Absolute rip off. Went in to buy a tank and after chatting to the helpful staff and a customer I walked out with a mod. Then I looked at reviews on the mod etc and a shop 10kms away from this store was selling it for $80 cheaper. Two days later I tried to return the never opened box with receipt so I could buy from the other store and not feel like I had been ripped off but No they would not return it unless it was defective.

Been going there since 2017 when the old shop was around. All the staff have always been lovely and friendly and welcoming. The negative reviews people should have a good look in the mirror. These are young kids doing their best. How about a thank you and merry Christmas for Riley, lily, Jackson, the 2 Indian girls, Dana, Callum and the rest of the gang. Great job

Bigger girl who’s always on in the morning with the fringe is NEVER on time and constantly closes up the store up for ages during the day. Have also seen her give away so many free vapes and even cigerttes (which is illegal) but when I’ve asked for a discount have been declined. Completely unprofessional.

Visited this little joint tonight and I have to say the young lady that assisted me was outstanding ! Super friendly, polite, professional and above all SERVICE with knowledge! Wish I got her name but she has pink hair if that helps management give her some deserved reward & recognition !

Great store great advice, I bought a new e-cig from here, it was worth paying a bit extra than you would online as the shop attendant was very helpful and I would highly recommend this store for anyone who is converting from smoking to vaping or looking to upgrade their device.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service. They went above and beyond and were very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend shopping here for any tobacco products and quirky merchandise.

Horrible... The young woman who serve me this morning didn't even say hello, looking angry. They don t have much choice and I end up paying 60 dollars for one pack of 25g. At st Lucia it is only 45 too bad …

Always have will be back in 10 minutes sign up have sat there on multiple occasions for over an hour with nobody coming to open the store back up. Staff certainly need the sack or to do their job propperly

The greatest prices for smokes and so many different filters to try out. MOJITO is my favourite this week. Staff are always nice and helpful also.

The prices on vape products are considerably more expensive than other stockists. Probably why they don't give prices over the phone.
