My child has an egg allergy, we requested egg free items that is published on an allergen menu document located on their website. We asked for the food to be handled in a way that would not contaminate our child's food. This was refused, and we were told that everything in the restaurant was contaminated with egg so they would not help us in that way. What we had asked was for the grill to be cleaned in a spot for our child's sausage to be grilled, and to use a seperate bag. This seemed to be an issue as they "don't do that here." I have been to many Tim Hortons locations that accomodate our child's restrictions. We had to leave without food for anyone. I am appalled at this service. I am appalled that they would not take 5 or less minutes to ensure the safety of our baby. This should not be considered a major inconvenience. When I contacted customer service via Facebook I recieved a prewritten response about peanuts and tree nuts. Which has zero to do with our child's allergy and the way she responds to her allergen. I called the service centre and was told all they can do is send a complaint to the franchise owner but they can't guarantee when I will hear back, just to call back if they don't contact me. This is absolutely unacceptable. What is the point of offering allergen free foods if your staff won't take the time to handle the food properly? What is the point of a customer service centre if customer service is not achieved? I will be taking this issue further as I find this situation completely discriminatory.

As the 3 stars say, it's okay. The food is typical Tim Hortons fare and comes out hot. The pandemic required dividers are up and the dispenser for disinfectant is readily accessible. The facility is nice and clean and has placards at the tables that are green and say you can sit there, flip it over and it's red and states to wait until staff clean it. A great idea. Plenty of parking and close to Fermor Avenue with easy access in and out. The order and cashier was prompt and the order was taken as soon as we were in line. This was all the good stuff. Our order disappeared and ended up going to a person in the drive through. She ended up parking and coming in to correct her order. We weren't taking an order that had gone to another so had to wait for it while the drive through customer finally got her order. Noted that there were no supervisors around but lots of staff. The drive through was very busy as well so mistakes can happen Ultimately we did get our meal, after some gentle prodding. I would certainly go back and give another try when it's not so busy.

I have been going here for the past 15 years and in the last 3-4 months the place has went downhill. They have gotten new staff and are not equipped at customer service or maybe haven’t been trained, I don’t know. We always go through the drive through, usually around 9:30ish and at the order board they never get my order right. But do they repeat the order back to me... nooooo. Do they put it on the screen... nooooo. Then when I get to the window they act all confused and don’t answer me. Some times I just take what they’ve made 1 ice cap instead of 3 and scoot over to the Timmys at the Petro on Lag. From now on it will be either Lag or the one on Dugald because I’m done with this one. And my order wasn’t crazy, 3 lrg icecaps with cream and a 12 pack of assorted doughnuts. I got 1 lrg icecap with cream and a 6 pack of doughnuts. SMH

Placed mobile order on Saturday for drive thru pick up. Upon arrival oder is confirmed ( 1 small coffee 10 timbits and a Boston creme donut for my gf) upon arrival at the window I am handed a drink, upon informing the lady it was not what I ordered she argued with me that's what on the screen untill I pulled up my phone to show her, keep in mind she just confirmed this too me. After providing my receipt I asked to add another sour cream glaze don't and gave her 1.50$ in change she came back with my coffee, a timbits box and a donut bag so I left. After getting home the coffee was actually a tea, I got one old fashion glaze donut and all 10 timbits are plain..... honestly I'm impressed how 0 items are right even on the 2nd try. would not recommend

Went here with my children Sunday morning for breakfast.It was packed but the service was awkward.The lady who took our order was acting as if we were in a military line...she was not friendly at all.Half way thru the order she turned to another worker and reminded him to button up his top button.I see that as embarrassing workers and reminding people who is in charge.She kept barking orders on who should be at the drive thru and who should make smoothies. I would feel unworthy working under such management.She needs more training or reminders that being in charge does not have to make you icy. My children enjoyed their breakfast❤

Best experience ever!!! I won a free coffee the other day and decided to claim my prize at this location. Upon driving up to the order speaker I informed the young lady that I would like to claim my coupon for a free coffee and she replied with a " congratulations on your win, please pull ahead for you coffee." Upon picking up my coffee at the window she then said in a nice chipper voice. "Have a wonderful day". I felt that she was truly genuine in her words and that she was not just speaking from a script. It's the little things like this that make a huge impact on a customers day. Great Job!

Arrived at this tims shortly after 10 PM and stayed 2 hours. 4 people working, and this restaurant is gross. Tables are all dirty and full of used cups, messy floor, counter tops behind the till are disgusting. Garbages are overflowing. Donut display is mostly empty and messy. Girl who took my cash also prepped my drink, and then rubbed her eye before finishing my order. Never washed her hands. Have yet to see anyone wash their hands nor start cleaning anything while we’re here - and there have been NO walk in customers since we arrived. Needs some TLC in the night time....

