I try to promote and support local businesses, but this place was rude not only to me but to my family that was visiting. This would have been my second car from this dealership, but they were super rude with me and had an attitude-especially the General Sales Manager David Marker. The way that he spoke to my family and I was somewhat threatening and very demeaning even though I was trying to be friendly with the shifty sales tactics they were doing to me. I had to rush in and pay for a car I had put a deposit on within 2 days of its arrival (which I was unaware of when I put the deposit down) and the dealership surprised me when it came a week early on Labor Day weekend. All banks need 2 business days for money to transfer especially with the holiday. The dealership would not allow me any flexibility to wait for the money transfer and said I should finance the car for 1 month and then pay it and the interest off-first huge red flag for me. The next issue was that I had been waiting for the Camry Hybrid for months and when one finally came the trade in value for my current car decreased by over $5,000 from their original offer. I had offered to trade my car in because the value was fair in the beginning and they had wanted my car. However, I made sure to let my sales rep know that I needed to compare the value to other places when I made my deposit for the new Camry. A competitor offered almost $2,000 more even with the trade in tax break so I let them know I wouldn't be trading it in anymore. David (the General Sales Manager) became extra rude when I said I wouldn't be trading it in and they would not budge on their lowball offer (which was expected). He came back to me saying if I didn't trade my car in they wouldn't let me buy the car anymore and the way he said it and looked at me was out of line. I'm honestly flabbergasted they would treat a repeat customer like this. It makes me not ever want to buy a Toyota again or recommend one to anybody. If they treat repeat customers like this imagine how they treat people they don't know. I would avoid this place as I've never felt this disrespected from a business in a long time it could be car dealership issue, but this one needs to work on their customer service badly..
First and most important: Raja & Kabir are the BEST. Please give them a raise. This was my first car and I didn't know anything about cars. They were very patient and helpful to me. They were so kind and helped me so much it's unbelievable. Awesome people all around. Unlike most dealerships, the sales department at this place is just another level. However, the finance and service departments are the complete opposite. They are very predatory. Josh from finance knew we had free 2-year maintenance from buying at this dealership but still misled us into buying an overlapping 5-year prepaid maintenance plan. He almost sweet-talked me into buying 9k+ of add-ons. When we tried to cancel he said he "can't do anything" and promised to send us a phone number to talk with Toyota Financial. In fact, multiple people at Toyota Financial confirmed he totally could have helped me more but chose not to, and I had to figure out all the phone numbers by myself as he did not send any phone numbers as he had promised. The service department here is several levels worse than Toyota of Bellevue. I got condescendingly talked down by a service adviser who didn't seem to give a damn about my business. They quoted me an insane 4 labor hours for just installing the Cat shield and almost an hour of labor for simply installing the wheel lock. I went to Toyota of Bellevue and had a fantastic experience with their service adviser (I still keep his card: Brandon Erickson) who actually care about my car and paid a lot of attention to the work done to my car from start to finish. They installed the cat shield for half the price quoted by Toyota Seattle and installed the wheel locks for free right on the parking lot without any appointment (and with a proper torque value)! In summary, buy car here, hug the salespeople, then just say no to the finance person's sweet talks, and go elsewhere for your car service & repair.
I strongly recommend this Toyota of Seattle and working with Robert Gutierrez especially for first time car buyers. I went in looking for a particular car in mind. It was base model, in-transit and thought to go in. Keep in mind this is a 'one price' store and cars are at MSRP. So no high markups or negotiating. Robert was kind enough to walk us through on how that works along with other questions I had during the process. He introduced other potential cars that were MUCH better than the car that I had in mind and I was very glad he did. They had a used car with less than 5K miles and premium features compared to the base model. Toyota also had special offers for both new and used cars which was a plus. Robert took the time to run through many many numbers to ensure this car was a great deal. He made sure of two things... One) it was great value so that it would benefit me now and in the future like if I decided to sell. Two) if there was any hesitation in the car he advised to not get the car which took the pressure off by a lot. Very knowledgeable, no fluff, and straight-to-the-point. This was a very big and personal moment for me and I'm glad I had the chance to work with Robert as well as Erika (loan officer). They were very patient as we finalized the last few steps of the buying process. They also made this purchasing process smooth and easy. **Some buying tips!!** 1) Be on the look out for any specials dealerships might have! 2) Test drive, test drive, test drive! 3) Do your research and familiarize yourself with the car buying process. They will walk you through most of everything but somethings may not be as digestible in the moment so it's important to be ready. 4) If you plan on financing, use an Auto loan calculator - Toyota has one or any online calculator should work fine. 5) ASK QUESTIONS!!
I got in touch with Toyota of Seattle as a potential out-of-state customer. I was looking for a 4Runner with an uncommon configuration that only exists in some western states. This location had one, and even below MSRP, so I submitted my information with some questions online. I got a few emails from Salvador Perdomo that didn't answer my questions, but maybe they were just automatic emails, so no problem, benefit of the doubt and all that. I ended up speaking to Salvador on the phone after a few attempts of contacting him. He was friendly, and said he'd talk to a sales manager to get more info on an out-of-state sale, but probably wouldn't be until the next day. At the end of the next day, I called again. He needed to confirm some information with a sales manager, and said he'd call me back in a few minutes. He did not call me back. I sent an email the next day asking for an update. I was told I needed to come in person, and he asked when I'll be in Seattle. Well that's a big trip for me (from Atlanta), so of course I had to ask some more questions to make sure this purchase would work out before booking a flight across the country. I asked a few standard questions, and a few related to it being an out-of-state sale. I only received an answer to one of those questions, and Salvador said "if you are in Seattle, we can help you". I asked if he could answer the other questions. I haven't heard anything in a few days.. Maybe he hasn't worked since that evening (again trying to give him the benefit of the doubt), but overall these interactions left a really bad taste in my mouth. Now I'm not surprised at the low Google rating..
My Corolla is 9 years old with 67k miles and I don’t drive it often. I take it in whenever it’s time for an oil change and the typical service appointment. I usually take it to the Lake City dealership, but they had made changes to their website, making their booking experience nonsensical. Out of frustration over Lake City’s website, I took my Corolla to this location. I won’t return. While their booking experience was superior, everything else was subpar at best. The agent made me feel like I had to respond to their service recommendations while on the phone and it took way longer than expected to just complete the initial estimate of service. I brought my car in at 11am and didn’t receive a phone call until 3 or 4pm – Lake City is much better with time management. This resulted in my car having to stay over night, my husband and I wasting hours downtown to wait for my car, and me having to take time out of a workday to retrieve my car. All of this was all a total eye roll, but what really triggered me to leave this negative review was what my father discovered when he borrowed my car a month and a half after this appointment. My father discovered that my antifreeze and windshield fluid was totally empty. After a $1.1k bill from this dealership, wouldn’t you expect those incredibly straightforward parts to be serviced? Overall, I think this dealership preys on women and I feel like a fool for accepting and paying for their recommendations. We’ll be looking to replace my car within the next year or two and I won’t go to this dealership to do so.
My fiancé and I recently had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle here with the help of Cory. We had already shopped around other dealerships in the area, and Cory made the process so much easier for us. Right away he understood exactly what we were looking for - a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid. Due to inventory issues and high demand, every other dealer would attempt to get us to change our mind on what we wanted in the hope we'd pick another vehicle they had on their lot. Cory did not waste our time with this, and walked us through the simple process of reserving one of the available built vehicles en route to the dealer. Furthermore, understanding the total sales price was a breeze as there were no mandatory dealer markups commonly found on these vehicles elsewhere in the area. The trade-in process was smooth as well, and with the help of Kelley Blue Book we felt it was fair for both sides. After our reservation, Cory was able to provide us updates when he thought the vehicle would arrive, and when it did he was able to get us in that same day so we could drive off in our new car. I'd surely recommend coming to Toyota of Seattle and chatting with Cory if you're in the market for a car. It was an experience head-and-shoulders above the others.
At this place I have received the worst service I ever have.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY A CAR HERE AND NOT TO GET ANY SERVICE.The seller of the car lied to me saying that if I bought the used certified car I would get free maintenance for two years. I bought the car and when I went for the maintenance they said this was false. Later I went cuz I broke a part of a tire and they made me wait for like 5 hours to later come to me and say that they did not have the piece required for the maintenance and they needed to order it so I had to go another day (after 5 hours waiting in their waiting space!!). Before that I had bought a 5 prepaid oil changes and they said that I could use this at any Toyota dealer in the US. This is kind of true but they DID NOT tell me that the other dealers would charge a fee anyway like 40 dollars. Yesterday I was told to wait for the oil change, estimated time 1.5 hours. After 3 hours someone came to me to ask me what I was waiting for, I told him and he helped me to get my car, they had done the maintenance quite a time before but they just did not tell me, apparently the representative just went home without telling anyone that the work was done and I was just waiting in the waiting room. DO NOT COME HERE!

