BEWARE!!! I went in on 9/28 for my usual salad and drink and went home with what I thought was a healthy salad with grilled chicken in it, what I received was a salad with a piece of RAW BLOODY NASTY CHICKEN inside it, It nearly put me in the hospital since I threw up a bit and still feel sick, I went back in immediately after consuming the tainted contaminated raw chicken biohazard that trader joes corporate wanted to feed me so i asked to speak to the manager at exactly 12:15 today (lunch time), I was greeted by T.Davis who is both a LIAR and both UNAPOLOGETIC UNCARING and verbally abusive towards me his exact words were "well i didnt cook the chicken" like wow what a cowardly person to take no responsibility while claiming to be the manager this is what trader joes really is. I tossed the receipt right next to him and he claims that I threw it at him LOL, trader joes corporate should feel ashamed to have served me poison and hire a pathetic managers and make the world a worser place I'm never buying meat products ever again you guys should get investigated by the department of health fda and other entities so that they can recall all your meat products on the shelves, (actually probably what I'm going to do right now) I love that trader joes are a scam LIAR cheating company you lost a customer today and possibly thousands more after this review I wish you guys the same that you did to me I'm praying for every loss you guys have to burden this year

I love Trader Joe’s, especially now when more organic food options are available. This store is a great addition to the neighborhood. I wish it was a little bigger, it gets crowded at Peak times. This store is very well organized, the food is great quality and the prices are still good comparing to the other super markets. Fresh Fruits and vegetables are In Good condition. Love the artisan choices of bread and bread rolls. It would be nice if there were options of organic whole wheat bread without added sugar. My best item is organic frozen rice whether is brown of white jasmine, or dried fruit chips strawberries, blueberries, apples, just perfect snacks for children or adults who do not eat sugary stuff. Also, organic grass fed milk (when available) has unbeatable price. Just wish it is a available all the time. Other favorite item is cooked lentils. Best of the best is great selection of flowers right when you enter the store at very good prices. I always buy it for myself and my family members or friends. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that after certain time of the day many items are not available, and there is no parking. Otherwise, I love the store, always good music, staff is friendly and the line doesn’t matter how long it goes quickly. Thank you!

A go to for grocery shopping in the neighborhood. This place has healthy & fresh options to choose from with a good variety. The layout is easy, customer friendly, & height friendly too. (I'm 5'3) Beautiful flowers welcome you as you enter the store followed by fresh produce. Their bread selection is great & I love their cheese section. Please note, their bread has no preservatives so if you are going to finish it in days it will keep well in the fridge. They have an awesome staff who are all so so friendly. Always willing to stop what they're doing to answer a question or help. I had the best conversation at Checkout with Shanoyah (please excuse me if I misspelled). Kudos to whomever is hiring and training here. As a consumer I want to feel welcomed, appreciated, and comfortable while shopping. This place checks every box. Not to mention I lost my phone here once. I didn't realize until about 30 min later, came back & Customer Service had it. I can't say enough good things about this store. They don't carry everything, but they carry enough. Lines move fast & they're never super long. You won't be disappointed. (I included pics of some items we love & you should try!!)

Favorite place, not only because they keep the prices in check, have great variety of product in relatively small spaces, while avoiding oversaturation, that happens with various competing brands at other supermarkets, but also kudos to them for hiring diverse population. I loved seeing a young gentleman and a lady with developmental impairments ringing out people and stacking shelves. The place is always well stocked, organized, and all workers are friendly. vegan and organic options are always present. An extra point for their unique branding.

A great Trader Joe’s! Lots of space and tons of products. I shop at Trader Joe’s often and this one is my favorite, it has all of the newest products and lots of them! It’s located near the Dekalb Market Hall so it’s easy to grab a coffee, snack or even lunch before shopping. The staff here, like at all Trader Joe’s, is so wonderful. They will help you with your groceries and even bring your cart up with you and often help you get cab. Really great experience all around. I love Trader Joe’s!!!

I absolutely love shopping here. Great prices and amazing quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store always clean and well kept. Stopped in on New Years Eve and found these beautiful jewels. Two Alocasia Pink Princesses. They were just sitting there waiting for me♥️, and to think I just went in to pick up some more of their Everything bagels that are absolutely delish♥️also picked up two bunches of Eucalyptus to hang up in my bathrooms. Smells so good.

I have to come back a few times more to see how much I like this location. First time here and no idea where the trader Joe's was located. There's an escalator that brings you down and the first thing you see an assortment of different food stands/locales. All kinds of food. Keep going to the back, all way to the back and that's where you'll find it. Once there, it's easy to navigate and the prices for organic food are good. Especially vegetables.

I love this location. It is part of the City Point Brooklyn mall. It's in the basement. Great fresh produce, and products. They have everything I need so I'm very satisfied. The prices are better than in Manhattan. Plus, Target is in the same mall on the 2nd floor so the best shopping combo. Don't get discouraged by lines, they really move fast! Afterwards you can eat in the food court area right outside the entry in the basement level. Swell!

Very nice and clean store. A lot of organic food for a cheap price. They have refrigerator bag that you can reuse. Always sampling at the end of the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anything you need, they bring it right away. The shelves are organized and the food is in the right place. Even if it’s a big lines sometimes, you can always count on the food to be fresh and greatly packed into the paper bags.

