BUYER BEWARE: they punch in and charge you for more expensive items, then give you a cheaper item and argue about correcting it. Make sure you get and check your receipts at this location. Back story: I went through drivethru, they got my order wrong, punched in a roast beef and cheddar sandwich ($6.79) instead of a roast beef cravable ($4.99). When I asked for the difference in cost back, they said it was the same because they punched in a combo and the sandwich doesn’t matter. When you add up the items I was given, the cost was almost $1 less than what I paid at the combo price. When I went into the restaurant and asked it be corrected and they give me the sandwich I paid for, I was treated very poorly by the drivethru attendant who had tried to convince me the sandwiches were the same price. She also then touched my sandwich with her gloves she was wearing to attended the drivethru window, and refused to have a new one made. Then as I was leaving, she yelled “oh my god” loudly. There were a few other issues with my visit as well, but this was the most concerning. I’m not exactly sure how one would benefit from doing this, but it sure feels like a scam.

Come to this location everyday as I work in the area, and every other day they mess up the order and give the wrong goods, burnt buns, rubbery uncooked bacon, little to no cream cheese on bagels , tea instead of coffee etc. Terrible service.. when I have called to complain ( I am always polite ) the manager there is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Today we waited for 15 minutes for croissant that we asked for toasted with butter and they said they cannot toast it at all even though I order this all the time and they have no problem making it and today for some reason it was a problem. when I talked to the manager She claimed I am just trying to get free stuff… was talking over( basically yelling) me and dismissive of what I was calling for. I work for a living and don’t need free Tim Hortons! I just want what I had actually ordered and for it to be edible… it is not my fault they continue to mess up orders and are rude to their customers and then she has the audacity to say it’s just me trying to get free food. That is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and will not be going back. The manger there .. she needs to be fired.

I went to the location with my cousin and we ordered food and ice caps. First off we weren't greeted by anyone and had to ask if they could take our order and the staff body language felt like we were wasting their time being here. The store was not busy there was only one table with two customers sitting. My turkey melt was burnt they didnt have potato wedges to go with my meal and would not substitute for soup. My cousin ordered a toasted Turkey bacon club with cheese and it was not toasted and there was no cheese when we asked them to fix it the were going to just take the toppings off her orginal sandwich and toast the bun, until we asked them to make a new one. The staff gave us dirty looks and then started talking in a different language. This is very unprofessional and unfriendly, I wont be coming back here to this location

Just started working in the area. Came here 3 times this week. First day they forgot to give me wedges. Called mgmt told me I'd get em free next time. Came in for them had to wait an actual 8 mins for them to be ready. Today they flat out "had no wedges" I asked for a hashbrown. Got to the window was handed my wrap and that's it. I had to ask for my hashbrown. I was charged 2 bucks for a hashbrown that was old and hard yet was still charged for a meal price on top of it? Get your potatoe game together please. Imagine going to McDonald's and they said "no fries" lol. Not impressed. Edit: I've come to realize they under portion their Wraps constantly. This Tim's is a rip off as opposed to other franchises. Length and weight is a quarter short of a whole wrap at other locations. Hands down worst Tim's I've been to in the city..

This location is adjacent to a very busy thoroughfare, in between retail and industrial sections of the city. As a result, many customers use the drive-through rather than park. Selection is adequate and easy to navigate.

I find it disrespectful when the drive thru worker, speaking in a language that I don’t understand .. doesn’t pause her conversation with her co-worker while giving me my order. This incident was particularly disappointing because the employee did not speak to me at all but was speaking the entire time in a foreign language to coworker. I was less important as a customer in that moment than whatever it was she was privately discussing with her coworker. I’d love to hear from management on this. Has it become commonplace to train employees to treat customers like this ?

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese...it's $2.99 for the cream cheese alone and it was mostly on just half my bagel. It's not like a hamburger to be eaten with both sides stuck together. My daughter ordered one afterwards and it was the same. My Dad went up and asked for it on both sides and they said it's " standard " put on just one side. The ladies argued and he ended up asking for a knife to spread what was on there himself. How about not arguing with the customer and fixing the issue by

Encountered the rudest service crew in this location named Chona. Also, she is not familiar with their product. I was ordering a candy cane hot chocolate in a tin, she is giving me an ordinary hot chocolate and when I told her that I want the candy cane one, she said they don't have it. Then I showed her the one in their display cabinet, she yelled to her co worker to grab the till. When she finally found what I am asking for, she handed it to me with a smirk while her co worker smiled at me and said thank you.

