nothing was resolved.. I was actually ignored…
Agnes has been so wonderful from the moment my partner and I entered Tiffany. Her customer service is incredible and goes above and beyond for you. She is really passionate and ensures that you are taken care of. Thank you for creating a meaningful, wonderful experience Agnes!
don’t go here. Staff judges you based on what you wear, even if its a hoodie or puffer jacket. Sales assistant asked another customer if they were being looked after (they were), but walked right past us. Who does that in the 21st century. Cartier’s service is much better!
Extremely unhelpful, providing only one worded responses. At least try to build rapport with your customers. If your job is to just unlock the cabinetry doors I really hope you don’t earn commission. This is not an experience any customer wants regardless luxury or not.
Frustratingly slow and inefficient service and payment process. There are only two registers for a store of this size, which is fine as long as you don’t have people trying on jewellery at the register and staff that can’t process cash payments without a manager.
Always greeted with a friendly smile & hello by security & staff. Customer service is impeccably seamless from first contact through to sale transaction. Never had an issue with the Chadstone Tiffany Team. 1 of a few fav Luxury brands to spend money at.
If you ever go to Tiffany and company in chadstone make sure to ask for Farida. One of the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever come across, she was honest, made me feel very special, would always recommend my family and friends to see her.
I was assisted by Hannah today at the Chadstone store and her service was personable and professional. I was very impressed with her patience whilst I look at all the various combinations. Thank you Hannah. Keep up the amazing work.
We had a great experience at Tiffany & Co. The store is stunning and luxury. We want to specially thank you to Lee who has been amazingly patience with us. We are very happy with our purchase. Can’t wait to pick them up!
Great experience with Georgia. She was so lovely and caring. Genuinely interested in helping us find what we were looking for and went out of her way to make us feel special. Would definitely recommend.
This store seems smaller than the one in the city but is plenty big with a range of options. The staff are friendly and efficient. Their offer to polish their products for free is a winner!
Went to chadstone and had an appointment and had the most gorgeous lady Maree serve me. She couldn't have been any more pleasant and helpful and made me feel very welcome and at ease
Great team and staff, way better service than most of its competitors in the centre. The only thing is the waiting time when it's busy. However, the ambassador system works well
I had the most amazing experience at this Tiffany and Co due to the sales assistant; Cynthia. She was so nice and really helpful, taking her time to serve me! Very impressed.
Terrible service. We waited in line for over 45 minutes, then people behind us got in first. Definitely won’t come back to this store
Lovely and friendly service, great conversations, offered us water if needed and was very professional. Great products …
