I was happy to find out about this clinic due to the reviews and bulk billing. After a seemingly good start (that doctor has since left the practice - about which I received no prior notice) , I have unfortunately and consistently experienced unprofessional-ism again and again, both from the reception staff and the Doctors. I am very disappointed in the poor attitudes. I have had a number of positive experiences, but they, sadly, have been the exceptions (and should be standard). You are in the business of health care. If someone comes to you, they are having a problem with their health. It is your job to investigate &/or treat their health problem, and partner with them to achieve more positive health outcomes. As well as this, it is your responsibility to treat the person with the same respect they offer you. I understand covid times have added pressure to your field, but I believe I have been more than patient and understanding enough throughout this time. I prefer to not leave negative reviews, but enough is enough. I am also confused as to why I continue to have negative experiences, when the google reviews here are so positive. It is very strange, as the clinic I deal with is not the clinic represented in these reviews. A very disappointed customer/patient.

Dr Veronica Forde was the most ruthless doctor ever. I had a bad cough and made an appointment online, but when I actually got there I was told that they don't accept new patients, so she walked past me suffering and quickly returned. I then had no choice but to go shopping in Woolworths next door and Dr Veronica Forde was shopping there. I would have liked to have seen her if she had time to shop. I was very disappointed. I then went to another emergency hospital and managed to get a prescription for medication. If they don't accept new patients, they should implement a system whereby appointments themselves cannot be made. The staff tried to call me several times, but sometimes they couldn't answer the phone, and I never dreamt that I would have received a cancellation notice because I thought I would be able to see the doctor. I would really like to give them 1 star, but I have a favourite doctor elsewhere, so I'll keep it at 2 stars.

This practice was disappointment. Booked a follow up appointment to get results of a test and GP really didn't want to continue any further investigation although the results suggested it and I requested it (he trying to push his Acupuncture services instead instead of a specialist referral) Top that off I got told that their system for medicare rebates was down and to pay the full amount and do a manual rebate (which was fine) but only to find out they coded the visit as a non-standard visit? I mean just be honest upfront about the costs rather than lie about their system being down as all it has done is erode trust in their service. In the end is just a churn-in-out practise and it seems to be run as a money making practice rather than supporting the West End community. Won't be returning again.

One of the receptionists is a little standoffish and might show a little bit of an impatient attitude, but im sure she does a good job... Once you get passed her though, and see the doctor I see, man, I am telling you, she is the best doctor I've ever been to. I don't want to share her name because you'll book her out and stop me from seeing her! Honestly, If you want a doctor who listens to you and helps you find what you're looking for, Top Health West End is all what you're looking for. I think you could see any doctor at Top Health and they would help you. They all seem nice, but if you get lucky and get to see the doctor I see, you won't be disappointed. It's unfortunate I won't tell you who it is, I guess it's a little investigation you'll have to math. Good luck, hope this helps.

I first saw Dr Karen Chai who listened to me and was thorough and caring. I now see Dr Moss as Dr Chai is another clinic. Dr Moss is empathic and caring, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. The wait time is always reasonable and I never feel I was being rushed in the appointment. The reception staff are friendly (understandably busy at times) and the clinic space is clean and welcoming. There’s free parking available and even best, the clinic bulk bills with such caring and thorough doctors and has a bulk billing pathology in house - the lady in pathology was efficient with my tricky veins and friendly too! Top Health clinic is an amazing bulk billing clinic in West End with fantastic and caring doctors.

Absolutely perfect. Katy was right on time; Friendly, but thoroughly professional.Top Health is fortunate to have her. The personnel on the front desk were welcoming as always; I can't remember ever being so happy to visit a GP surgery. Mind you, I am 83 years of age and spent most of my life in the RAAF and United States Navy. Defence in either country does not necessarily attract the best Doctors, and Office Staff are normally clerical staff, not necessarily working in their preferred role. If Top Health Doctors staff West End were in the RAAF and I was again in one of my former RAAF/USN positions, I would be strongly recommending immediate pay rise and Promotion!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with Top Health Doctors West End! My first visit was this afternoon when Dr. Richardy Hostiadi gave me acupuncture treatment for my sciatica condition. I'm feeling better already. He is very professional, possesses great expertise as well as being friendly. The receptionists are very efficient, polite and friendly. And ... there is an x-ray dept. on the same floor for which Dr. Hostiadi has given me a referral with no appointment necessary. The acupuncture treatment is bulk-billed. Dr appointment was running a little late. Dr advice/recommendations was relevant to my condition. I Was not aware that I needed a saving or cheque bank card to claim reversal amount so I have paid a full total and I am now out of pocket and now need to go on to my Medicare account to claim rebate for $79.70 and set up a new bank account so that I can claim the reversal. It Appears like a lot of work and monies out of my hand at this point in time when I am the sole provider for my family. I feel I need to look for a better option.

