My dad was their customer almost 7 years and early 2015 , my younger brother who is also registered as second driver was involved accident ,Police registered as fault . the accident was not my brother fault, my brother and his friend hired a lawyer and the court said the fault was the other driver, We brought court transcript and letter from the court to State farms they are not willing to remove the faulty accident from out record. Stay away from State farms as much as you can, over charge and when you make claim they will deal the worst way they can.... No to state farms.

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Over charged me by nearly $500. They raised my monthly rate after my first payment, and repeatedly afterwards, although they wouldn't give an accurate or true explanation as to why. I was referred to the State Farm liaison for complaints and they never got back to me with an explanation either. Found the staff rude and are not on the same with eachother. They repeatedly lost information about my account. I was also not informed when they did raise my monthly rate.

We had been with State Farm more than 25 years and had no problem dealing with in the past. However it became Desjardins and we made a claim for roof damage due to recent storm. We were very disappointed and treated very bad. We felt that we were begging for the claim and very bad customer service treated us very bad.

Being new to the area, I had a lot of choices. I am so glad that I have decided to go with Tom Harrison Desjardins. Beth was most helpful and pleasant to work with. She provided me with a great quote and wrapped everything up quickly. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a good quality service.

My parents have been with Tom Harrison Desjardins for years and now I will be as well. Beth was knowledgeable, provided me with a terrific quote and was quick with the turn around (not even a day!). Definitely an insurance broker I'll be sticking with.

Due to the COVID pandemic, we have been reluctant to visit the office and it has been very easy to carry out all correspondence with them via e-mail. They always get back to me in a timely and professional manner.
