Let me start off by saying I love Torrid and when I started shopping here back in the summer of 2017 I had great service..The store is always very clean when I go in there and the one lady who always seemed to be there was incredibly helpful and so nice. Since then times have changed. I spend a lot of money at Torrid and never been disappointed until now. I went in there on Nov 4 Kristy was who "helped me". I was doing a web order return which took about 30-45 min to do for some unknown reason. When it was all said and done the lady ended up putting the money that was suppose to go back to my card on a gift card and I had no idea. I did have my receipt and it should have gone back to my card but she was messing up so much and took it upon herself to put in on the gift card (which didn't look like a giftcard so I am glad I didn't throw it away by accident). It was a good amount of money that I was constantly looking for on my bank account. Ended up going to another Torrid store and that is when they told me it was on a gift card. Then I went into the store this afternoon (2/3/18 @12:50). They put a sign up on the store door that said "Restroom break be back in 5 min" The store did not reopen until 1:05. That is 15 minutes. Who knows if it was longer than that. When they reopened the same lady (kristy) that I had the gift card fiasco with was working. I was going to do an exchange there and shop for some other jeans. Seemed like she didn't really want to help. They didn't have the size I was looking for or the style. Normally they would offer to call another store or look online but she did not. So I took what I was going to exchange and said I'd just go to a different store. Very disappointed with how things have gone the last two times I have been at this location seeing as much money as I spend at this store/company.

Chayenne took really good care of me!! The customer service at this location is so great!! I went in not loving my style and left so confident! I explained my body shape and my style and Chayenne picked so many cute outfits for me. I loved the selection and the fact that they have a big fitting room with big mirrors, great lighting and a fan was such a plus! That fan saved my life! If you try clothes on at other places, it's so hot! But here it's not! So glad i was able to go and explain myself and leave with a great experience! Also a plus that i didn't have to go to the mall.i like that it was in a shopping center.

I give this store a 1 star but if I could give them a 0 I would. They were very rude to me I believe they were discriminating us by our class and was rude to me and my friend. When first of all there was no parking for our red sports car so we parked in front of their store , when we weren’t bothering anyone because who would even shop there. As soon as we walked inside the store we didn’t even get a welcome and they rudely told us to move our car. As we left the store feeling worthless they didn’t even say goodbye or have a good day.

I really love this Torrid. Veronica is freaking amazing. She is always so kind and the store is always super clean and organized. While I was there today, Veronica helped a woman find an outfit, talked to someone on the phone trying to talk them through how to get to the store, all while acknowledging me and being extremely patient. She even helped me use my rewards and haute cash. Also the dressing rooms have fans and that’s just awesome for us thick girls :) Thanks again Veronica! You’re the best!

I came in yesterday to purchase a gift for my mother and Ms. Hailey H had the best customer service I have ever seen. She was super sweet and very helpful!! She really took her time to help me find what I needed, and when the store got busy she handled it like a boss. She was the only worker that night I believe, and she did an outstanding job. She took care of everyone’s needs and kept the store running smoothly. Thank you Hailey!!!

I went to torrid today to find something for a wedding and I just want to thank Sierra she was literally the best My son was in there with me and I went in there looking raggedy I really thought I was going to get treated different because of how raggedy I looked first off lol but she was super sweet she was super nice to my son and I , I found what I came for and then some ️️️️ Thank you so much Sierra

Sierra and Samona are an absolute joy to work with! They have amazing customer service — from QUICKLY remembering my name to being understanding when I fly through the store right before closing and going the extra mile to help me find certain items in better sizes. I literally pass up two Torrids to get here from work because I love the service they provide. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!

I love Torrid so, so much. Each of their dressing rooms have their own personal fan - this store knows their clientele and meet every expectation for a pleasant shopping experience. Their clothes are cute and last a long time. The staff are super cute and friendly and easy to talk to. The store is always clean.

Love this store. I am terrible at names but there's a very adorable olive complected girl with glasses and tight curly hair there. She is super helpful and great at multitasking. The selection of clothing is super cute for plus sized ladies. You dont have to dress like a 90s grandma anymore! 8)

I stopped by on vacation and these guys were able to help me find a couple of sweatshirts for my daughter. They informed me of the sales and even went and looked for the correct size for me. The children’s area was full of people and ll the attendants were very helpful and patient. Thank you!

Best place ever!!! Every single associate in this store is amazing! I am taken care of every time I shop there, the ladies at the Stone Oak location make you feel welcome and are so friendly! Truly an enjoyable experience!

Staff always gives you grief when returning clothes you bought online. Yesterday the cashier said 'your going to throw off my numbers by returning all of this and not buying something'. Not my problem m'am.

I love this store! The staff is always really friendly and quick to help, especially when it comes to special sales or discounts. I don't think I've ever had better customer service in a clothing store.

I love this location. They have a good selection and the girls are great. THEY HAVE FANS IN THE FITTING ROOMS!!!!!!!!! I hate trying on clothes while im sweating. This was super cool.

This place is NEVER opened! They just make up hours this is the third attempt to shop… very disappointed.
