Speechless is the single and most suitable word for the level of customer care that Toowong Kia have provided. I purchased my Kia last year in April from another dealer and had not been happy with their service since I purchased the car. So I decided to give Toowong Kia a go. The service centre staff over the phone had won me over as soon as the male staff member started speaking compared to the other dealership. He was upbeat and friendly and no question seemed too impossible for him to answer. Although they were busy, the staff member was able to overcome my objections nicely and book my car in. The service centre is on the left as soon as you exit the roundabout onto Milton Road, so just slow down as you come to it and take your time. As I waited in my car up the ramp, a staff member by the name of Ken came out and happily asked for my name and confirmed that I was booked in that day for the things he had listed on his data sheet. He asked me about other concerns, took note, and explained in detail a few things about the service and how they contact me etc. It was also good to get an idea of price in advance as I was concerned about money. About 2.5 hours later I got a text message from Toowong kia, my heart sank. I thought, "oh my gosh what thousands of dollar part do I have to pay for now". And just as soon as anxiety rose, it also dissipated after watching the link they had sent me. The link was a professional short video of my car inside the service centre on the auto-lift and a brief rundown of all the checks, data, technical info and view of the concerns that I had about my car. The video was filmed by the senior mechanic looking after my vehicle paying attention to each tyre and the tread left, the underneath of the vehicle including fuel lines and exhaust, information on my break pads and the overall condition of the vehicle. How good is that for service!! It floored me when I opened that link because I have never had such honesty presented to me from a car mechanic before in my life. As a vehicle owner, we all get concerned about what we can't see and also about the technical things which we really don't know too much about. So this video of the mechanics in progress itemising the features of the service was really car servicing on another level... literally. A courtesy call soon after and my vehicle was ready to go by lunch. I collected my car in the afternoon and the service mechanic gave me a very detailed run down of every aspect of the servicing needs that day. He went with value added service reminding me about features which the dealer I originally purchased it from failed to even tell me. Features like the free road side assist is only valid for 12 months from each service date, and only if its done through kia. This is important information as the 7 year warranty and what it actually covers can seem a bit ambiguous to most of us Joe or Jane Citizens. He went on with the most cheerful attitude and did not at any moment alienate me with the mechanical talk and lingo. He explained everything so I could understand making me feel like a valued customer. He said he would go and get the car and casually threw in the conversation "and we have given it a complimentary wash today". Something that the bigger kia dealership that I previously serviced the car at would not do. So this was just an added bonus. Toowong Kia in a nutshell...a professional car servicing centre that doesn't miss a beat, treats you like the owner, and offers complete honesty on their performance as well as your vehicle. Had a horrible experience with salesman Jordan he was very rude with no customer service skills. Asked him what’s the difference in models and he replied with “I just said” sorry I didn’t hear you no need to be rude. When I was on the phone to check on the babysitter he said “say hi to motorama moorooka for me” accusing me of calling them whilst I was just trying to check on my kids. Also tried to give me 6months rego on the new carnival when all new Kia cars have 12 month rego it says on Kia website (luckily I’ve done my research) but he tried at first so beware he will try to rip you off if you haven’t done your research. Wasted 3 hours of our time he was rude inexperienced we were meant to see Andrew but he wasn’t available so was stuck with this rude man. Don’t recommend him don’t waste your time either! Also tried to trade in our car he goes from one value to the next and then at closing time says “no one wants your car anymore only for 5k when the first offers came back at 11k and he last offered 16.5k but we said no. Also he tried to charge the Kia carnival sli diesel for 66k when everywhere is selling it for around 64k and tried to tell me it’s because of the cost of colour which is only $695 extra not thousands. Again tried to rip us off but I’ve done my research. Very disappointed will never recommend Kia Toowong to my worst enemy and will be sure to spread the word. Also if you do go there DO NOT GO WITH JORDAN it explains why he only has one good review on here and all the others are about Andrew which we were meant to see but he was busy. Although Jordan says Andrew is new and he doesn’t know what he’s talking about the reviews say otherwise.

