Ordered three large coffees and 4 donuts used my Tim’s reward for one coffee Was charged 11.75 asked if the reward came off and was told yes so two large coffees are 4.65 so I paid over 7.00 for 4 regular donuts So how is that possible when the donuts are a dollar each I normally wouldn’t complain about 3.00 but wow that’s insane plus the girl at the window wasn’t very nice when I questioned her Maybe it’s time for me to avoid Tim’s and I’m more than a regular customer I currently have over 18,000 reward points Thanks Tim’s I’m going to start going elsewhere

I used to be a daily visitor to this location since they opened in late 2014, early 2015. It was a great location with decent food and incredible staff. Then during the second half of 2019 something changed with quality of the product, and service from staff going down hill. In December 2019 I vowed never to return to this location. Today, against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance. I should not have done that. As woeful as I remember. "Two" Farmers wraps ..half portions ..half a sausage not cut by knife, ripped in two by hand, same with the egg....Pay for 4, get two....

If I could give here 0 stars I would. Worst customer service , food is poorly prepared and wrapped. Today I was given a cold brew ( made incorrectly) with syrup on the bottom , ask it to be remade , they just stirred it and gave it back , asked for some extra ice because there was 5 cubes , they added basically 5 more and gave the coffee back covered in coffee and leaking from the lid.

Today 2 jan I ordered coffee from drive thru. I’m a regular customer here. Firstly sometimes they serve me an expired coffee. But from this week they serving an expired coffee. I used to work at Tim. I know when red light blinking it means coffee expired. Please don’t do this with us. We are paying for it.

The person taking order at front is very rude. I was using Tim’s app for first time not sure if the scanner works or not I scanned two times. And she was too rude to tell me that it’s scanned.people should learn customer service and how to speak.

Pretty consistent with everything at this location.Some locations have a hard time getting orders right.The staff here are super friendly so I tend to favour this location.
