Disgusted. Won't be going back. I have never had to shout just to get someone to have enough courtesy to look for MY property that THEY had removed and not put back when I'd already been assured by the owner it would be there. Had my car valeted a couple of weeks ago. Was fairly happy but then discovered they hadn't put my rear seat cover back in the car. I IMMEDIATELY called the listed number and spoke to the owner, I assume. I explained I was going away and couldn't return to collect it for a couple of weeks. He said that was fine. So I went back yesterday..... Well.... Firstly I would like to say all the other staff there seem very pleasant... However.... I spoke to a short, rude man who I think was in charge... greeted me with "WHAT?" when I tried to speak with him. (he was also this rude the first time I went but thought he was just having a bad day) I explained about my seat cover and he said "well if you didn't come back the same day it's too late" in a very abrupt way. When I mentioned the call with the owner he said again that it was my problem, and if I had left it so long that and again said it was too late. I should have come the next day and couldn't expect him to remember me. I said I didn't need him to remember me but that I had been assured it would be kept for me and why was my seat cover not there and where the hell was it. This went round and round. I was again met with rudeness and indifference. After about a minute of me being very angry and ending up having to shout to even get him to try and help me, he finally went into the office and low and behold, he found my seat cover!!! So I said next time he should perhaps be less rude and just go and check if HIS staff had made a mistake and not put things back in the car rather than blaming the customer for not coming back earlier etc. And to be less rude in general to customers. He said "next time I just won't take it out" Needless to say, there won't be a "next time" for me!!

I'm afraid I can't share the enthusiasm for this car wash that other reviewers express. Put plain and simply, I believe I experienced an inferior standard of attention as a female car owner to that which I observed male car owners before me. The assiduous clean and rub down dry to shine of the body work was simply not the same. As a first time visitor to Tony's car wash, encouraged by the reviews I had read, I was watching carefully. When I pointed out areas of the car bodywork I felt had not been well finished, I was referred to the eponymous manager Tony. Tony was not interested in examining my complaint, instead insisting that a good job had been carried out, and that maybe the difference in attention I observed was due to a different level of car wash purchased (it was not). I asked if level 1 and 2 (outside and inside as described on their board) therefore meant, despite the same charge for larger or smaller cars, that it was ok to do not carry out thoroughly the board description of tasks. Needless to say, I was unimpressed. I will not be returning. I add a couple of photos as an example of the work.

The first time I went to this car wash, I felt they cleaned my car well. I actually was going to write a good review but I kept forgetting. Well, the second time I visited they tampered with my radio, touching buttons, turned up the radio very loud, and being stupid which then affected the screen. I thought something was fishy when I turned on the engine, but I didn't notice until I pulled onto the main road. For a moment I just thought the car was reprogramming itself. After they molested my car, there is now a problem with the radio and screen. I now have to take my car back to the dealership to have it checked out as my car is still under warranty. I would like to state that my car has NEVER had any issues as it is brand new. I will make sure all my friends never visit this car wash again. I was so upset because I genuinely know them touching all sorts caused an issue. Disgusting service. Should've washed it myself. They're not very professional I don't agree. They are such stupid, incompetent, and dishonest people. I would score a 0 but there's no option to do so.

This place was recommended to me and I’m glad I tried them out on 27/01/2022. I asked for number 3 but without the spray polish, and the team delivered on it. I popped out for 15 mins and came back whilst the car was being cleaned. Really happy with the service and quality of care that my car received. Had a good conversation with the manager/owner who was really friendly and helpful. Trustworthy workers so you won’t find any change missing. They have the air gun to blow water particles away so you don’t have any droplets coming out your side mirror once you drive off. Also done a good job on my soft top which can get messed up at other car washes. I will be a return customer and look forward to my next visit

I drove 15 minutes to wash my motorbike as I saw the good reviews. I was very surprised that 1st one of the staff (or probably was the owner) wasn't friendly at all and 2nd the want to charge me more for my motorbike than a car. So if you have a motorbike don't go there! It is seems that they don't really care if they loose one client because it was super busy but this is how a business could start loosing clients; in addition, in my household we have 2 cars and 2 bikes and I would have recommend it to my other neighbours as well but now I will not ;)

I have been in a lot of car washers, i was never satisfied like in this car wash, tonys car wash is using very good quality cleaning products, they are cleaning every car like if it is their own car, they've got a air compressor No other car wash provides not to leave water marks, I'm very happy with the service even there is cheaper car washes out there but as they say you get what what you paid for!

I went for the mini valet number 3 because my car needed some extra cleaning. I'm very disappointed, there was no attention to detail, the car is still dirty in the corners, where the doors close, underneath the windscreen wipers, the interior surfaces are also still dusty. The latter means that they gave it such a quick wipe that not even the easiest of surfaces were cleaned. I don't recommend it.

Really friendly, hard working, fast and cheap, they do a fantastic job. The price they quoted for inside and out is very good value but I always pay more because I am messy and I have a very hairy dog and messy passengers making it very difficult for them! But they still do a top job. Great attention to detail and finishing touches. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with the quality of the interior cleaning. The panels were not cleaned properly: there were lots of dirty stains left. Moreover, one of the cleaners even left his dirty fingerprints on the vertical panel fabric. So, I had to clean the interior panels upon my arrival home.

Worst car wash in the world will rip your paint off from your car and say they didn’t do it will damage your car. scratch all your alloys with the pressure washer, thinking there doing a good job. All employees are immigrants and have no right to work in the UK.

Best car wash in town, the guys there are very friendly and leave your car looking spotless, only car wash that uses a air compressor to get all the water of. Tony is the man to go to, truly best hand car wash

Very hard workers ,can always ask to do something if not happy with the cleaning . Been going for a few years now . Only once l wasn't happy they for got to hoover boot . Fair play to them they apologise .

I went here last night and they did a great job! The guys I spoke to were really nice and friendly and for just £20 they made my car look brand new. I'll definitely be going back next time :)

Very friendly staff and much much much cheaper and better then machine car wash . They also gave us free freshener for the car with colour of choice. I will be going there in future. Thanks

First time using Tony's today. Mini Valet for £17 leaving the car perfectly clean inside and out. Very impressed given how much of a mess the car was when I took it in this morning!

Made me a clean car like new, my car was really dirty, and cleaned it in and out of me, left a good smell there, and basil Very pleasant, now the vehicle is clean and And ready

Got a valet done as the main thing I wanted cleaned was the inside of my car. It wasn't cheap (like £80) but it looked great - shampoed all the seats etc they looked like new.

Great service. Removed a lot of leaves and sap from my car after it had been parked under a tree for several weeks. Spotless after bringing here. Excellent value for money.

The reviews are right, these guys do a good job. Drying the car off, doing the interior and spraying some wax are nice touches. Will be back for a mini valet at some point.

I have been introduced to this car wash a recently. They do an amazing job actually cleaning the car properly without damaging the paintwork. Would highly recommend!

They did a good job cleaning my car inside and out on option 3, which cost me £27 (cash). They even got the moss out of the windows without me asking them too.

Don’t be fooled by the way this place looks, the staff here are very hard working with attention to detail I haven’t seen in much more expensive car washes.
