This is the kind of bar that gives all tiki bars a bad name. It's tiki in name only, and certainly no haven. There are multiple TVs, which tells you that this is simply a sports bar in disguise. The prominent Deer Hunter game confirms this. The drinks are terrible—way too sweet, artificial syrups, no fresh juice, cheap booze, large, strong, and blended—a hangover recipe if I ever saw one. I asked for a drink on the dry/tart side and couldn't finish it. This really is a 1-star establishment, but the proprietor was very friendly. Maybe he's in the wrong spot, maybe I was, or both. They seem to be doing alright, so I guess there's a market for this kind of experience, but I recommend you order a beer.
Had my eye on this place finally got a chance to pop in like an ostrich really cool people are splendid everyone comes in seems to be at ease Moscow mules Irish mules are great I work in the city so it allows me to come in that night have a nightcap at the bed by 2 p.m. and start work early great place to eat next door and one of the bartenders help me with a couple more restaurants very helpful if they understand your situation I'm happy to be there and become friends with some people the bartender girls are fine I'm partial Asian anyway being raised in the Hawaiian islands it's all good love the place get there as fast as you can and enjoy ride your Harley
Straight up college tiki bar. There is nothing special about this place except it has cheap, sugary tiki drinks. If you’ve ever been to trad’r sams in the Richmond, it’s pretty similar, except not as packed and smaller menu. I won’t lie though, as a student, I had my fair share of scorpion bowls here. If you are an SFSU student, I can see the appeal, otherwise stick to something else. Try Pagan Idol downtown or if you do want the college energy, go to tradr sams instead.
Small briglty lit local tiki lounge. I came on a Sunday evening and it wasn't busy at all. The only other people in the bar were regulars who knew the bartender and other than that bar was empty. The decor was fantastic!!! If you love all things tiki you will love it. They even have a dance floor and a great selection of music. The drinks are tiki and tropically themed and they taste great along with being super fun to drink!
This neighborhood dive bar has a unique element because it is a tiki bar. Located on Noriega it is placed within countless Chinese restaurants and a few other dive bars. Among the bar scene on that street this one stands out because of its flair and vibe. The bartenders are friendly and the scene is pretty hoppin considering the area. It is good for a laid back evening with a friend.
I visited from out of town and loved ending our night at this place. It’s very clearly a tiki bar and a bar that just the locals go to. The locals that go here and staff are the best. The staff provide great service and the staff and locals treat you like one of their own. Overall it’s a great time and I would come back just to go to this place.
Bad service by bartender. Didn't see if we need anything else and when I went up to get another drink, the bartender never acknowledge me just to say "I'll be there." Also the bathrooms are filled with graffiti and there are no lights at the bar to highlight the drinks on the shelf. There are lots of Polynesian feel with the wooden statue.
This is a hidden gem in the sunset. I wondered in with friends not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The entire place is decorated like a tiki bar including little umbrellas in drinks, scorpion bowls, and themed cocktail glasses. They also have nightly drink specials and an awesome happy hour menu.
The atmosphere and drinks are worth the visit. The bar tender was kind enough to make my drink I created. I also tried 2 of the house specialty drinks, both very tasty. I liked the sky lights that kept the room bright and inviting. I want to go back and try their fire bowl. Definitely a must visit tiki bar.
I went here once and it was awesome. It's in the Richmond, and there are only asian people inside. Someone in the group bought a handle of Jameson for ~$150 I think, and that's about when I had to leave. There was something funny about a bunch of asians drinking Jameson in a tiki bar, I had fun.
For 20 minutes I watched the waitress talk to her friends while waiting to order another drink. She looked in my direction multiple times, saw me looking at her, and did not take the cue for another order….? Atmosphere is good I guess.

This is a nice little neighborhood bar, especially if you like foofy fruity run drinks. I'm not sure into them. It's also a good place to watch basketball and chill. There are good happy hour beer specials too. On the minus side, sometimes it smells like dive bar.
Super awesome dive bar we found after eating dinner. Drinks kept flowing and we’ve loved every moment of it. Diverse crowd too. Had a few shots here and there with the locals. Friendly staff as well! Will be back when we’re in town again! Or maybe tonight!
U have to pay for drinks cant just chill. Thats not a favorite. Limited space isnt cool either. The drinks tasted good but i had 2 and did not get drunk. Im changing my feedback to 2 stars since i just remembered how bland of an experience it was.
very good but very sticky ! went there on a weeknight and walked to seniores after :) decently felt the buzz from my drinks, wish they had bowls right now! or maybe they do but they just aren’t on the menu?? anyways, will probably be back soon
I have been coming here for years and it is simply a great local bar where the vibe is fun, service is great, and the drinks are good with a large variety. This is a great reflection of the ownership. Highly recommend this fun local spot.
