Worst pharmacy ever. I placed my script in the night drop box and TWO DAYS later they had not even checked it. The lines are long. Customer service is terrible. they don't even acknowledge you at the drive thru to ask if you are just dropping off, so you could be waiting for ten mins just to drop off.

It is agreed that they seem eager to help, but everything seems to just fall apart anyways. If you would like your prescription within the week, go somewhere where they actually have the medication, instead of telling you repetitively that it will be there the next day. This has happened quite often.

Friendly staff and the place isn't overrun like the Walgreens where it's always a laborious process to pick up your prescription. At Tom Thumb, the staff is quick and efficient. The prices on the exact same prescriptions are significantly lower than Walgreens as well.

So so so slow. Even in the drive through it's about 10 mins per person. My doctors often have to call Rx's in twice and they aren't ready for hours. They are generally friendly but after two years of issues nearly every time I think I'm over this pharmacy.

The pharmacist and techs are always very friendly as well as efficient. They absolutely ask my birthdate as well as my last name but that is standard. It’s very upsetting to see people complaining about the dispensing of prescribed drugs.

I have gone here for years and this team is great. They are helpful. I had to leave for a few years because my insurance made it more expensive to use them. I was back to them ASAP. Kimberly has been a staple and always has the best

If you need a prescription filled within 5 hours absolutely do not go here. One person will tell you it’s ready in two hours and the next will tell you they’re still working on it. Never a straight answer and unreliable.

2 stars only because you usually get the script after the pain and agony of calling waiting checking verify with doctor and getting the no generic on the script that was swapped out to save money.

Love this place.. I scheduled my Covid vaccinations here. They were prompt and professional. If you haven't been vaccinated I recommend them highly. Protect yourself and others, get vaccinated.

Would give 0 stars wasted my time by taking a vaccination appointment only to get there to know they are not allowed to give flu vaccines for another week .. like thats even a thing ..

I love this pharmacy. Great people who are helpful, friendly and make getting your prescription filled easy. Kim always remembers my name, and my daughter’s name, every time.

Dr's office had to call twice. Very Slow Service and no help from employees. We need to find another place. CVS was so good, but no longer takes Blue Cross of Texas.

Recent staff turnover has resulted in general incompetence. Expect delays, confusion, and apathetic customer service. I suggest taking your pharmacy needs elsewhere

Very poor customer service at this location. Way too slow and don't listen. They ask you to repeat your date of birth over and over, at least 3 times.

The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. They seem pretty understaffed most of the time, so just go in with a little patience.

Avoid! The slowest, most unhelpful, unaccommodating pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’m surprised Tom Thumb allows for this.

Very unhelpful and slow. This used to be a good pharmacy but it has gone downhill. I try not to use.
