Likewise I tried to pay by phone as stated but this proved and still proves to be imposible. After registering the card which takes at least ten minutes, I was then directed to park the car. You cannot leave the car park after this time as a fine will follow and so payment must be made. I tried twice but on both occasions the automatic voice stops before confirming that the car is parked. One can only assume that it is parked or that one has paid more than once. I have tried to test the system since and now my card seems to no longer be registered. For this I received a £60 fine. No wonder that the car park is empty. It appears to be set up as a scam only where the hidden nomanee directors of this company can make large sums by cheating their customers.

Awful car park with a needlessly difficult process to pay. Payment needs to be made within 10 mins otherwise they will Issue you a fine. The app they use was terrible and despite registering, it kept providing errors and would not complete the booking process. Ended up calling the phone line which is automated and the process is slow, has an excessive number of steps. You’ll need to stay on the line as at times it seems like the process is complete but it’s just a gap and you need to persevere as there are further steps. If it’s after 6.30pm, park in the local area as it’s free and save yourself the hassle.

Avoid this car park at all cost. They will rip you off. I sent proof of my phone call to pay but they still fined me, when I complained they just said I must have typed in the wrong car park code! How was I supposed to prove that I put the correct code in? It is an absolute disgrace that they can get away with this. I could not afford to take them to court otherwise I would have Dont ever park there. You have been warned. .

Worst car park ever!!! Avoid at any cost otherwise be ready to be scammed with PCN!!! I parked for only 13 minutes which I spent trying to register and pay, it was very difficult to use their stupid app so I left the car park. Two weeks later I got a PCN of £100. I appealed and rejected of course, scammers... I'm escalating with POPLA and will see if they do something about this joke, I will update this later...

I parked there for the first time without checking the reviews, the only way you can make a payment is only by using their stupid app. It took me about 30 mins to download the app and pay for the parking, I paid 1 hour of parking and 2 weeks later I've received 100£ fine... i appealed but they said that I should've pay whittin 20 min... scammers... Do not park there unless you have the stupid app already...

Our friends tried to park here for a meal with us. They could not find any way of paying - machine not working and online systems not accepting cards - and so after 20 minutes gave up. They then got a fine for parking without paying. They appealed with evidence of their attempts to pay and the appeal was rejected out of hand. These are Nasty People! Do not use their parking!!

Scam! Please avoid. I spent 20 minutes in the carpark try to pay by phone and by the app. It is not working it only let you to activate your card so you stay there for some more minutes to try again. After some weeks you will get a fine. I even made a video of the app while it is not working I sent it with my appeal they don’t care. So please do not use this service.

I have received a penalty ticket because of this place. We have tried to pay as we downloaded the application which wasn't working, tried to pay by calling them and it took 18 min and didn't worked. Gave up and left the car park. We parked in somewhere else. This is not fare and we will meet at the court. Stay away by all means.

AVOID ! 0 stars!!! Scam!! Took me 20 minutes to register parking on the app because it’s not user friendly in the slightest! I paid £6 and got a PCN of £100 because I didn’t pay quickly enough, I appealed with evidence of payment and they have rejected my appeal ! What an absolute scam !!!

To the owners of this car park: Please! Hook up with someone like JustPark or PayByPhone. The system you use is awful and I'm sure a lot of local people would be happy to use the car park and even pay a bit more if it didn't take 20 mins to try and pay every time! Surely it's a no brainer?

Don't use! Got a ticket because the app took forever to install and to let me pay. They must be doing this on purpose. How sad that businesses get to make profit from scamming others.

The app didn’t work then I had a text saying I was parked until 16.30. A week later I received a fine. I have sent them screen shots but they won’t accept their equipment is faulty.

Awful carpark, took ages registering my card online because the service was poor and ended up exceeding the 10minute mark, and ofcourse ended up with a £100 fine. Do not use!

This parking accepts only payment online.the rules says you must pay within 10mins. I was late to pay due to a tech glitch and ended up paying fine. Be mindful!