Very bad customer service. The lady working there on Sunday night around 10 pm was very rude. I ordered an iced cap with chocolate shot and there was barely any chocolate so I went inside to get it fixed but she answered in very rude way that "I have put 4 pumps" and showing me the empty cup saying "see there is" that I could not taste or see?? I asked for a survey to give feedback and she said " I can't give you" ? No smile while serving customers or handling mistakes.

The girl name Nimrat on the store very casual and bad behaviour. Nimrat and some other girls were talking to each other while giving me order and not even greet me in proper manner. I said it right away that your customer service is very bad and Instead of saying sorry and apologies for mistake, Nimrat said ‘’why what happened now’’ that was soo Weird. Picked up a specialty donut, Strawberry Swirl. The thing was hard as a rock. Obviously been sitting in the case for days. I guess they are now reducing waste by selling the customers donuts they have failed to sell from previous days. No point going all the way back to complain, the employees(new Canadians of course) could care less about your customer experience anyway, they just grin. Very poor business strategy. NEVER buying a donut from Tim Hortons again. Safeway bakery makes amazing fresh donuts.

They should change the name on the sign to "We don't have any" This location is constantly out of product including things like timbits and donuts, if they aren't going to offer a full selection of product all the time it should be noted somewhere so customers know before they order. This location is quite honestly probably one of the worst for not having product available. On top of not having what I wanted tonight my coffee was wrong tasted stale and burnt and had way too much sugar in it.

Staff is polite and food tastes good, however; almost every single time I visit this Tim Hortons, my order is incorrect. Regular instead of spicy, crispy instead of grilled, small instead of large. Even after getting the order correct on the drive thru screen, the order still comes wrong. Haven't had any issues besides that. Comparing to other Tim Hortons, I would give a 5 star *IF* they can fix their ordering issues. It has been hapening to me for a few months already.

Just bought an icecapp at this location and something was very wrong with it. Tastes like my mouth was on fire. Like some kinda of chemical or something. I don't usually complain, I worked there for 8 and half years as a supervisor. Dine in is not open late. There were a bunch of snow clearing guys trying to go in for drinks and the staff just glared at them then got mad when I tried to order for them in the drive through. Threatened to not fill my order either. How are those guys in loaders and graders supposed to go through drive through? Staff were just rude.

I don’t think you really need an explanation. I ordered a 4 cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and I got this…. Not even cut in half. Cream cheese everywhere on the inside of the wrapper. AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WRAPPER. I don’t understand how it is hard to cut a bagel in half but that’s just me I guess. I was also the only car in the driveway so there was no rush.

Luv their cream soups the best. Warm u up in the winter. Sandwiches always made fresh and the way u like them. Muffins great, cookies good to. Only problem with the doughnuts they all hav to b covered in icing. Too sweet , too fattening, too good Great selection. Each rest. Seems to hav one doughnut specifically made for that store. That's why I go to many different ones.

Refused to honour a valid coupon for an Icecap--they said that the coupon was "already used." This is not plausible, since it was a physical coupon delivered to my house. The coupon is still valid, clearly stated on the coupon, but they would not accept it due to their scanning error. I asked to see a manager--the person said she was the manager. Very poor customer service.

Either they have to upgrade their headsets or microphones in their drive thru as this location constantly has to be repeated to in order to get my order correct and even after seeing the correct order on the screen still receiving the wrong order that being cream instead of milk or even worse sugar instead of sweetener.

Went for a chicken Caesar wrap and potato wedges, they were generous with the wedges but my wrap was a mess. It was missing the chicken and had what looked like kraft singles cheese slices. Went back in and they rectified it right away with a new wrap that was made properly. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience.

Tim Hortons offers a consistency in their products. What makes each location unique is the staff. When I stay in Winnipeg this location is closest to the hotel so becomes my default Tim's. That said I would go out of my way to visit this location because the staff are friendly and always smiling. Makes a morning coffee that much warmer

Management also terrible. I had a portable rolling tool box from Milwaukee that accidentally fell off my truck bed and I was notified that someone had pick it up from drive thru and they wouldn’t show me the cctv that day. They kept pushing me back saying we’ll get back at you and review it -_-

Been to this location at least 100 times. Today was the worst. I don't even know what happened at the til as the order was very straight forward. It took 4 employees to process the order so I could pay, and I still ended up over paying after I consulted the receipt and they forgot a sandwich.