I followed my GP to this practice. Even though it is some distance from where I live, I can’t see myself changing to a GP/practice closer. Not only is my regular GP, Dr Fara Wilson, fantastic, I have found the other doctors that I have seen on occasion, as well the practice nurse and reception staff to all be extremely friendly, caring and competent. This practice and its staff are outstanding and I feel confident that my health care is in good hands. Thank you to the Top Health West End team!

I'm so thankful to have had this practice open in our area, and will be making this my primary practice moving forward. The clinical facilities and waiting areas alike are well presented and comfortable. I was greeted with professionalism and efficiency at the reception, the nurse taking my history was warm yet diligent and Dr Nuttall was a pleasure to see. Could not recommend this practice and the lovely people here highly enough.

This is the first time we have used Top Health Doctors and I can say we will definitely be visiting again. The service was professional, respectful, efficient and above all caring. Watching and listening to the doctor talking to and examining my teenage daughter I relaxed as I knew she was under the care of a skilled empathetic clinician who had my daughters health as her only priority at that time. I've always had a wonderful experience with my doctor - she always takes the time to listen and address any concerns you have! And she's very empathetic always going above and beyond. I haven't minded following her to west end because seeing her is definitely worth any amount of travel. And she's amazing with our little one. The receptionists and nursing staff have also been lovely as well!

I was quite stressed of the intravenous infusion but the friendliness and comforting demeanour of the doctor had put me at ease. Dr Naomi Moss is an extremely professional, empathetic and caring GP that puts her patient's health and concerns first. It is a refreshing breath of air talking to Naomi and knowing that my concerns are addressed and also answered. She also goes above and beyond in recommending outside counsel and additional resources that she believes will help in your specific condition or worries.

I went to the Top Health Doctors West End on 05/11/2022. I was seen quickly even though I was a new patient. I was in distress with the issue that brought me into the office, but the receptionist and doctor that saw me were professional, empathetic and discrete. I have a GP already, but would go back to this office in a heartbeat. Thanks again for wonderful, quick service.

Dr Pilita Valencia is amazing! Highly recommend. We went for a skin check and she gave us a full check up and was so thorough. Lovely demeanour and bedside manner as well. I’ve seen a couple of Drs there who are pretty great. Just stay away from dr ford she was brutal, a bit fat shamy and I found didn’t listen/ wasn’t helpful. The rest are amazing esp given its bulk bill!!

Courteous welcome on entry. I met several staff members on my visit today and each one ensured that I was comfortable and not kept waiting too long. Facilities are clean, plenty of parking and in a great location. My booking was made online and the process was quick and efficient with a reminder the day before, which is always appreciated with my hectic daily schedule.

Dr Tang is a wonderful caring Doctor who has helped me enormously by listening & treating me accordingly with accupuncture. His treatment with Accupuncture which had been highly recommended has meant I now have at least 7 hours of peaceful sleep & much, much reduced pain of burtsitus in hip & cleared sinuses...no headaches either. Cant recommend him enough!!!

Nurse is mostly on leave. Had to postpone appointment several times. Everytime received call from them 2 to 3 hours before the appointment. Would be great if you notified a day or 2 prior to the appointment. We all have jobs too and it is not feasible to apply leave on short notice. Appointments are booked ahead for a reason! Very unprofessional!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Naomi Moss for the past 7.5 years and could not be happier. Naomi is a very thorough GP and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the whole family. On top of that, the Top Health Doctors' location is perfect. You can grab a bite or do some shopping before or after your appointment, which is quite convenient.

We find this doctors’ surgery to be friendly, efficient and doctors and nurses are great with kids. They do very thorough skin assessments. They also have a day surgery room and ear suction machine. We have found all the doctors (4 so far) and 2 nurses we’ve seen there to be excellent with exceptional bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Dr Richard basically ignored anything I had to say and prescribed me a bunch of pills (none pain relieving) and was completely ignorant of the fact that I am still in pain. If you have a serious medical issue or even if you require human compassion, I would not recommend this practice. Truly disappointing.

I requested via email an updated referral letter for my oncologist from my GP, Doctor Moss. Doctor Moss then called me to check on how i was travelling health wise and also arranged for a follow up consultation to arrange for ( amongst other things) my flu jab. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Terrible experience. Booked online for an urgent matter, when I arrived was told the Dr is not taking new patients, that there were notices online saying so (there aren't) and my appointment would have been rejected if I had indicated I was a new patient (I did, and it wasn't).

My regular Dr moved to this practice so naturally I followed her there. She has been my GP for almost 20 years and is kind, caring and very experienced. I would follow her anywhere as the continuity of care is so worthwhile and you couldn’t find a nicer lady if you tried.

Was excited when this practice opened in my local area however not happy with service Absolutely no care or compassion shown if you want a basic script filled fine but for serious health issues avoid. Dr Karen needs to learn how to show empathy and be a real doctor.