I love TJ's, because I can always discover new favorites to add to my kitchen. These are just a couple of examples. Keep in mind, there will be a line to wait on to enter the store to ensure crowd control, but it moves pretty quickly. Pro tip: once inside, you may want to begin your shopping on the far side of the store (to the left when you enter), so you can end up closer to where you get on line to pay.

Overall this is a great store PROVIDED you don't get there anytime after 6pm which is when I get off from work. These photos are from 3 different times I've been there. No chicken, no steaks or fish. It's like shopping in Marshall's bc the store's inventory will tell you what you're going to buy. I stopped making a shopping list. It's takes me over an hour to get there on public transportation.

My girlfriend goes here because she works in downtown Brooklyn. I don't shop at dangerous crooklyn , I prefer to shop in queens, long island, upstate. There be shootings, stabbings, homeless people and gang dudes walking around there. I prefer to have a safer shopping experience somewhere else. I tell my girl, u want to take the risk u keep shopping on downtown crooklyn

This is my closest Trader Joe’s, and the staff is incredibly kind. The location gets very packed and it might be time to open the location in more parts of Brooklyn. Despite how hectic it can get, the staff manages its customers very well with clearly defined lines that move very quickly. When I think about an effective process, these guys set quite an example!

Came by to grab groceries and only couldn't get one thing and it was a very specific Trader Joe's product so wasn't in absolute need. Everything else went smoothly and they were really good with getting people checked out. Only negative would be I couldn't really tell where things were at first glance, but it didn't take too long to find my way around.

Fantastic Trader Joe’s. Clean, bright and organized (like most). Slightly smaller selection than Court street but very convenient since it’s near the Dekalb Market and Target. As usual the staff is friendly and accommodating. Aisles are easy to navigate and wide - a little less crowded than many other city locations. Definitely recommend.

Only 4 stars because the store is always so crowded. I guess because it is a 5 star rated store LOL. The employees are constantly restocking shelves, barely able to keep up. Long checkout line moves quickly with about 30 very friendly cashiers. Trader Joe's can actually keep prices down because of volume.

I usually love Trader Joes but all the seafood i bought there this week was disappointed to say the least. The salmon looked as if someone was playing with it, the label covered the messed up part because the back of the salmon looked perfect, also my shrimp were severely freezer burned.

A great grocery store is much needed for the neighborhood. Although it is a busy place most of the time the staff are super friendly and nice and try to help the customers. The prices are as regular as other Trader Joe’s stores. Vegetables and dairies are fresh. Highly recommended.

FASTEST CHECKOUT in the city, or the region, Trader Joe’s sells snacks and convenience foods seldom found elsewhere. I like the place, hit it once a month for cookies and house granola with more sugar than grains. Savor TJ’s checkout game and compare it to the ones at Whole Foods.

I love this location in comparison to the Atlantic Ave store. It’s much nicer to shop in as the aisles don’t seem as compact. You can also get there easier in my opinion. There’s a whole mall and food court attached so you can shop, eat, then grab your groceries to go home.

Amazing place..it makes you buy...buy..and buy. Well laid out products. Sauces, condiments, bakery, different types of seasoning. Chilli lime is always over during weekends. Amazing bagel seasoning. Dark chocolate pound with almonds a must buy. Shoppers delight

Love Trader Joe’s. It can get hectic at times and overcrowded but the line moves pretty quickly. And the cashiers year get you checked out faster than you think. I try to go at least once a month and stock up on staples and get a few new things to try out.

This place is probably the most well run grocery store I’ve ever encountered — I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes for in line here and everything seems to flow like a well-oiled machine. And I got this beautiful sunflower for like $4.

Very busy location. A lot of items are missing. Good prices for organic items. The checkout process is pretty fast with lots of cashiers. It’s better to buy ice cream from here instead of the soft serve in the market hall.

Always a great place to shop. And what's great in New York City, is that the prices are the same as a place in the south where it's less expensive. Trader Joe's has the same prices no matter where they are located.

Thank God for Trader Joe's coming to LIC. I hope they come to Woodside/Sunnyside so I can go more often. So many pre-made food made out of better stuff than name brand items you get in other supermarkets.

The layout is a bit weird and it was a little overwhelming to look for things but checkout was way more efficient than I expected and the line moves crazy fast as they have a ton of cashiers.

Lovely Trader Joe’s! It is smaller than others and has limited options for desserts. But it is great overall, very organized and the workers are amazing. I appreciate Kwame at the checkout!

LOVELY interiors but stuff is always out of stock here— empty shelves more often than not. Lines are long but they move fast thanks to their efficient army of checkout crew members!

There is good reason that Amy, Captain of this store won BEST CAPTAIN out of 500 TJ stores. Her team is efficient, kind, helpful AND there is always good music playing.

Great food, great prices, they release new branded foods that are fun to try. They also have great gluten-free, vegan Try to avoid the rush hour and weekend crowds.

Trader Joe's seasonal items are delicious and fairly priced! Place can get packed and super busy but that's because of the excellent quality to price ratio.
