I don’t often leave reviews but due to my extreme disappointment I felt obliged to. Recently I had my FINE & SHORT hair blow dried straight. $50 later my hair was extremely frizzy, damp and still wavy when I left the salon. For $50 you would expect to leave the salon with hair that looks absolutely amazing. I normally pay $20 for a perfect blow dry elsewhere. The website allows you to select a hair stylist, however on the day I had someone else do my hair without any explanation or apology. In addition I find this place to have an uncomfortable aura, the owners do not seem genuine. We “the clients” keep you afloat we do you a favour by spending our hard earned money and by choosing to support small & local business. The least you can do is have the decency to acknowledge your customers with sincerity and a simple thank you upon departure would have come along way. I often wonder why people present themselves in this manner particularly in the customer service industry. It makes me question their personal lives. In reality, they have likely been on the receiving end of rudeness and are now “passing it along.” FYI you will not find me on your system because this was my first and last time there and due to the protection of my privacy I know not to disclose my identity. This is not an issue I am seeking rectification from, but just an honest review from an honest person. I wish you all the best but I DEFINITELY WON’T BE RETURNING.

I booked in to get my hair coloured, I explained to the girl on the phone that previously another hairdresser had done my colour incorrectly and I ended up with red burgundy hair and not with the copper colour I wanted. She booked me in to come in and she said we will have a look at your hair when you get here and then we will apply the appropriate colour or process to get you the colour you want. I went in today and I had a male hairdresser who was lovely, I explained to him what I wanted and even showed him a photo and he said yep I’ll go and mix up your colour and I’ll be back . I thought ok that was quick, no quote or an explanation of the process. The only thing he said was do you want it darker on the roots or lighter. My hair turned out the same colour as I walked in with, it looked fresh but exactly the same colour. I did tell him about how I felt and he said next time we would need to strip the colour to try and lift it out. Why didn’t they tell me that when they saw my hair at the beginning? Now I need to wait another 2 months for this colour to grow out.

This will be the last time I go to this business. I’ve been here twice before to get my hair done and wasn’t overly impressed with previous visits but I found today’s experience to be extremely poor. To begin with, making the appointment was confusing as I was told different arrival times and got about 6 automated confirmation and cancellation emails about the appointment time. The girl who did my hair was inexperienced, (although she was very sweet) it was clear that she was not fully competent with blowdrying hair and wasn’t trained at all with styling and curls. I honestly felt like I wasted my money and would have been much happier curling my own hair. My sister also had an appointment and was left waiting in the chair for about 30 minutes with wet hair and no communication about what was happening. I’m sorry to say that the customer service here is extremely poor, I felt really uncomfortable and would definitely not recommend this business.

I’ve been coming here for more years than I can count on both hands and have never left a review. However after my appointment yesterday I really need to. Not only do the team do an amazing job of haircuts/styling, makeup and beauty, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Yesterday I had to take my daughter to my appointment and when the appointment ended, it was pouring rain. Laura and particularly Sam went above and beyond to help me get my daughter into her car seat and pram packed away so that I didn’t ruin my fresh hair in the rain. It was performative or for a content snip, it was genuine care and help. When you go to Tomica’s, it’s not just a haircut it’s an experience.

I’ve been coming here since they were in Ingleburn under a different name! I’ve had countless services, blow dries, foils, treatments, cuts, eyebrows, facials, led lighting, bought their products and their own in house skin care and I just love them. I get serviced with a smile, real genuine and hard working girls. They make sure you’re watered, coffee’d up and even pass on little snacks! My hair is always amazing and I leave feeling like a 10 when I entered as a 2. Love everything about Tomica Hair Skin brow and I will continue to travel over an hour to get there knowing I get the service I ask for: Thanks girls! Keep up the good work

Consultant started working on my brows without consulting with me first. I found I had to initiate the conversation to ensure I would get the look I was after. I stated clearly that I wanted a soft natural look - no over plucking. I even showed her a photo of myself in the past to show her what I was after. The end result was dramatic and extremely over done eyebrows. It has left me very unhappy. I have been to many brow places in the past and not had this outcome. This will be the last time I get my brows done at this place. The process overall was rushed and no care taken to get to know the clients desired outcome.

Walk & they have it all! From hair to nails facials & brows its a one stop shop of experts. I have been a client of Tomica's for around 6 years now, everytime i walk out of the salon my hair is picture perfect & consistent in colour, my nails & brows are always immaculate. For someone as busy as i am there is nothing better than being able to walk into the salon and get everything i need done all at once. Highly recommend the salon to anyone & everyone!

Amazing service, they make you feel really welcome when you come in. The hair studio honestly is so cute it looks like a cottage. They offer you beverages upon arrival. Charlize was great, she took her time with the consultation and really made me feel like I was in good hands. My colour turned out amazing and EXACTLY how I wanted it to turn out. The ladies are also always smiling ! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. :)

This business is absolutely amazing. The girls are very highly trained and do the most they possibly can to make sure you are highly accommodated to in every way. My hair is actually perfection!! I have entrusted Laura with my cosmetic tattooed eyebrows for several years now. She was the one who convinced me to do it in the beginning, due to over plucking in my youth, I literally had no eyebrows. I would not go anywhere else. Laura is very talented in her craft and I would recommend her, and the salon to eveyone

The most incredible service , Tomica was friendly , caring , and just went above and beyond with my hair the longest head and neck message I’ve ever had all the staff had a beautiful vibe , I have most definitely found my tribe for my go-to hair needs! I have been seeing Chelsea for waxing and other beauty services since she was an apprentice at their ingleburn Salon. Chelsea is just amazing and I always leave my appointments feeling great. I love the AM skin care range too. The products are affordable, great quality and amazing on my skin.

Highly recommend Tomica Hair Skin and Brow Co. I have been using their skin care for some time, in particular the oil and love it, absorbs easily and keeps my skin hydrated. I also love my ombré brows, they look super natural and now my brows look great with minimal effort. Highly recommend!

I initially followed Monique here from another salon. She’s one in a million with hair and I’ve tried many salons throughout Sydney. She’s so lovely and highly skilled at what she does. The team is friendly and the energy of the salon is pleasant, too. I can’t recommend this salon enough! :)

I’ve been going to Tomika hair skin and brow for years! The girls there are so lovely! I love my experience there every time and my hair always looks amazing. It’s hard to find a good hairdresser to do blonde tones on dark skin but the girls nail it every time!
