I love that this is a local chain. At least they started out that way. They still cater to and support our local market and causes. I find they have a great selection of pet food and products and their prices are very competitive. The staff is always friendly and helpful - appreciate when they take my heavy bulk purchases to the car!

I am so impressed with the service and care that I receive at this store. I have had some food challenges with my senior cat and have had to change my food a few times over the last 3 months. They are so accommodating and try to find something that will work. They take the used bag back and replace it with something new.

Ordered a very expensive water bottle and drove 30 min to the store to pick it up. None of the staff were knowledgeable in how to use the water bottle and could not explain; they helped customer after customer ahead of me because they were not familiar with the product.
