I am really unhappy with the provided treatment. I went there for filling but doctor did it very badly. I developed sensitivity on healthy side due to his wrong filling on comparatively healthy side. I was booked for almost 5 times unnecessarily. I personally feel that they wanted to utilize all my dental insurance. On the top of it, i noticed so many changes at the reception counter. The administrative lady had money oriented attitude and forced me to pay some money in addition of my dental insurance. I confirmed about the validity of my treatment with the receptionist named Maya at the beginning of my treatment and she confirmed that it is valid till December. In the middle of treatment new lady informed that there is problem with my insurance. At the end, my insurance is over, I developed more sensitive teeth and severe pain in my right TM joint that I couldn’t even open my mouth properly. By profession, I am doctor too and I know the reason of pain, which is the side effect of improper local anesthetic injection. However, the dentist said that I am having wisdom tooth!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t nt go to this clinic if u want better treatment. I didn’t know that i have to check review for the medical and dental as well in Canada before visiting first time. Please don’t waste ur insurance or money here.

Went here on Friday for emergency dental service. Before even getting up to the room I had to be let in by building security because no one at the dental office would answer the buzzer or phone to let me in. Then the dentist while checking my tooth out squirted the water that’s to clean my mouth with all over my face and up my nose. They told me I need a root canal and prescribed me 2 medications. I took the prescription to the pharmacy and had nothing but hassle trying to get my medicine because the dentist gave me a a piece of paper with his name scribbled on it and a stamp of the office which is not a legit prescription. I called and asked them to fax the prescription over to the pharmacy they said they would and it’s been another 12 hours and they haven’t faxed anything and the dentist isn’t answering … DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional !!!!! When the dentist finally answered he gave me nothing but run around about why he couldn’t fax my prescription rather than a solution to me getting my medication. He also hung up on me and told me to calm down because I told him this was unprofessional Been 4 days since he prescribed it to me and I’ve been without in extreme pain unable to chew anything. Don’t waste your time and money !!!!

The dentist currently practising is extremely unprofessional. I had to go on 4 separate occasions only to have only 2 fillings done. They scheduled me in and then double booked and had to cancel my treatment on the spot, they start appointments over an hour late, then tell you they can't finish what you were scheduled to do because they have other patients. The dentist is never ready when the session begins often confused about who you are and what you came to do (he clearly doesn't read your file). The dentist constantly berates the dental assistant during the appointment. He did a filling on my tooth which he left unfinished and he had to repair his own work days later - (Which I still have to have another dentist repair because it still wasn't done well). Be sure to take check your insurance claims as they over bill and put fraudulent treatments on there to make more money. I had to switch to another Dental practice mid treatment because I wasn't receiving proper standard of care or customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

First off, I didn't expect much when I came to this dental clinic. My friend David had recommended me to come here, since apparently it had a nice and welcoming staff. However, I disregarded him, because I was so accustomed to our family dentist who we had been visiting for over 5 years. After a couple of weeks, I decided to finally go there, as my niece needed a filling immediately, and our family dentist was out of town. Surprisingly, I found the staff to be very respectful and adaptable to my situation. Moreover, not only did I receive proffesional dental healthcare, it took less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, for the treatment to begin. Also, the dentist explained the treatment clearly to me without me having to ask, which made me feel at ease. Overall I highly reccommend this dental clinic, because it not only does it have a great staff, the waiting times are tremendously low.

Please stay away from this dentist he's not concerned about his patients an just does what he wants an rips you off how do I do a X-ray an a few days later your saying I have to pay for another X-ray an I'm complaining I'm in pain an you still do what you want , how do you put a filling on a "deep" cavity wisdom tooth without letting me know , then when I tell you I wanted it removed your telling me no , but I still have to pay I'm very unhappy an frustrated with their service an I wouldn't recommend I plan on filing a complaint it's like he drilled my tooth an made it worse I can clearly feel a hole in my tooth , i'm pretty sure he's doing this so he can lie and tell me I have a root canal and then I have to pay more Because how come, you couldn't tell me I have a root canal on my first x-ray

Just in for money.. spent $800 and nothing changed about my pain, in fact it was horrible. The doctor and the assistant could not agree on the same thing while they were treating me with my mouth wide open for several minutes. They even tried to charge me for a service they did not provide. When I brought up this issue, they admitted it was a mistake. If I hadn’t noticed, they might have succeeded in overcharging me. I am looking for a dentist who can actually help me with my problem and charge me accordingly and not just think of me as a dumb pot of money.