From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, MAX was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in meeting my needs. However, I encountered some disappointment with the delay in installing the dash cam. Despite my excitement about having it as a crucial security feature, the installation process took longer than expected. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the delay was not in line with the overall excellent service I received from Max In summary, I highly commend Max for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring a positive car-buying experience. I would have given a perfect rating if not for the inconvenience caused by the dash cam delay. I was hoping to take delivery of my Kia Carnival on a Friday before my wife and son flew off overseas the next day. But due to issues with the bank, I couldn’t take delivery until the following Monday. When I went in on Monday I picked up the car alone and the staff noticed that I was a little sad that my wife and kid couldn’t be there for this valuable moment. Fast forward, I had to bring the car back for a 3000km service. Had a bit of a chat with the staff and told them I would be coming back with my son to pick up the car later that afternoon. I came back to service centre to pick up my car but was told to go into the showroom, I walked over holding my son and there my car was, all serviced, washed, clean, polished with a big gold bow on the bonnet. Staff told me that they wanted to recreate the experience of picking up my car with my son like as if it was the first time all over again. They also helped take some nice photos of me and my boy with the car. You can read up specifications on cars online, you can go to any dealership to buy the same car but I guarantee you won’t get the same level of service, attention to detail and care for customers as you would if you went anywhere else other than Kia Toowong. DO NOT PURCHASE A VECHILE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Had I known the stress my purchase would put me through over two years, I would never have stepped foot in this dealership. I purchased a Kia Stonic Sport in Dec 2021 and from day one there was an engine rattle. Due to my persistent efforts, Kia replaced the engine under warranty after 14 months, only to unveil significant damage when the engine was removed (copy of report in image). Within a week of the new engine being fitted the same noise was there and like the first engine the noise got progressively worse over time. Kia Toowong advised they would assist in obtaining a refund, purportedly taking my case to Kia Australia. However, after verifying with Kia Australia, it was confirmed that no such communication was ever made. To add to the frustration, I was informed that the noise is deemed a "characteristic" of the vehicle. My overall purchasing and service experience was abysmal, and I am resolute in warning everyone I know against choosing this dealership or purchasing a Kia vehicle. No one expects a brand-new vehicle to come with an engine rattle, and the poor quality product, coupled with the even poorer customer service and utter dishonesty from Kia Toowong, is incredibly disappointing.
Kia Toowong sold us a Carnival and have caused us problems in failing to support their product. The wiring loom failed and needed replacement, at the last service they dented the rear door (not marked when dropped off and not noted on the drop off form) and then denied that that did the damage. They initially offered to let me access the security camera footage but then when I turned up at the agreed time told me to leave and that they would not allow me to view it. Further in the service they didn't do things they include by default like tighten the handbrake (not working properly), resolve an audible squeaky belt or update the GPS maps or clean in and out. They did a test drive in less than 30 seconds. Both impossible for quality and dangerous to anyone on the route. I would not recommend this sales or service center to anyone and will probably not buy another Kia which we have run now across our business and personally for multiple years. A special shout out to the service manager Amanda for unilaterallteraly dismissing the claims, lying (as subsequently shown when the servicing video was reviewed) raising her voice at my wife.
Jordan and the team at Toowong were amazing. I had to travel to purchase and then pick up my Kia EV6 from Brisbane and I couldn't have asked for more professional or understanding assistance. I was never pushed and never felt pressured, but entirely the opposite - Jordan was very keen to provide assistance even after the sale was well and truly done! Everything from organising transport of the car if I required, through to helping me sort through some complexities of paperwork. The car looks awesome, is awesome and, most importantly, was exactly as it was portrayed on the website. As I was buying remotely, this was very important to me. The experience of buying a brand-new car is something most people only experience once every 5 to 10 years or so. This is not my first rodeo and I've struck some very average sellers when buying my previous cars. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending other buyers should have trust in the information being presented by Toowong Kia in their advertisements, that you will get a great deal and that you will be treated with respect throughout the entire process. I've just become the happy owner of a Kia EV6, and would like to say how much I appreciated the professional and friendly service from Chris Allan and the team at Kia Toowong. When I entered the showroom, I knew little about the EV6, or electric vehicles in general. Chris carefully, clearly and patiently explained to me the key features of the vehicle and explored how different models would suit my driving style. His reassuring and positive approach during the test drive convinced me that the EV6 would meet my needs. Chris and team members then designed a competitive package offer for my preferred options, and the deal was done. My vehicle arrived not long afterwards, and the handover was well prepared and informative. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Kia Toowong and look forward to returning there for the vehicle's services.
I was very excited and happy before purchasing our 2023 Kia Sorento. We were an interstate buyer. Unfortunately faced big disappointment seeing the car and already signing the contract. Spoke to the dealer a couple times asking if the car had any minor or major scratches to it being a demo vehicle. His response was definitely no the car is in perfect condition. Only having 2500kms. Flying up to Brisbane and After having a proper look at the car. We realized that the back right bottom of the car has been hit somewhere with major scratches showing out. And the car hasn’t been detailed at all. There were spider webs inside the boot. Any interstate buyers considering buying from kia toowong, I wouldn’t recommend it all.
Went in wanting to buy a car and the customer service was poor refused and avoided allowing me to look at a contract with my partner who was unable to attend due to medical reasons, I asked to read over it and was willing to go wait in the dealership while doing this but insisted we had to sign and give a deposit before reading a copy they then raised the price on the car and said we would be unable to come to agreement. we felt very unwelcome this is not my first bad experience here was previously talked down to on the phone and my questions were ignored the service rep would "not take me seriously if I didn't come in for a test drive" after I previously explained I already had.