From the moment I spoke to Kabir, he incredibly friendly and attentive. He patiently listened to our needs, which was a 2023 Toyota Sienna. We waited for about a month to have one come available. Then Raja helped secure the car and got us a fair trade value for my Honda. They were extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process hassle-free and enjoyable. I’m a picky, head-strong, meticulous person who needs to have all the details before I make a decision, and I never felt judged or rushed as I asked a million questions and asked to see soo many different cars. I drove in with an old Prius on its last legs and rolled out with a beautiful Venza Hybrid that I know will keep me safe and happy for many years to come. I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership - easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Everything was very straightforward and transparent. The staff (I worked with Rache, Josh, Nicole and Salvador) were friendly and low pressure. Disclaimer: I paid MSRP (the going rate for 4runners in 2023, though notably there was no ADM or dealer add-ons to inflate the price which is still the common in the area). I also did not finance so that limited the negotiation and opportunities for dealership shenanigans - but still.... A nice touch is they gave a trade in value based off of publicly available estimate (Kelly Blue Book Buy It Now price) which was several thousand dollars higher than I had been offered at another area dealership (Bellevue - where I was frankly low balled). That sealed the deal, really. The ease of the purchase was icing on the cake. If I had been more prepared (I had to buy a new insurance policy on the spot), I think I would have been in and out in less than 2 hours including test drive.
Calling the Toyota of Seattle service department a clown show would be an insult to clowns. As others mentioned, there is a MINIMUM 4 hour wait regardless of the service. I brought my car to them for service and later noticed that it was pulling to the right. I scheduled a second appointment for them to fix it. After 4 hours, they told me they still had no answer as to why the car was pulling to the right. More tests were needed to check the suspension. By hour 6, they called back and still had no answers. Kevin Toilete asked me several times if I had hit anything, and I replied that the car was fine until they serviced it last. By hour 8, when they were closing, I received a call that my car had been fixed! The issue? The mechanics had been testing the right tire alignment with the left tire alignment tool… It took the men EIGHT hours to differentiate their left from right. And my car had to be held overnight after all of that. I recommend donating your car before ever using them for service.
I give Toyota of Seattle 3 stars because they has provided my car with decent service, but there is still room for improvement. My go-to Toyota service shop, and they mostly hooked me up with service special deals due to the fact that I am their long-term customer. Communication is mostly transparent and effective, but I did have a couple of instances where the service rep withheld relevant pricing information until I asked for it. On the pricing end, I would say it's definitely on the higher end, and inflation is driving a lot of costs up to. Due to the sheer volume of auto service tasks and its location, Toyota of Seattle does have its bargaining power in terms of pricing. I took my car in to swap a flat tire along with an inspection, and I was charged with $195 for the initial quote. When I was on a road trip in Idaho, I got a flat, and Phil Meador Toyota fixed it up for free to my surprise. While I don't expect the shop to do it for free, I do think the pricing can be more reasonable.
Daniel Amaral is the man! We connected prior to my move to Seattle from Texas and talked about what I wanted and timing. We connected through texts and email before I moved. He would even send me record videos, and I thought that was a nice touch, seeing him before meeting hi. Anyway, we got all of the personal information and credit checks sorted out. By the time I got to Seattle, we snatched up a RAV4 XLE Premium on the day it was delivered (a day after I arrived), and when I went to pick it up, everything was already prepared and set up to get me signed and out the door very quickly. Daniel even looked at the car with me and talked through some features. It was great! I had originally wanted it in a dark gray, but then Daniel talked me into getting it in the Lunar Rock color. Oh boy, am I glad he did. Love this color! Loved the experience! Loved working with Daniel! Overall amazing experience. Would recommend buying a car from here, and I would DEFINITELY recommend asking for Daniel.
I would like to say that I am not a first time buyer I have been cars before that so based on h that experience I must say Toyota seattle and the Gentlemen Daniel Amaral and there is another Gentleman I am missing his name but he moved from Toyota Oregon these two guys are awesome. The service provided was beyond my expectations. I get every single knowledge about that car Rav 4 hybrid. These guys educate me every thing about car deal service extended insurance everything. I highly recommend Toyota seattle to everyone and I just say one price policy is the great policy because that’s make me feel I am not getting robbed. Honestly before I came here I was one another dealership they trying to cheat me with price about $6000 same car same year same color. So I am so happy I didn’t get cheated. One price policy is good policy. And in last I am hoping the service department will give me the same good service after sale
Ask for Kabir! Had a great car buying experience here with him. I was interested in a 4runner and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, prompt communication, and total absence of the high pressure sales tactics one would expect at a car dealership. As soon as he knew I wanted to move forward with the purchase, he put a deal sheet in front of me with the price, great discounts, no "dealer-installed" hogwash. I was almost disappointed because I was prepared for a joust that never happened! The financing side of things was handled by Josh, and my experience with him was just as positive. The dreaded attempts to hard sell a bunch of useless add-ons never came. The stuff being pitched was actually very practical, and it was a much shorter list than I expected. I was in fact asked not to sign up for certain items since they wouldn't be necessary for how I was going to use the vehicle. 10/10, would recommend.