Please stay away if you are looking for quality care. The Dr was grumpy and always yelling at the assistants. He won't explain the treatment properly. A simple filling took more than 2 hrs and even then I am struggling for a month with pain. Hard to believe the Dr would simply walk out during the treatment for no reason, did that almost 10 times during my session. The equipment broke down twice during the treatment. Have been to a dentist many times, but this was a experience I never want to have again. Please choose a different clinic if you can.

I love this place! Super helpful and friendly environment! The front desk person is really welcoming! First I came to the office and they greeted me and after few minutes they call me to go in (no long waiting) and before I went it for treatment front desk let me know all the procedure that I’ll do and give me estimate of my treatment (no hidden fees) and got discount too and they offer a payment plan coz really can’t afford to pay right away! I strongly recommend this place to get your dental problems solved… the place has re-started recently by a new doctor and his team. Me and my family visited them couple of times and they were super helpful, especially Eerine- she took care of my mom throughout her dental procedure and made her feel super comfortable. The best part here is that the doctor clearly explains the issues with the teeth and gives a detailed glance of process and costs involved.

Wonderful place and staff! Dr. Pezeshki has been my dentist forever. I've lived in multiple major metropolitan areas, san francisco, new york, toronto and have always had a REALLY hard time finding a great dental clinic. I now live pretty far away from the clinic but still go out of my way for appointments - I've honestly yet to come across such a warm, welcoming and professional environment, they really care. They were very accommodating. I'm an international student and I understand that not a lot of clinics accept/deal with my insurance provider but the receptionist was nice enough to learn the process and submit the claim for me so I wouldn't have to pay anything upfront. I am pt since 2012 and i had a best experience from this office . this is the best dental office . front desk are very friendly and organized . i highly recommended this dental office , everyone dont believe fake reviews , dont judge dental office by fake reviews .

They gave me a half used bottle of fluoride treatment to take home, so strange... I also found Dr. Stratas to be quite rude. He came into the room and the second he found out I was not planning to be a returning client, he questioned why he even introduced himself to me and stormed out of the room. Too many reasons as to why I'm not coming back here.

Been going here for a very long time and will continue to do so. I've always felt welcome, my teeth always come out feeling as clean as they look, I've never felt ripped off nor mistreated and very rarely felt uncomfortable (obviously as this is a dental office). I have legit not had a negative appointment here. Can't recommend enough.

My family has been going to this clinic for years and every time the staff, hygienist and dentist all of them treat is really good. The doctors here are really good I recently went to a check up and cleaning, doctor was well educated and experienced. The office is really good with follow ups as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been here two times in the last 15 days for my RCT and I must say doctor was really experienced and performed a really good job. Also, I want to appreciate the dental assistant, Rajvi, for getting my tooth impression done really well. I had worst experiences in the past with other dentistries but this went really well.

One of the best dental offices Dr.pezeshki is very experienced yet a simple person. patiently listens to the problem the front staff are very friendly and its easy to get a appointment here. I recommend check their website before going there as they have some promotions and thats how i book my appointment

I would prefer avoiding a dental clinic where staffs are more interested to use the benefit of my insurance rather clinical need, specifically if they keep insisting "you have $XX remaining for this year and let utilize". I thought of visiting after my wife and she is not going to the clinic anymore.

I meet doctor pezeshki, My teeth was bad as I am big time smoker and I went there for cleaning and polishing… Doctor was good he took care of teeth make it good… Teeth was cover stone yellow tar but he clean it nice… I can smile now with confidence.. Thanks to Town centre dental clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. Pezeshki for over 20 years and he has been absolutely fantastic. He is growing older and at times less patient with his staff but his medical and dental skills are unparalleled. Not every doctor has ideal bedside manners but what I care about is his professional skills.

I fell as a victim of filling scam run by them, they did filling of my son without my consent, and even when we specifically said no to it. They are also not sending the reports and scans they did to other dentist even after repeated requests to them. Please stay away from them.

It is a new place to get the treatment. Very professional and hygienic. Rajvi was very helpful and extremely empathetic. She helped me with the insurance breakdown and claiming process. I highly recommend this place for dental treatment.

OVERBOOKED and DISRUPTIVE: Did not respect my time. I had to wait >1h for EVERY single appointment (x3). I do not want to go back, and I told them to stop calling. Yet they continued to call me and my "emergency contact" multiple times.

Doctor and the whole staff was really good specially the girl at the reception Rajvi she treated me really well and helped me solve queries of insurance as well. I got really good discount as a new patient. I will strongly recommend.

This dentist office has been great for many years. The staff are friendly and great to deal with. Very cautious with a lot of PPE in place to protect everyone and the office is clean.

They are under new management and they are really nice people to talk with. They will explain to you your treatment plan and your procedure before they will do anything.