Even though the car was delayed for some time due to shipping and shortages in the OZ market, we overall had a great experience with Jordan and Olivia through the whole process. Just bought a new Kia seltos from Kia Toowong and couldn’t fault my experience. Andrew was absolutely brilliant, made sure everything was completed to a high standard and took us through a brilliantly detailed explanation of the car and similar models. I recommend Toowong KIA & Mitsubishi for your new car needs - especially a KIA! We just had our 2020 KIA Cerato GT's complimentary 3000km service. Toowong KIA's Service Department are great. I asked for the tyres to be inflated to 40psi, and they checked it was safe to put them up to that pressure. They then inflated the tyres to 40psi. I could feel the difference immediately. Don't rely on service station tyre inflation machines; it seems they aren't too accurate. We love our KIA. Thanks to Toowong KIA.

I’d been trying to buy a Kia Picanto from another dealership for several months without success. I managed to track down a demo model with almost no kilometers on it in exactly the colour I was looking for at Toowong Kia. I met with Chris last Monday and by Friday I was driving away in my dream car. It was slightly over my budget but Chris went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. He even filled it up with petrol for me. I’m just over the moon with my new Kia!
I have been thinking about buying the new Kia Stinger GT for some time now and decided to step into Toowong Kia and take a closer look at one. An incredible salesman named Oliver help show me around the vehicle, ran me through all the features and answered all of my questions without missing a beat. The whole new car shopping experience was relaxed, informative and easy, full credit to Oliver and the new car sales team for delivering exceptional customer service.
I try not to post bad reviews, but pretty disappointed with the rudeness from the sales manager and the fact they marked up the price of the Sorento we were looking at by about $10K! And when they just brought it down to still $6K more than drive away list price I was a bit surprised when they said to not bother to come for a test drive if we wouldn’t pay that price. Come on guys, I get supply and demand, but that’s you really lose on customer service.
Very happy from the 1st day I asked for info until I picked up my new car. Andrew ensured that I got the best price with trade in, updated the progress of delivery regularly. On the pick up day, he showed me most of the features of the car and ensured that I knew all the benefits I receive from being a customer at this dealer for future car service. Bought my amazing deep chroma blue Stinger from Toowong Kia and rep Oliver Hughes. Over the phone! Love the car and Oliver was really helpful, responsive and thorough. Been in this industry for a while but really utterly disappointed with the salesperson. TEST DRIVE WAS REFUSED as the salesperson asked me to agree on the DEALER price first which was $10k more than the sticker price and what other dealers were asking for. Definitely visit a different dealer or Buy a Hyundai and save yourself from disgusting customer service that this dealership has to offer.

We were looking for a Sorrento PHEV and got a call from our lease provider that a deal had just fallen through on such a car. Within a hour we were at the dealer taking to Jordan with only 30 minutes before closing. Jordan did not rush us at all. We did a test drive and he went over the features of the car. Great service when buying a new Carni SLi. Chris Allan kept me in the loop regarding arrival times due to issues at the port with the stevedores on strike. In the end there wasn't much of a delay. He also answered any questions I had very promptly and gave a great handover briefing when we picked up the bus. I novated leased through my employer and all in all it was a great experience

Chris Allan made the whole experience very easy! From first contact via email to booking a test drive, to delivery, he kept me updated with progress and answered any questions I had. During my test drive he highlighted many of the tech features and safety features of the EV6 which helped me ultimately decide to purchase. I would highly recommend visiting Chris at Toowong Kia.
I helped a friend of mine purchase a new Piccanto - we were told at the time of purchase - which was all cash, delivery would be within 2 weeks as they had stock onsite. That was 3 weeks ago!! No delivery date, phone calls and messages ignored and not replied to!! Dreadful customer service post payment. Would not recommend. We wished we had gone to Kia Ipswich..Buyer beware.

I would certainly recommend the team at Toowong KIA. I dealt with Chris Allan and found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions on the KIA Sportage. There were no high-pressure selling techniques and made me feel very comfortable through the whole buying process.
Disappointing. Unfortunately the wait time for maintenance (that should not be required in a new car) is months, their online booking system isn't accurate or reliable, and they don't answer their emails. All in all I think I should have purchased a car from a different manufacturer.
