I really love the concept of this Spa and all the natural handmade products, the smells and ingredients are so unique. From what I understand this spa runs on grants from the government and only employs women of poor communities and upskill them to beauticians and making of the natural products. I got a great special and my therapist Nicole was great at what she did and super sweet. The only thing that wasn't ideal is that they are still building and there were loud drilling and building sounds and the builders could also be quite loud. I was looking for a nice quiet experience. However, the quality of the service and messages will still really good. You also get a gift pack at the end with the sambals they used during your message and the left over cocao butter bar. This was a really nice touch. I forgot some of my gold jewellery in the bathroom and the staff were honest enough and gave me call and waited for before they left to close. I really appreciated this and will recommend them of course due to their honesty and reliability even in this regard. I still choose to give this place a 5 star rating because I feel they have such great potential and excited to go again once the building is done and nice and quiet. They have all their handmade products to sell in their cute little shop and the smells are just devine and prices very reasonable. I struggled to walk away without arms full of lovely goodies! The area is also super devine, lovely 360 views- no joke and the drive their is stunning, it's like taking a mini holiday. The perfect pamper-me-time! Watch this space, they will go far and will be great regular spa treat for myself. Thank you to Nicole and all the other staff who made my experience memorable. Will be back soon!

What a lovely place with friendly staff. Touch by Africa was situated in Durbanville for very long where after they have decided to move to Bloemendal 360! This was a great move because, not only can you enjoy the picturesque view but, wine tasting and exquisite restaurant too. They have a wide variety of treatments which is done very professionally. We enjoyed the Fire and Ice treatment. The scrub was amazing and made our skin feel smooth and rejuvenated. You get to smell the different scrubs and oil before the treatment. You can then choose which one they use on you. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. Make sure to treat yourself!

A wonderful salon/spa experience. a sensory experience, from the background music, to the lovely smell of the products that they make themselves. Would recommend for a relaxing treatment. Tip: park as far to the left as possible as salon is on the left side of the 360 restaurant.

Oh my word! Where do I begin? Super friendly and caring staff - lovely luxury products - serene atmosphere - beautiful location. My sister and I had the Head-over-Heals experience in the couples room and everything was just perfect! Cannot wait for the next visit!

These ladies are the BEST team. Curteous, professional, positive, their neck and shoulder massage is so relaxing. Use them for corporate or your tour groups! You'll receive a top unique experience. They have organic products produced locally with top quality.