This was the first time that I purchased a vehicle on my own (without my dad or brother) so the process was quite intimidating for me at first. I was lucky enough to work with Cory Phillips, which is the most wonderful person and sales person that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I went the Toyota of Seattle dealership in October just looking to inquire about the Toyota Tacoma's. That was the first time I met Cory and I appreciated that he didn't pressure me into looking or signing anything right away. I let him know that I was looking to buy in 3-4 months and he understood that. I also let him know everything I was looking for in a truck. When I was ready to buy, he sent me different options as well as provided me with a breakdown of cost. Needless to say, I now have my dream truck and the process was so smooth. Had such an amazing experience with Raja and Gabriel. I was truthfully dreading buying a car as I had just purchased one last year which unfortunately was totaled. After 3 months of dealing with insurance and false hope from a collision center I just wanted this to be over. I inquired with this dealership about an in-transit corolla and Raja called me within ten minutes and was able to get me in for the next day to reserve the car! Raja was super organized, accommodating, knowledgeable, and honest. Gabriel helped us with our final paperwork and made the rest of the process seamless. This is a process that can feel intimidating and endless, but they were such a wonderful team and were really the light at the end of this tunnel. Simply incredible! I don't venture to dealerships very often due to certain circumstances. But I am so glad I walked into Toyota of Seattle! Between Raja helping me out over the phone and with a video, and Daniel taking the time with me to show me my next new vehicle! These 2 are amazing! I live 2.5 hours from Seattle and a single person to boot. We called Toyota of Seattle, and within 10 minutes, we were quoted an outstanding price (MSRP) with a discount, no hidden fees, and most importantly, no unnecessary negotiation and archaic sales tactics. Robert Gutierrez (our salesperson) was extremely friendly, straight forward, and made the sale simple and easy. Because of him, and the team at Toyota of Seattle, we were able to drive away in our dream truck that very next day. Toyota of Seattle is the best dealer I have ever been to. Daniel helped me lease a 2022 Corolla Cross SUV that fits my needs and budget. He has been super helpful and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor, and most importantly being very genuine and transparent of everything, which are something I value and appreciate highly. In fact, I experience high genuineness and transparency not just from Daniel but also from other staffs and the dealership, which uses a One Price model, i.e. same price for anyone. We purchased rav4 hybrid limited from Toyota of Seattle (Sodo) dealership. Raja Fouad was our point of contact, and they helped us with everything - giving quotes of all trims that we were interested in, test drive, always informing us whenever a new set of cars were arriving. Raja kept in mind all our criteria and provided the best. After booking the car, Raja was kind enough to accommodate our request to take a look at the car that arrived at the dealership a few days before we wanted to pick it up. We bought the car at MSRP, and no random accessories were added. Josh - the finance person - guided us and answered all our naive questions. Overall, the car buying process was smooth. I recommend you to work with Raja for a smooth car buying process.
I wanted to get a Rav4 Hybrid and was lucky enough to find this Toyota Dealership. Their one price policy really streamlined the purchase process and prioritized local Washington residents so I was able to get a Rav4 Hybrid 2023 a lot earlier than expected. Instead of waiting the supposed 6+ month wait time, I only had to wait a month and didn't have to pay any crazy markup when compared to some of the other local dealerships. Raja F. was my sales representative and was supportive throughout the process. No complaints and would definitely see myself purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future as well as recommending it to family and friends. I would like to recommend this Toyota dealership because it’s fast and they will really try to help you whatever you need and answer all the questions without hesitation. I would also like to thank Mohammad Kabir for picking us up from the airport and accommodate us and really take good care of us when we were at the dealership. I would really recommend him, because he is not only selling the car, he was so passionate about the cars he is selling, he also knows all about the cars he is selling. I would also thank Ericka for doing all our paperwork’s and she was also very accommodating and have a positive attitude even if it was late at night. Over all I really like this dealership and I would go back again and do some business with them.
What frauds! Be careful when buying a car from them, especially if you choose to buy extras. The staff closing the deal with me at Toyota of Seattle clearly told me that any unused extras I buy will be fully refunded. When I went in for my first service and asked for them to apply the "Finishing Touch" product, they couldn't do it. I then sold my car and asked them for a refund and the general manager there - David Marker - has outright refused to provide a refund stating some random warranty reason. If you didn't provide me a service, you owe me a refund. I rarely leave a negative feedback, but thought this was really important to warn folks before they spend with Toyota of Seattle. Go to a different dealership.

