The lobby and fitness area are fine. However, the pool -- like the rest of the resort -- is absolutely decrepit and gross. The pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, the fencing is falling apart, and light fixtures are falling apart with the wiring exposed. It's an absolute shambles.

The lady in the front desk always has an attitude it’s like she’s always in Abad mood . It’s not the first time she gives attitude to me she has done it someone else it’s like she likes only certain kind of people I fell like been discriminated for being Latino and that’s disappointed .

Staff is outstanding and experienced. I recommend the Lime in the coconut treatment. The first part of the treatment is a whole body scrub with a coconut lime scrub after which you shower off all the scrub to prepare for your 60 minute massage. Heavenly!

Such an unfortunate experience. We booked 2 massages and a facial here for my friend’s birthday. One of us had an amazing experience, one had a wobbly table and thin blanket, and one of us had a massage therapist that showed up 30 minutes

The lime massage is heavenly! I get it 2-3 times a month if I can. And if I was rich, I would get one 3 times a week. The staff is always nice and i love going there for a nice treat.

A massage is a nice thing to have, its good to work it into your vacation so you may finally feel refreshed. Especially when you pay top dollar.

I felt really rejuvenated after my massage here. They took really good care , and use very natural and clean ingredients- recommend this spa!
