(Review should be 4 stars instead of 5 - explained below) Overall good experience at Tivoli during the last 2 visits. Tom was friendly, approachable, fairly knowledgeable and helped with advice when choosing between some Sennheiser and B&O IEMs. No issue there at all, more than happy with Tom's customer service. Leonardo was also friendly during our short phone interaction, even though I didn't deal with him during the actual purchase. James was chatty and friendly and was on the same page as me, talking about music/sound being entirely subjective. Nice to see the sales people not pushing their personal agenda on customers. I ended up returning the B&O IEMs but only because they were just cr*p (this isn't a product review so I'll leave it at that). Tivoli was more than happy to accept the return so zero issues there. Leonardo processed the return quickly and without issue. As mentioned above, this review should really be 4 stars instead of 5, since the customer service was a little more prickly during the return than it was when I made my purchase. Most likely because they ended up "losing" a sale but not really through any fault of theirs. It's not really fair to penalise the store for that although I believe customers getting a refund should still be treated the same way as those handing over money.

Tivoli Hi Fi could have sold me more speakers, amps, and sub-woofers. Instead, James Tranchina the Sales Director recommended the Artnovian Room Treatment installed by Corsini. I cannot thank them enough as the room dynamics treatment is the single best thing that I have done to make the music come alive. Christian Corsini from Corsini Acoustic Solutions is a legend. His attention to detail combined with experience, knowledge, tools + equipment and professionalism, delivered an unbelievable result that you can see in the 2 graphs. The Artnovian team did an amazing job too, custom designing the panel selection and their positioning in the room using their sound treatment modelling and experience. Highly recommend using this product that Corsini installed and finetuned to suit my specific room. Last thing to say is that Corsini apparently offer a room 3D measurement and sound analysis service upfront so that the Artnovian product can be designed even more precisely. If I am doing this again, I will use this service vs doing this myself. All in all, if you love your music and HiFi, Acoustically Treating your room is a must do and not a nice to do.

I've been buying Hi Fi items from Tivoli Hi Fi for more than Forty years, and they still don't bar the doors when I appear or block my emails. They have always been infinitely patient and polite, and will always offer constructive alternatives if I'm heading in the wrong direction. The store set-up itself has always made it easy to compare any or all alternative. I've just purchased a new Amplifier on-line. Just as easy and reliable as going in store. You even get a follow-up call to check that you are happy with your purchase and advise of shipping. I can hardly wait to do the fifty year review.

I have been dealing with James for a few weeks now and have been really impressed with his willingness to answer questions and set up multiple sets of gear for listening sessions. I have extended my commitment to Bluesound at the store as an interim measure while I look to switch from my existing AV set up in to dedicated 2-channel HiFi system. The customer service to date has been in the upper level of my experiences. The fact that James has listened to me a tailored equipment to suit my taste and budget is appreciated. Wonderful experience with James from the moment I walked into the showroom. Nothing was too much trouble with discussions over the Loewe OLED range of 55’’ & 65’’ TVs. After finally choosing the 65’’ then downsizing it to the 55’’ we were pleasantly surprised by the courteous arrival & installation by Tom & Matt who were very patient & caring with this together with showing how it all worked afterwards. I have purchased a number of hi-fi components over the last 8 months from Geoff and the staff at Tivoli. The service has been great and they have always gone out of their way to do a great deal as well. The last purchase was a SVS PC-2000 sub-woofer... what a beast, but a great sound to go with the boom! Anyway, very happy with my dealings with the store and Tivoli will definitely be my go to for any future purchases. A Turntable upgrade is on the list.

James and Matt were great! James sourced, and Matt re-set up our home theatre after we got hit by lightning and had to replace basically all our our electricals last year. Great service! Bought a Cocktail Audio X50D from Tivoli. The sound quality from this thing is simply stunning, and I didn't even buy the pro version. Was going to use it in the kitchen to drive KEF LSX's but I made the mistake of hooking it to my Metrum Pavane DAC. Never heard my DAC sound this good before, not even close.

Courteous engagement and service provided by Thomas was 100% plus in every aspect - from arrival punctuality, to diagnosing and explaining options, to implementing changes and additions to system, to tutoring how to use. Excellent post sales service. I bought a device with complex software interface. I wasn't working well initially but the staff from Tivoli made a home visit, identified the problem and promptly replaced the device and came around again and installed it so that it worked well.