I had an amazing experience with Salvador at Toyota of Seattle!! He was patient, kind, and helped me immensely throughout the entire process. I went in with a specific budget and was looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Salvador took my information and said he'd let me know if any cars came in that fit my request and budget. A couple of weeks later, he reached out to me personally to update me of a new car that fit this description. He was there to answer all my questions, while I test drove it, and he even hand delivered it to my house after it got detailed. He made this experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Good communicating with the service staff. I was able to get all of my questions answered prior to scheduling my appointment and the service receptionists was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in on my chosen date no problem. There was a slight issue after having our vehicle returned, but we were able to work it out with our service rep BJ. We got our vehicle back in promptly for the secondary service and again, received plenty of commutation throughout the process. This isn’t the closest Toyota location to us since moving, but we’ll continue bringing our vehicle here because the service is unmatched at the other locations and the prices are reasonable.
We recently purchased our new car from Toyota of Seattle and I was dreading the whole process—I know car shopping is a long, sometimes tedious process. However, Daniel made everything so easy for us. He showed us several options without ever being pushy, he genuinely wanted us to leave with the best car for us. After having our daughter we needed something bigger and ended up with a beautiful Mazda CX5. Daniel even went above and beyond to get us a great price for our trade in, he made us laugh and actually made the shopping experience kind of fun. Highly recommend the dealership and especially Daniel if you can get him.
Uziel was the person who sold me my car, and it was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. He was professional and polite, and I felt at ease. I did not feel pressured or like I was being "sold to" and it really felt like Uziel cared about my needs and wanted me to have a good experience. Buying a car can be a really tedious and uncomfortable experience, but that was not the case at Toyota of Seattle on Airport Way. The person who helped with the finance, Josh, was also great and was upfront about all information and I appreciated his efficiency. 10/10 recommend.
The sales person, Cory was very easy and straightforward to deal with, I got the delivery of my Rav4 Hybrid in 4 weeks after booking it over the phone. The dealership did not charge any mark up for the car while most of all the other dealers charged a mark up or asked for a 6-8 months wait. Only disappointment was I could not take the carpet package or blacked out emblems out of my package, as they said they cant move annything out of the car. otherwise a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership if you want your car with out markups or 8 months wait.
Robert (sales) and Erika (finance) were a blast. Robert was low hassle and low stress. He just wanted to make sure we had a pleasant experience and were happy in the long run. He let us set the pace so we were comfortable for a pressure free experience. He was on top of paperwork and status updates. Erika was a gem. We changed our minds regarding one of the add on services after getting back home and Erika was able to get it removed and processed without issue. She was incredibly friendly, I’ve never had so much fun in a financing department.

