I am so impressed by the service and quality of work from this company. They came to my rescue when my rug was in a terrible state due to my many furry friends. They were able to schedule me in on a Saturday evening, which was very convenient for me. They cleaned my rug thoroughly and made it look like new again. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was after they were done. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their rug cleaned and restored. They are the best in the business and I will definitely use them again!

Had the carpets cleaned awhile ago and wasn’t impressed the equipment used was a spinning vacuum mechanisms. Could reach all areas of the house with this device. Carpet was damaged by the equipment lifting the carpet marking it waving. The equipment used was not fit for commercial needs. Overall very poor carpet cleaning with improper equipment used thus poor results. Instead a chemically whitening agent used to make carpet appear clean so it gives you the illusion of excellent carpet clean.

Mentioned what needed to be cleaned from some carpet (baby feces) they came to the job with a steam cleaner and a heavy brush on the machine, which would not have gotten it clean. Not what was needed. We needed a shampoo clean and extraction. Didn't have a machine that shampoo cleans, didn't mention they didny have that type of machine over the phone before arriving. They were fast and easy to book though and showed up on time. Was a shame they couldn't deliver the service.

Total Carpet Cleaning is an excellent service they are efficient friendly and professional. The came to clean my 3 seater lounge and 2 velvet recliners everything is perfect. I rang this morning and I was fortunate they could fit me in. I would recommend Total Carpet Cleaning with no hesitation

I have a very light colour carpet in my house that got stained very easily, it has lots of stains from the kids. This company so amazing returned it to me as if it is brand new, loved it, they are very professional and very nice people. Also very good price. Highly recommend them