Had some great coffees from here and also some of the worst. Went inside to watch the young man make my medium coffee from the bottom of 3 separate sooty pots. I asked him to make me a fresh cup please..and he rudely looked at me like I was from mars. He asked me y..i simply said the bottom of one pot would have been fine topped up with a fresh pot..but the bottom of 3 pots to make a medium cup certainly would not be fresh tasting and that's what is like..he dumped the coffee didn't even rinse the cup and made a new one..not impressed he was so pissed at me for being honest

I got a smoothie from here and it was super liquidy again...it was pretty much just ice water barely any flavouring, I asked why and the man said he would remake it but he can't promise it will be any different (with attitude). Than when I got it back he told me he did it the same way like last time but there was way less than the first one. I paid for a large and got a medium worth. This is probably the only Tim Hortons I had issues with and bad customer service. They never fill up my beverages all the way, you have to actually tell them too. Nobody is trained right.

OMG how slow are they... took 10 minutes to get just 2 coffees on a mobile order and no apologies for the wait. Asked where my order was and the excuse was that because it's a decaf it's done on the espresso machine, yeah that I can appreciate but had I ordered it face to face I would have got it quicker. I personally think they cleared the order and because the manager had the tickets in his hand they were forgotten about. Better organization wouldn't go amiss

Used to be good, but now they don't keep up with stocking shelves, have eliminated the glazed cinnamon role - which is also not as fresh and seems to be being made differently - staff told me if I wanted a glazed cinnamon role I would have to go to another Tim's, and Tim Bits taste stale. Not near as many people going here that last three times I went, and the drive through which was usually extremely busy now has very few vehicles going through. Did this location change management or owners? If yes, they shouldn't mess with what was a good thing.

Manager with a tattoo sleeve was pretty rude to me, didn't even greet me at the till to ask what I wanted to buy. Instead, he was on the sidelines, and asked me what I wanted in a passive aggressive tone, like I was bothering him. Then, a different worker helped me at the till while he was making my drink. She asked me what I wanted, I told her. The manager out loud said, ''Yeah, I already told her.'', in a tone that would make anyone feel stupid. Ridiculous. I just wanted to buy a drink.

Just ordered 2 farmers wrap with bacon and sausage and 2 coffees. Drinks were okay as usual but the wraps were horrible. Maybe whoever was assembling it didn't know how to make the wrap but you need to evenly fill the wrap. The wrap I got ,both of them were half filled and it was just bread and sauce. They didn't even put bacon in 1 of the wraps. Customer service is good but food, its horrendous.

i went there last night because i was desperately craving a donut. it was approximately 11pm, we stood outside by the drive thru thing trying to get there attention because the doors were locked so we finally went up to the window and they wouldn’t serve us, they could’ve atleast told us that they wouldn’t serve us so we wouldn’t have wasted our time (15 minutes) because they weren’t kind enough to answer us on the intercom thing that they wouldn’t serve us

Even at the busiest points of the day, the staff at this Tim Hortons location ensure that orders are completed in a very timely manner which I love - and cannot say the same about many of the locations throughout the city. Always has a large selection of baked goods as well.

Just went through the drive thru between 8pm - 8:30pm.... I ordered a coffee and ice coffee with 2 caramel shots... completely messed up my order.... when i went the 2nd time around to get a tea, we waited almost 10 mins in drive thru because there's basically 2 employees working. Talk about great managing schedule skills. I honestly would have given them a negative stars if i could. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

I mean common how hard is double double ...... order food and get a completely different item..... I don’t get how you get a grilled cheese instead of a breakfast sandwich. Way too busy and the staff don't manage it well. Also, we ordered a farmer's sausage wrap, they were out of wraps and sausage but suggested to make it with a bagel and bacon...then proceeded to charge us extra for the bagel and bacon. Are you kidding me? If their business is out of ingredients they SHOULD NOT charge their customers extra for the business' mistake. Very disappointed and frusterated.

Best timmies I’ve ever been to! The farmers wrap was cooked perfectly and we didn’t need to order extra sauce because it was just PERFECT. The ice cap we ordered was filled to the top of the cup unlike most other Tim Hortons I’ve been to who cheap out and sometimes even fill below the line. Attendant at the drive thru was so friendly and nice and understood exactly what I wanted!!