Dropped my 4 runner for some deferred maintenance. Check in was confusing and techs made sure I knew I was an inconvenience. No eye contact and eye rolls when asked basic questions. Jay handled my ticket. He was incredibly rude. From refusing to acknowledge me standing in the middle of the room to admonishing me for not knowing to return directly to him when picking up. I get that you know your system Jay, it’s the first time for most of the rest of us. You guys made me feel like I was troubling you with my business. I won’t be back.
I never thought that I would be giving a five-star review of a CAR DEALERSHIP, but here we are. I've gotten my minivan serviced at Toyota of Seattle for a decade, and consistently had great experiences. They worked with me to decrease the cost of a repair, provided a grace period after my prepaid maintenance had expired. Their lobby is a legit place to work and hang out, lots of natural light and coffee and couches. I'm sure there are cheaper places to get my car serviced, but I'm very pleased with Toyota of Seattle!
I purchased a new car from Toyota of Seattle and the process was very easy. They are much more transparent than other dealers and didn't apply any mandatory dealer packages that drive the car price well above the MSRP. This made the process much more straightforward, we didn't have to mess around with negotiating prices, and we got a good deal. Raja was great to work with, and made the entire process enjoyable. I appreciated the frequent updates on the status of the vehicle after it was reserved.

I was leery about the fact that they said they don’t charge over MSRP because most dealerships are doing that. I kept waiting for the extra sales pitch, but it didn’t happen. They are ok. Not great, but ok. Sales team puts a spin on traditional direct sales by saying they're customer oriented and no negotiation, but typical pressure sales tactics and upsells. Had issues with commitments made during sales process the dealership didn't follow through on until forced to, but they did eventually resolve them. I would expect to have an acceptable but not great experience. Be very clear about prices, conditions, etc.
I bought a new Tacoma here last week, and I worked with Jen Gardner. She was responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. This particular dealership doesn't haggle, and they adhere to their "One Price Policy" which gives you peace of mind that they're giving you the best deal they can. Jen was super cool, didn't pressure me, and I appreciate her, Kel, and everyone up there. I'd definitely buy another car from them in the future.