The service was absolutely appalling! The two bar maids were so rude - stood on their phone taking selfies while there was a huge queue at the bar. Made the whole experience a really bad one, which was a shame as the bar was cool.
They do a comedy show here and it's awesome. Love the drinks and the atmosphere. Lots of great food in the area and this place has tables outside to eat and listen to the great music they play. Plus the comedy is awesome.
Best kept secret in San Francisco! Best TV screen and setup in a bar! You cant go wrong with a Tiki Bar. Great prices, tiki drinks, and staff. Also most diverse in the neighborhood. Can always count on a good crowd here!
Chill neighborhood bar with a fun tiki theme, board games, and friendly bartenders. Hasn't been crowded the times I've been there and there's plenty of seating for groups. A bit divey if you're into that scene.
It's a like a neighborhood dive bar, but it's a tiki bar. I think you get the picture. They have boardgames on the bigger group tables, which is always fun. As for drinks, I recommend the picklebacks.
Saturday night standup! Order tickets ahead, get seated at the table, use QR code for tiki drinks and a different QR code for ordering Korean food. It all comes to your table as you enjoy some laughs.
I love this place. One of my friends at work told me about this place and I figured why not. And I love it. Excellent service, awesome happy hour, and the drinks are to die for. Really truly good.
Love this place! Drinks are refreshing and delicious. Great choice of music! Good vives and nice people! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they don't have any snacks.
We visited here while staying in a nearby Airbnb and the bartender was so friendly and made amazing drinks. The bar is a perfect mix of tasty, reasonably priced drinks, and fun.
Nice little bar with outdoor tables. I only went there for conedy night. So much fun. Staff very nice and wasn't crowded or at least that night. Plus korean food next door.
Tiki drinks are good. Can get crowded on Saturdays. Upstairs has more seats if the 1st floor is filled. Free music unless you want to use the juke box for requests.
They have some cool drinks but it's not all that great. Feels a little odd having a tiki themed bar but people always seem to be in there.
Fantastic tiki drinks highly recommend the lava flow !

I love Tiki Haven. Chill bar with a mixed crowd. I don't go for the fufu Hawaiian stuff but I guess it's cool if you are into that stuff
Fun bar in the outer sunset that serves a large assortment of tiki style drinks that are quite tasty! And the bartenders are nice.
Pretty good place to just chill and have a few drinks. Watch out for college nights. A few people vomited outside, pretty nasty
A great tikibar and saw tiki barber here. Also old school console games in the back as well as pinball
Great drinks, great prices, awesome bartenders and the bouncer is pretty unique and awesome guy too!!!
Bar tender was so helpful on our vacation plans! Cheap drinks great place! Can't thank him enough
Nice ambience. The drinks were mild but there were many places for groups to sit which I enjoyed.
A fun neighborhood bar. However, the upstairs section can use an AC unit (it can get warm).
Not a bad place, and I liked my drink. Having TVs with sports in a tiki bar threw me though
I'm here every time I get an oil change up the street. Satisfies my desires. Great spot.
Drinks and games. Dangerous drinks... A great neighborhood spot, but nothing fancy.
Chill place during the week. Great prices, specialty drinks are delicious.
Its one of my favorite bars in the city. Great drinks and awesome music
Get the group drinks. You will thank me later. Beautiful atmosphere.
Best happy hour of Wednesday's! Fire bowls are only $12 each.
Awesome people go to this bar. You should go to this bar too.
They have their off nights but I've never been disappointed.
Friendly spot, good vibes even on a less crowded night!
Really nice people. Food Moscow Mule but no copper cup.
A long time customer. Highly recommended for everybody
Look for John and or Terence. Neighborhood legends.
Soooo cute and they have drinks that are on fire
Tiki bowls are tasty and will get the job done.
Jon and Terrance , bartenders, are excellent!
This place is great for the culture 02 Oct 19
Friendly staff, great drinks, nice atmosphere
Small but fun place to have some tiki drinks.
Scorpion bowl isn't as strong as advertised
adorable place to enjoy a huge cocktail.
Great service and the manager the best
A Tiki dive bar. What a true treasure
Everything I look for in a tiki bar
Fun comedy show on Saturday night.
