First of all why the staff in this location does not enforce rules..secondly the staff is not performing their duties..eg. the keyboard have never been wipe down or the rest being clean. The library is McDonald's playground every computer is taken by kids under 10 playing games there are other children who waited to have the computer to do their school work..where are all the parents ..not in sight..I would someday will call the CAS about abandon kids.. Please treat it like a library both staff and members of the community

The staff here a great, they bring a sense of community to this location. The place is very loud most of the times though, and the selection of books could be better. They have a quiet room for studying, but it closes often for programs. I use to volunteer here, I must say the staff really have their hands full. The library for some reason always causes me to sneeze and have a runny nose, I have no idea why, maybe its dusty. Would like to see certain parts of the library redone to include proper quiet study space.

i am sad and upset to write this review. but the truth is it is a picnic spot for tons of people. people usually come to play ,sleep and eat in this library.you can offently hear snoring of people around you. there is nearly zero studying environment. people who are sitting in group talks so loudly, they dont even bother that someone is studying near them. i never saw such kind of environment in any library. and worst is staff is not taking any action for this. :(

Typical small library inside a mall. Big collection of Chinese books, videos and magazines. Downside is it seems like parents leave their kids here and goes shopping...giant playground... running around, climbing on furniture, yelling and screaming. Everything is sticky. Staff only shelf and check material in/out... Let's patrons fight it out. Not recommend this location is you need to study or have work to do... You may be better off in the food court.

This branch is just a few minutes from my home and has been in its current location within the mall for well over a decade, but still got that modern, airy appearance and getting around is easy. Material and programming are more than catered to the multi-ethnic neighbourhood in the area. Advice for new visitors, just be mindful of crowds at peak hours given many schools are nearby.

Simply a great place to study. Lots of books and magazines for leisure reading. Staff is cordial and internet facility is good. The kids section is amazing. But the no of academic books available on subject of finance are limited.

The staff is too loud , and the people who attended to the library don’t respect the library rules which is trying to be quiet as much as they can , and that’s the staff fault cuz they are loud themselves

Great staff! Very helpful and explained the TD summer reading club to my kids patiently. Peace and kids can enjoy reading in the library or play in the kid's area in lower volume.

Great customer care... Not many books you would like at all....but tucked inside the mall so it's a quiet haven for reading and studying ....the staff are nice as well...

Everytime I'm here kids are running around and yelling. Seems more like a playground than a library and staff seem to be totally okay with it.

Very clean place to sit and relax your mind.. lots of selection.. Weekday is not that busy and lots of spot for playing the computer

It's not a library but a kids play ground. Basically there's no study space, most of the plugs on the wall are not working.

It is acutually a library that is quiet enough and having some nice staffs, I would give a overall 4 over 5!!

Basically a daycare. Must be a reason for the signs on the computers asking for two occupants only, please.

Small library with only limited computer stations. A lot of kids playing games on the computers are loud.

I usually use their printing services. But the environment is not quite enough and the space is limited.