First of at drive thru the guy was very rude, i specifically asked less ice, less sugar syrup and with milk. But they didn't follow any instructions. Cup full of ice and too sweet. The rep at drive thru window named Taran didn't say a word didn't even yell me my total or confirmed my order. This is not the service i expected at all. They really need to get some serious training

I ordered 2 coffees, then paid, and then I was asked if I was "sure I didn't really want hot chocolate". I said that I wanted coffee. Very strange interaction. My coffee was basically water. I also had the pleasure of waiting 15 minutes for that water. I complained, and got a replacement coffee.

Went inside to order Monday night. Was treated very rudely by one of the two girls working there. The worker was very short and made it very clear she didn’t “have the time to serve us.” Was clearly focused more on the drive thru than the customers in the restaurant. Did not mix the mocha ice cap. Instead just dumped chocolate on the bottom and top.

This location should be the standard for the entire chain. Coffee and food is always fresh any time of day, the interior and exterior are meticulously clean (including the exterior trash bins they have the courtesy to provide and maintain to keep the neighborhood clean of their litter) and staff are always well trained, courteous and attentive.

I'd give no stars if I could. Waited in drive-thru for 20 minutes only to get my order completely wrong. Ordered an Iced Caramel Machiatto not a milk and caramel, but guess what I got? I'd forgive everything if the staff was nice and professional, but they're not even able to get THAT right. Close down you useless clowns

The owner cancelled the Halloween special and is now charging full price for the empty bucket as if it had 31 timbits in it, and you have to pay full price for 20 timbits to go into it. They claimed it was social media misinformation.

I love going to this Tim's, aside from the fact this is the nearest Timmies from work and home, the staff are so nice, friendly. Never had any problem when it comes to my orders. And this is the very first Tim's I went to when I moved to Canada in 2013. Thanks guys!!!! I appreciate what you do.

Very inconsistent as of lately. Went to get a coffee and breakfast and both items were made incorrectly via drive thru. They are too focused on being fast that they get the order wrong or don't care and give you the wrong stuff anyway just to avoid taking more time by correcting the mistake.

Great coffee and selections of tea. Always a large assortment of donuts from which to select as singles, a six-pack or twelve-pack. Face masks are required to enter the building and vaccination cards are scanned to dine in. However, staff is very slow to clean tables between customers.

I really enjoyed my visit to Tim Hortons Southdale this afternoon. Busy place but happy and helpful servers filled my order quickly. Soon I was sipping my classic Timmy's at a clean table. Cell phone charger inputs available at most tables. Washrooms easily accessible and clean.

If you order a cinnamon roll make sure you specify which kind, maybe even point to it because staff may not be clear on what's glazed and what's frosted. Coffee is good quality. Can get busy and short staffed at times. Baked goods are well stocked and often very fresh.

Drink made incorrectly. They even double checked with me (nothing complex, just an iced coffee with milk instead of cream, and yes I want the liquid sugar cane). Got an iced coffee with cream and no liquid sugar cane. Nothing else to say than do your job better.

It is your typical Tim Hortons. There is a drive through and it share a building with Wendy's. It is the one of the last stops on the trans Canada highway as you leave Winnipeg heading east. It has been recently renovated so it is fairly nice inside.

Ordered the new Reese pieces donut and brownie. The girl threw them both in a bag together. My brownie was upside down and all the icing was on the bag. I was the only one in line, not sure why she had to rush so fast. Guess I will go somewhere else.

Horrible service in the early Mornings (430am). At least once a week they give me the wrong coffee, hash browns are always cold. And the slowest Tim's service in the city. If it wasn't the only one on my route to work, i'd go else where for sure.

Most of the time you go there for coffee and donuts but they have good raps, cravables, etc... I'm usually on holidays they have very creative donuts. So that place is very good. Usually go there almost every day I go in the drive

I'm not a fan of food from Tims and lately the coffee is super disappointing. This location is difficult because it's a combined Wendy's and Tims. It's always super busy and messy. Neither staff seems commited to cleaning it up

Not sure why this map doesn't show that it's a Tim's/Wendy's combo. Probably my favourite Tim's in the city, very nice inside, great service. Just be careful you aren't run over by the drive-thru line on your way to the door.

Oh my !! Went here bit before 8 pm . Fresh !! Donuts . And the best white chocolate candy cane hot chocolate of any Tim's! I'm a hockey mom so I've been to a few of these ;) . Hands down best one .

Ordered soup and a grilled cheese at take out window inside at 11:15 am. Soup spoon was dirty, no crackers with the soup and no napkins. Tims is sure going downhill just like Robins Donuts did.

Drive thru is always full, but not too long a wait. Pastries are always fresh. Don't drink coffee but the hot chocolate and tea is flavorful.
