I recently bought a jumper from Toorallie. This was the first jumper I have bought from there and I absolutely love this jumper. The quality is better than anything else I have found for many years, and the design is very stylish as well which makes a nice change from usual run-of-mill jumpers. Also t mention is the great service from the manager which was second to none. He was very friendly and helpful and really seemed to know his product which made buying this jumper all the more pleasurable. An additional bonus was because he didn't have the right size jumper in stock for my partner (who was also wanting to buy a jumper) he gave us both a free pair of socks which he certainly didn't need to do. The socks are great as well ... warm and soft and very well fitting. I won't hesitate recommending this place to everyone.

FIRSTLY whilst the garments may be made from australian wool, the jumpers we purchased MADE IN CHiNA which was not specified anywhere I could find. I would not have purchased the garments. I live in regional Victoria and we are doing all we can to help Victoria get back, not support China outsourcing. !!! The purchase process online is managed very well. Communication and delivery is good, HOWEVER we purchased 2 jumpers full priced as family gifts this year. I adult male and 1 adult female. They have been appalling in quality. The wool is low quality, the shape has maintained but they look cheap and shabby after 2 wears and 1 wash STRICTLY adhered to instructions. Not worthy of the prices and feel a little deceived to be honest.

I wore my beautiful new jeans to a function 48 hours after placing the order, thanks to prompt service and the complimentary express post with tracking, which makes the online process much more pleasing. The customer feels valued. I love the superb fit of the Bendigo jeans, find the Merino-Denim very comfortable and think the choice of colours are beautiful. This time I chose Wildberry. I have purchased four pairs of Bendigo jeans over the years. I really appreciate the shopping experience with Toorallie, either at their store, where the staff are extremely helpful, or online, where the process is so efficient and the customer is kept informed. Love these jeans so much made a Gmail address just to give a review. Fabric, style, cut, workmanship is so good even after 6 children & post menopausal I get compliments on how good I look. Have 6 pairs so far & will get more when/if new colours are offered. Don’t go past this seller, highly recommended. Not only are the jeans excellent the sales team is fantastic - go for it, put in your order, you won’t be disappointed! These are the only jeans I buy, beat not your daughters jeans hands down, cheaper, better quality & fantastic fit .... do it!!!

I received my Puffer Vest yesterday & my word what a buy!! I am so so happy with the quality and attention to detail of this garment. For example the little opening in the internal chest pocket to allow for headphones, the lovely deep pockets lined with lovely warm merino fabric. My new vest fits perfectly and looks so good on!! Not at all too puffy, nicely fitted and so warm. I am so glad I emailed first with my measurements to make sure I got the right size first time. Toorallie is in my favourite online shopping selection!!

I am so impressed with the whole "package". I love the jeans (this is my second pair, the first being purchased in a retail store in Melbourne). I will be back for more. There is a great choice of colours. The ordering experience was easy and informative. The package was beautifully assembled and arrived in two days. Included was a set of instructions for returning the jeans if necessary and the relevant envelope and mailing stickers to enable an easy 'no-cost to the customer' return if required. Made my day! I love the T-shirts I purchased the Avoca style. The fabric is divine, I have been trying over the last couple of years to pick items that are of more natural fibers and the mix of bamboo and merino is amazing. They are warm, but also not hot on warmer days, don't crease, don't make you sweaty like polyester does and you if you are travelling they are fine to wear a couple of days in a row. I actually don't want to take them off! Thanks for making such a great item, can't wait to add a few more to my collection :)

Already owning a Toorallie Merino jumper I decided to order another online. Very easy process, using their website, I put in the order, paid securely and waited for delivery. My order came in a few days and I am very happy with the product. Lovely and soft, lightweight and warm. They make men's and women's clothing. The Merino jeans look interesting. Their items might seem expensive but you really are getting a great product using the finest Australian Merino wool. Recommend for great quality Australian clothing.

I'm not a big online shopper but Toorallie made the experience super easy. I needed to change the size on my original order so I did what was recommended and returned the order for a refund and jumped on line and placed a new order for the correct size. The Australia Post sticker made the return super easy and no cost! My refund and new order have all been sorted within a week and my merino denim jeans are perfect! The ordering process was easy and the goods despatched without delay. The Express Post arrived very quickly. All told, very efficient and easy to deal with. However, I was disappointed to open the goods to find a “Made in China” label, after all the references to Australia in the wool source, company name, etc. For the price charged, I expected to see “Made in Australia”.

It was great to find this business, had seen some of their products at a local retailer. Checked them out online and found their wonderful merino tee shirts. Bought a Toorallie men's Mariner jumper from Kent & Lane Katoomba..fantastic warm garment..great story on where the fleece was sourced which was in good old Australia of course..however the label inside the jumper says made in China? Strange. Why can't we make them here?

Very disappointed with the Merino wool tees I have six of them which have been washed on the gentle cycle and all have a small holes in them ... the fluff from the tops comes out when washed ... I would not buy this product because of the problem and the price
