Very poor customer service and very expensive. My partner and I spent over $600 in this store on new work boots over the past month. The size I was given by the staff member who served us was the incorrect size. I also after purchasing them for $205, found them for $180 at a few other stores and online. When I returned to the store to exchange them for the correct size I told them that I can get them for $180 at other stores and was told that they do not offer refunds. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was asking if they could price match and refund me the $35 that their price was more expensive by. The staff member abruptly repeated that they do not offer refunds. I will never return to this store and will be sure my partner, family and friends are aware of my negative experience. Very disappointing considering the money we have spent in this store.

Products with huge markups, and refusal to refund defective items, and generally rude/awful customer service. There's this unpleasant very old lady who works there: I'd rather rub gasoline and broken glass into my eyeballs than to have to interact with a person like that ever again in my life. I honestly need therapy to recover from the experience. Save yourself the trauma and just shop elsewhere or go to the one in Caroline Springs (the staff there were very kind and helpful and immediately helped me out without any cruelty or fuss).

Came here for a simple task, get boots and pants, There was literally two customers in the shop and two sales people, apparently they were "overrun with customers"! the company needs to review its customer service policy as the amount of phone call interruptions was ridiculous! Hey, here's a tip, the customer that is in front of you takes priority! Not the phone! Considering the location and the purpose of the business you'd think they would know how to run a uniform shop efficiently but no. Very bad , borderline rude.

They’re more worried about their parking spots than helping customers. There’s a sad little old man who stands out the front trying to be intimidating, putting fake parking tickets on peoples windscreens who park in their special “reserved” spaces. I feel very bad for him and I hope he fulfils his dream as a real parking inspector one day. Stay strong, angry little old man. In the meantime I’ll be going to RSEA down the road for my workwear needs.

We've been trying to have our uniforms embroidered for almost 6 weeks. It took them over 2 weeks to provide a quote and design sample, and we've been waiting for the finished work for the last 3 weeks. Each week we call and email multiple times and we just get the run-around. What a mess!

Not good. I spend heaps there every year for my business and they dont give refunds for a pair of wrong sized shorts purchased for another staff member the day prior only gave store credit and were unable to supply correct size. We will take our business else where from now on.

I like the fact that it was easy to find what I was looking for as the staff were very helpful and polite. I had Ann assisting me with all the high vis PPE, she was so polite and friendly! Best assistant I've had the pleasure to meet.

Helpful staff. They fitted me with safety boots that have been the most comfortable that I've ever had. It was nice to have the staff take the time to make certain the purchase was right for me.

Absolute worst customer service our company has experienced. They mucked up our order 3 times in September last year and now they have ignored us ever since.