I have a 2000 Lexus ES300. Micah was very helpful to me. I had a flat tire & had to be towed to Toyota of Seattle because my wheel needed a special socket to remove the locking lug nut. He came out to my car with the correct socket & we got the flat tire off no problem. He helped me get the spare on & put air in my tire & torqued the nuts! Had me on my way in no time! Can't thank the exceptional personal customer service enough!

I am fascinated that lubricating and torqueing the drive shaft was free- presumably part of my paid service plan at Seattle Toyota? At Burien Toyota I was told it was not covered by my paid service plan and they would not do it for me. I hope to enjoy working with Seattle Toyota in the future for my 4Runner service. The bonuses of a free car wash voucher and a real Seattle Times newspaper to read while I waited were wonderful!

Toyota is my go to for all of my Toyota truck care. If I have a low tire light I can swing by and they will check my tires for free, even if they are busy. They understand safety and going the extra Mike to care for return customers like me. The Seattle facility seems to run n like a well oiled machine. I went there today to ask about their Tacomas. First of all I spoke to a manager and everything was fine. I needed more information about their off-road vehicle pricing and he assigned me one of the experts!!! Ooof, a crazy rude young man! I left there and will never return to that place! How good it would be if businesses were more careful in choosing their personnel and trained them for customer satisfaction!

Very quick servicing, and certainly a nice enough environment in which to wait for your vehicle. They forgot to give me the car wash coupon today when my car was serviced, but that's probably not enough of a reason to rate Toyota less than five stars. I haven't needed any major work done on the vehicle but with respect to regularly scheduled maintenance, I have been pleased.

Chris in parts is a great guy. Was trying to find a way to add two cross bars to my 4Runner.. turns out you can’t buy the piece that slides inside the stock roof rails without buying new roof rails. Pretty bummed… but Chris tried and we went thru all the options before deciding it can’t be done. I appreciate his time and also his attitude. Good dude.

We recently bought a Rav4 Hybrid from Toyota of Seattle. Our sales rep, Kabir, was exceptionally helpful, patient, well informed and most of all so personable we enjoyed the experience. All aspects of the transaction were conducted with equal professionalism. We absolutely recommend Kabir for any vehicle transaction you may have.
Service was fine and customer service was very nice, but prices are outrageous. A diagnostic for any dashboard lights cost $200. Then they way upcharge you on the services itself. I took my car to my local mechanic instead for, very literally, one third of the cost. I can't say I'm inclined to use Toyota again for service.

Everything was pretty good, except the coffee machine stopped dispensing coffee and hot water and there was ink on my driver seat afterwards. But the car drives well and communication was good. I took the car back in and they were able to clean the ink off the seat.
