I asked for a statement of my premiums that I paid from 2013-currently as I realized I hadn't kept the yearly statements for tax purposes. I was told for some reason that I needed to be either audited by the CRA, or have a letter from the CRA asking for the statements for years 2013-2016. I don't understand why I'm not able to have access to that information, if I paid my premiums on time, and they should have the records on hand. I also don't understand why I need to wait until the CRA comes after me to have that information, rather than on a pre-emptive basis. I've been trying to obtain a yearly statement for my premiums now since August 2020 - and I am getting nowhere. The customer service wasn't great when they were State Farm, and even worse now that they are under Desjardins. I will be looking to switch to another insurance provider as soon as possible. I've never been able to get ahold of Tony himself, his staff are even more difficult to get ahold of, and when you go visit their office in person, they do not provide good customer service.

I was with Tony for the better part of 15 years, and only recall one instance after signing on where I actually was graced with his presence/direct correspondence. After ever increasing premiums (which I’ve now come to know as typical of State Farm/Desjardins), and only one at-fault claim over 5 years ago, I reached out and asked what could be done to lower them (rental and auto). The response from his team was I could install an app to assess my driving, or “If you got married, it can also save you some money.” Fortunately, I live in the 21st century, and switched providers.

I am doing business with Tony since 2002. He is friendly and humble. I appreciate his knowledge and ease in answering all questions. He has always been the example of professionalism. When I had a claim it was handled promptly and fairly. His staff is cooperative and courteous. He made me feel like family and I would highly recommend him.

Great office environment, a little cold during winter time. Tony and team always welcome me with big smile and lots of snacks. Blue reviewed the home and auto insurance with me, the cell phone app discount did save me a lot of money. Highly recommend!

We saw Tony in passing a few times and from how he kindly interact with me and my young son, I can tell you that he's someone to be trusted and is honest. If you are looking for an insurance agent, he is definitely the guy you want to talk to.

This is realiable and trustworthy company, Miss Blue and Mr. Tony alway within a phone call or have professional and timingly solution to your problems, I found them very helpful and support, and would love to hire them for the next contract.

I've been with them for years and service has seriously degraded. Phone lines going direct to voicemail and full voice-mailbox is the standard right now. I'm shopping for a new insurance provider.
